YMCA @ Small Street Day Nursery

I highly recommend this kindergarten, everyone there is very welcoming and loves children very much, I recommend it , it is beautiful , amazing , brilliant , greatly enjoyed loved wonderful work with the kids

I am pleased with the care and support provided by this nursery. From the very beginning, the environment has been warm, welcoming, and nurturing, which made settling my child in a smooth and reassuring experience.

The staff are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Communication is top notch-they consistently provide daily and weekly updates both verbally and through the app, which keeps me well informed and at ease about my child's development & wellbeing.

One thing I truly appreciate is their flexibility and understanding, they have accommodated my requests to change times and dates, even at short notice, which has been incredibly helpful.

Most importantly, my child absolutely loves attending the nursery. She is always excited to go, even during holidays or when she is unwell-that shows just how comfortable, happy, & settled she feels there.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, supportive and engaging environment for their child

The staff are always giving me wonderful feedback about my child. They also observe in her learning areas and are really impressed how fast she has learnt to explore areas of development independently. The staff always record activities that my child does with her wooow moments and post on the nursery app.

I am very happy with the nursery and the staff. They are really happy, polite , helpful people and they do care about kids . All the staff are really like a family and my kid feel like he is at home. He want to go to school every day . He is really enjoying it. He is learning different ways of thinking as well . I am really glad that I choose that nursery for my kid.

Since joining the nursery from the baby room, our daughter has developed so beautifully. Her confidence, communication skills, and independence have grown tremendously, and she is always excited to go in each day.

All things were going good my child was doing good and I am grateful for everything and my child as she was new to UK and doesn't know that language and the environment was also new for her I think all the time she was having a great time at nursery.

A special mention to one of the practitioners-she is absolutely wonderful. Her care, patience, and genuine passion for working with children really shine through. Our son adores her, and as parents, we're so grateful for the positive impact she's had on his development.

This is not the first time I have used this nursery, my older child was here when it was first opened and now my boy is a lockdown baby and he had social anxiety. I worried so much about getting him settled in. Within a few days, he was happy to wave me off, it was like he was at home with the girls. One lady is absolutely fantastic, she became his best friend immediately. I am so relieved with how easily he fell in love with this setting and all the girls are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all the work you have put into my son.

My son has the best time at nursery, and I never worry about him whilst he's in their care. Highly recommend this gem of a place.
