All 3 of my children have attended the Nursery at St Mags and ALL of them are so happy at the school (they literally skip in, no lie). The Nursery is consistent with communication and the staff go above and beyond to ensure every child's individual needs are met. It certainly makes life easier knowing
you are going to get wonderful smiley pictures of your 2 year old every day!
Reply from Eleanor Smith, Admissions Manager at St Margaret's Prep School & NurseryThank you so much for your wonderful review. We absolutely love hearing that all three of your children have been so happy with us, especially the fact that they skip in each day, that truly makes our hearts smile.
Consistent communication and meeting each child's individual needs are so important to us, so your kind words mean a great deal. And of course, we're glad those daily smiley photos help brighten your day too! Thank you for being such a valued part of the St Mags community.

My little one has been attending for over a year and it is his favourite place to be. Communication has been excellent and his learning and knowledge has excelled. The teaching and office staff are very professional yet warm and friendly. Cannot comment on the food as my boy is a very reluctant eater
but does tell us what he has been served or tried each day, which is more than he will try at home!
Reply from Eleanor Smith, Admissions Manager at St Margaret's Prep School & NurseryThank you so much for a lovely review. We're absolutely delighted to hear that your little one enjoys coming to us and that his learning and confidence have grown over the past year. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery. He has dwarfism - so is very small for his age; we were a little worried about how he would cope, but he has thrived there.

The staff (he often talks fondly about ''Raby and 'Tiff-tiff') are so accommodating and patient with him. Adaptations have been made

so he can play alongside his peers and they even got him a little trike so he could join in with the bigger kids on their balance bikes.

They really do go above and beyond!

Reply from Eleanor Smith, Admissions Manager at St Margaret's Prep School & NurseryThank you so much for your kind words - they truly mean the world to us.

We absolutely adore having him with us, and it makes us smile to hear he talks fondly about our nursery staff! Our team are always happy to make adaptations so every child can feel included and confident!

Seeing him so happy is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for trusting us and for taking the time to share such a lovely review.

My daughter started at St Margaret's this year and she has flourished. The onboarding period was amazing and we were heavily guided through this with plenty of opportunities to get familiar with the setting. Since starting, our daughter has had only positive interactions, now runs in smiling and I am
reassured with all the nurturing activities she's gets up to throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend St Mags for any parent wanting to put their child into a setting that nurtures and prepares them whilst also feeling like an extension of family!

We're especially pleased that you felt well supported during the onboarding process and that our setting feels like an extension of family - that truly means a great deal to our whole team. I cannot speak highly enough of St Margaret's Nursery. Our son has been incredibly well supported by all of the staff, who are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child's development.

The nursery itself is inviting and vibrant, with a wonderful range of continuous activities and lessons

that encourage learning through play. The children are challenged in a fun and engaging way, which has made a real difference in our son's confidence and growth. The children are included within the whole school events which has been also been a fantastic opportunity for them.

We are so thankful to have found St Margaret's and truly grateful for the time our family has spent there.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's development. From day one, we felt welcomed and reassured by their professionalism and kindness. The environment is clean, and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities that

Most importantly, our child is happy, confident, and excited to go each day, which says everything. The most amazing nursery and the most amazing staff. They know every child and always go the extra mile. We get pictures sent to us during the day and the communication home is wonderful. I couldn't be happier and my son absolutely loves it! I will be sending my daughter when she turns 2. I also love
how varied the activities are. The staff are extremely imaginative with the tasks they give the children and this really keeps them engaged. My son's vocabulary has come on leaps and bounds since he started, as has his confidence and social skills. It truly is a wonderful place.

My daughter joined Hendon Prep as soon as she turned three and spent two wonderful years in preschool. I honestly cannot thank the Early Years team and the school as a whole enough for the love, care, and support they have given her. They truly nurtured my daughter and prepared her so beautifully for
her school journey ahead. The Early Years staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive. They always make time for both children and parents, which makes such a difference. Communication between the school and parents is transparent, clear, and efficient, giving real reassurance that your child is in the best hands. The teachers clearly have a real passion for what they do and it truly shows. The activities are creative, engaging, and educational, and they have had a huge impact on developing my daughter's learning skills and confidence. The friendships between the children are also lovely to see and are so thoughtfully nurtured by the school.Absolutely amazing, thank you!!

I currently have two sons at the school, and my three-year-old daughter joined them in September 2025. It has been a wonderful experience for her; she truly loves going to school and adores her teachers.

As a parent, I have always had a positive feeling when dropping my children off. It is such an

encouraging, optimistic, and supportive environment. I am particularly grateful for the support provided during my daughter's journey in becoming comfortable and confident with using the bathroom.

Since joining Hendon Prep in September, our daughter has settled wonderfully into preschool and quickly become a valued part of the class. She approaches each day with curiosity, confidence, and a growing enthusiasm for new activities.

She is forming lovely friendships, engages well during group

time, and is developing her independence. Her imagination shines through in her play, and both her fine- and gross-motor skills are progressing steadily.

Socially and emotionally, she is flourishing - kind, cooperative, and increasingly confident in expressing her needs.

Overall, our daughter has made an excellent start, and we are delighted with her progress this term.

Overall our child enjoys going to Hydesville nursery and has nurtured a close relationship with several teachers. There has been a noticeable positive change in our child's confidence and being able to try new things. We look forward to seeing how they can further encourage children to academically
be ahead. Nothing to be alarmed about since we first enrolled our child at the start of the year.

I am so pleased with our experience at Hydesville Tower School. The staff are simply amazing and are supportive of my son's needs. They are very patient and clearly passionate about early childhood development where they do take time out to get to know your child's personality. My son's confidence is
growing particularly in his speech where he is so excited to tell me about his day.
Variety of activities - phonics, sport, dance, crafts, reading corners and imaginative play. But Forest Fridays is the day my son particularly gets excited about as he loves being outdoors.
Being a working mum, the communications I also find valuable. By having regular photos and videos on your personal portal, you can see what they have done in the day. My son's fussiness has eased off with his food and is being more adventurous.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice. This nursery offers a nurturing and safe environment with genuine warmth where children truly thrive in- highly recommend.
Reply from Camille Ejezie, Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Hydesville Tower SchoolThank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience with us. We are delighted to hear how well your son is settling in and that his confidence-especially in his speech-is flourishing. Our team is truly passionate about getting to know each child as an individual, so it's lovely to know that this shines through in your family's experience.
We're thrilled that he enjoys the wide variety of activities, and especially Forest Fridays! Creating opportunities for children to explore, discover, and grow is at the heart of what we do. We also understand how valuable communication is for busy parents. We're glad the regular updates help you feel connected to his day.
It means so much to us to know that you feel supported and that your son is thriving in our care. Thank you for your kind recommendation-we're honoured to be part of his early learning journey.

Since starting nursery my child has developed their personality so well. They have become more vocal and comfortable communicating with their teachers and everyone at home. Since starting Hydesville my child has also become more independent and engages in independent play and tasks. My child has also
become more comfortable with different foods and can now eat independently. I have seen my child's confidence grow as she walks into nursery independently and can play and enjoy themselves even when I'm not around, this is because I have noticed how comfortable and safe they feel around all their teachers.

Our team will be over the moon to hear how much their care and support have helped your child flourish, from trying new foods to confidently walking into nursery and engaging in independent play.

Thank you for trusting us with your childs early years. We feel privileged to be part of their journey and look forward to seeing them continue to shine.

Our son has made such incredible progress since joining Cumnor House. From day one, the support, understanding, and care shown by the staff have been outstanding.

The manager and her team have gone above and beyond to help Koa settle in and feel comfortable, and it's clear how much they genuinely

care about the children. Their proactive approach and communication with us as parents have made such a difference, especially as our son has additional needs.

Every professional we've met outside of school has commented on how well supported he is and how positive the school's involvement has been. We've seen huge improvements in his confidence, communication, and overall happiness.

We're so grateful to be part of a school that truly values inclusion and gets it right from the start.

Since Aaryan joined the Yellow Group in September, we've seen an incredible transformation in his confidence and communication. He has truly flourished-arriving at nursery full of excitement and leaving with new stories and knowledge each day. With Aaryan's two key-workers we can see that they have
created such a nurturing, stimulating environment that encourages independence and curiosity.
At home, we constantly hear Aaryan talk about his teachers and friends with joy, which reassures us that he feels safe, valued and happy. A special thank you to a particular teacher, who understands Aaryan's personality so well and knows exactly how to motivate him, especially in developing his social and fine motor skills. Her care and dedication have made such a positive difference in his early years.
We are also grateful to all the nursery staff for their warmth, teamwork and commitment to creating a truly special environment.
