Very thankful that they had my son when others would not.

The staff are very Lovely. All staff have good Communication skills. All the staff have lovely nurturing skill. They alway give me a nice break down of what you child as done throw out the day. And my child is happy when at nursery.

A special thank you to the manger and baby room staff - they are amazing and always take the time to answer all our questions and queries. We really appreciate everything you all do!

We have been incredibly happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the children's development and well-being. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, with a great variety of activities that support learning through play. Our child has grown in confidence, made wonderful friendships, and always looks forward to attending. Communication with parents is excellent, and we regularly receive updates about our child's progress. We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for high-quality childcare.

The only negative thing we would have to say is the cleanliness of the setting it is apparent deep cleaning is not completed regularly. Specifically, at pick up times there is an unpleasant ordure.

I am pleased with the care and support provided by this nursery. From the very beginning, the environment has been warm, welcoming, and nurturing, which made settling my child in a smooth and reassuring experience.

The staff are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Communication is top notch-they consistently provide daily and weekly updates both verbally and through the app, which keeps me well informed and at ease about my child's development & wellbeing.

One thing I truly appreciate is their flexibility and understanding, they have accommodated my requests to change times and dates, even at short notice, which has been incredibly helpful.

Most importantly, my child absolutely loves attending the nursery. She is always excited to go, even during holidays or when she is unwell-that shows just how comfortable, happy, & settled she feels there.

My son has been going to this nursery for more than 2 years. He absolutely loves it, the staff are amazing and friendly. Its a smaller setting which is perfect for us, would highly recommend. The team are all familiar faces to us and my boy will go to any of the team that answer the door in the morning.

Both of my children have attended YMCA Pelsall Village and I have nothing but good things to say. My children's speech, language and development really came on since they started, the staff are amazing always building good relationships with both the child and parent. I feel at ease leaving my children in such a wonderful place and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for that special place for their child's first years.

My little boy started nursery here when we was 9 months old he is now 2 and a half in all the time he has been here he has come on so much, with his speaking his numbers colours and even putting a sentence together, he adores all the staff but absolutely loves Lauren and xeana he always comes out with the biggest smile on his face i cant recommend ymca pelsall village nursery enough all the staff are lovely and the environment the kids are in is so creative

My son who is 2 years old has just started ymca nursery and I couldn't be more happier with how lovely and pleasant the staff are with me and my son. They have made his nursery settling in easy and fun.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since September 2025. She started at 6 1/2 months old and has thrived the whole time she has been there. She loves going in and seeing the different members of staff, which has enabled me to go back to work full-time without any worries.

I feel safe leaving my child at this nursery which is my 1st priority. I also love the app and daily diary that gets updated throughout the day. The added occasional photos of activities is also nice and helps when you feel like your missing moments. The flexibility of the nursery is massively helpful. And last but nost least my son appears to really enjoy his day there.

The support network offered within this nursery from the whole team is outstanding. They have provided our little family with tailored support, individualised to our needs. They take time to listen to concerns and address any issues enabling continued growth of a happy family network.

The team of nursery staff are great with the children and you never see an unhappy child. My son loves this nursery and we will miss it come September when he leaves for big school.

A fantastic nursery the prioritises child development whilst providing a fun and safe environment for my son. Staff are fantastic with him, to the point where I recommended the nursery to my sister and as a result my niece also now attends.

The best nursery in my area for my both kids. Highly recommended . Staffs are very professional, caring and positive. Try best to manage , teach and entertain kids based on their needs. I am very pleased with their teams.

My little one loves coming to nursery, he is always greeted with a smile and open arms by the staff, he loves the dinners and playing with his friends and exploring the outside area. Which a decent size.
