Thank you so much Banana Moon Caterham for looking after 3 then 2 of my kids last year - one in Baby Moons, one in Mini Moons - and we couldn't be happier. The staff, especially Faiza, Naveed, Andrea, Becky, Naomi and Hashini (and the whole team), have been amazing.

Thank you so much Banana Moon Caterham for looking after 3 then 2 of my kids last year - one in Baby Moons, one in Mini Moons - and we couldn't be happier. The staff, especially Faiza, Naveed, Andrea, Becky, Naomi and Hashini (and the whole team), have been amazing. They are resourceful, brand new clean nursery, great variety on the menu with recent chef change also, and always have extra activities planned including the KickStart sessions. Communication has been constant and organised, and they quickly earned our complete trust. They've been understanding and empathetic to each of our children's individual needs, and we've watched both of them thrive and develop so quickly. Neither of them cries going in - they're happy to see the staff and clearly close with them, which means everything to us.
We're so grateful for everything the team has done for our family. Highly recommend!!!

My son has been attended Banana Moon Caterham since Feb, and we are very happy with the care and support he recieved. The staff are kind, patient and caring, and they made his settling-in process much easier.

We could not be happier with our experience at the nursery. From the beginning, our daughter has been welcomed into a warm and loving environment. The staff are absolutely lovely. and genuinely care about the children. The nursery is always clean and well organised. Our daughter has settled in, is developing beautifully and is always happy to go in, which gives us great reassurance. The food is of good quality and the menu is varied. As two working parents, communication is very important to us. We love receiving regular updates, photos and videos, as they help us feel connected to our daughter while we are at work. We also really appreciate being invited to the lovely events, celebrations and activities organised by the nursery. Overall, we are extremely happy with the nursery and would happily recommend it to other families. An EXCELLENT Nursery for all. The staff, Rooms, Food, Cleanliness, Activities have all been exceptional since our start to BananaMoon. I'd highly recommend this nursery to anyone in the area. Highly competitive and better pricing when compared to other local ones. Staff have been very helpful in getting us comfortable and our baby settle. They have their own dedicated app which is updated daily and frequently through the day with how our baby is getting on.

We honestly couldn't be happier with our son's nursery. The staff are so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring - you can tell they truly love what they do. From day one they made us feel completely at ease, and most importantly, our little boy absolutely loves being there.

We honestly couldn't be happier with our son's nursery. The staff are so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring - you can tell they truly love what they do. From day one they made us feel completely at ease, and most importantly, our little boy absolutely loves being there. He goes in with a smile and comes home so happy, which says everything. We've seen such amazing progress in his confidence, communication and overall development since he started. It's been so special watching him grow and thrive. We're so grateful to the whole team for creating such a positive, safe and fun place for him to learn and play.

Sending my two boy's to Banana Moon Caterham was the best decision I ever made. As a parent you wonder if you're child is happy there, are their needs being met, are they making friends and so on. Sending my two boy's to Banana Moon Caterham was the best decision I ever made. As a parent you wonder if you're child is happy there, are their needs being met, are they making friends and so on. But I can honestly say that I can go to work and not have a single worry. My boy's always look forward to going to Nursery, and they always have a smile on their face when they tell me all about their day. The whole team are fantastic and they work very well together, which makes it the success it is today. They put on lovely Halloween and Christmas events in 2025 for the children, and parents were welcome to join in with the fun. My boy's have excelled since starting, and I am so amazed that they are both nearly potty trained. The staff pick up on anything very early on and offer the best advice that actually works, should you be unsure of anything. The app is also a great way of seeing how your little one is getting on throughout the day. I'd 110% recommend Banana Moon to any parent.
