My daughter has settled well, she seems that she enjoys time at nursery. She has been calm and does no screen time when she comes home, she seems a happy child which I believe wouldn't be if she were not happy at nursery.
This is our son's and our first kindergarten experience, and we're really happy with our decision and the kindergarten we chose. Since he started kindergarten, we've seen a transformation in our child. The teachers are incredibly dedicated to teaching the children so much. Our child is always happy to go to kindergarten, to learn new things, and shows great interest in all the activities at school.
My son had only been at the nursery for 2 weeks and I can honestly say he's enjoyed every step so far. He made some very bit improvements since going and I couldn't thought this nursery enough they are one amazing team and I would recommend this nursery to any parents out there
The team always take time to share thoughtful updates, photos, and guidance, which gives me complete peace of mind. It is clear that they know him well and understand what he needs to thrive. The activities are varied and purposeful, from sensory play to outdoor time.
The environment is warm, organised, and run by a team who truly care about doing things properly. We are very grateful for everything the staff do and for the positive impact they've had on our son.
We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a supportive, nurturing, and well-managed setting.
My daughter has been with Brookhill nursery since 8months old. I am so blessed and grateful to the whole team for how they have nurtured her in the years. My girl is 3.5 Yr old confident and kind individual which is all credit to the lovely team who have contributed majorly in her growth. The staff ecah and every including the nursery manager share a special bond with the children. I can work at peace when I know that my child is happy and comfort in the save space. Well Don team and thank you!
The staff at this nursery truly make all the difference in the world to the upbringing of our girls. Our eldest started when she was just 10 months old and has now moved on to school, where she's thriving. We genuinely believe this is thanks to the confidence, kindness and nurturing she received here. Her key persons, Jemma and Agnes, were absolute stars, and Sarah and Sophie also played such an important part in her journey. Our youngest joined at 9 months and is now close to her one-year anniversary - first with Sarah, who was fantastic, and now with Nav, who's equally wonderful. The team always go above and beyond to share daily feedback and offer gentle, thoughtful guidance that works beautifully for the children. Our girls always come home happy and confident. With Chef Shami now back, the food is delicious, healthy and varied. We're endlessly grateful to this amazing team - thank you for everything you do!
Our son has been going to the nursery since he turned one and has thrived so much. He is now three and loves going to the nursery. They really help them explore the world and have great activities. The kids really interact and seem like they have great fun and really care for each other . I had no idea they can form friendships like this and I think that's due to the staff teaching them kindness and good social behaviour. We are really happy.
The food menu is strong. Meals are balanced and varied, with a clear focus on nutrition. Our son eats well there, which speaks for itself.
The activities are thoughtful and well-planned. They cover sensory play, music, outdoor time, and early communication. He comes home engaged and upbeat, often showing something new he has picked up.
The team have built a caring and well-run environment. We recommend the setting without hesitation.
Staff are caring and kind and organise a varied range of fun and educational activities. Children are encouraged to spend lots of time playing outside every day and to explore their environment. The management team are well organised and good at communicating with parents. There is a varied and healthy menu provided. Both my sons attended this nursery and my youngest has just left to start school. It's a friendly, warm nursery and we will miss it!
My son has been with Little Pioneers since he was 14months old! The staff is comprised of caring and loving people who love these children and are committed to seeing them grow and develop. They have celebrated all the milestones with me. My son can express himself very well, he can now feed himself, he can grip and write, he has become so confident from the nurture of the environment at nursery. I appreciate how the staff is prompt and thorough in handling the children when they are not well. My son has asthma and they have helped him to use his inhaler and manage his symptoms well. I am called with an update can be assured that he is safe and well. I cannot has selected a better nursery for us!!
The team at this nursery are fantastic - really friendly, attentive, caring. I know that my child is in safe hands with them. The facilities are good. I get regular updates throughout the day on what they are eating, activities, nappy changes etc. My only issue with the nursery was that it took a long time to get a place - around 1.5 years - and I only found out that we got a place because I walked in and asked. The waiting list communication could have been much better.
Meal is good - shout out to the chef.
However, the high staff turnover is a bit concerning as our child thrives with consistency. I know people would do what's best for themselves.
We've had a great experience at nursery so far, we've been made to feel welcome and the staff all seem lovely. The ladybird room is bright and relaxed and has a nice vibe. My child is enjoying her time there
My son comes home happy. I'm impressed with staff and how all of them know my son's name even though some of them care for different room. I'm not worried when my child is there, I can always text his room or check on the app what's he's been up to. I can see he's also made developmental progress since joining.
I'd like to share a little feedback about the nursery. First of all, I want to say that all the teachers are very kind and do a fantastic job with the children; I've seen great progress in my daughter, and I'm truly grateful for that. Just a small suggestion: I've noticed that sometimes the environment could be a bit cleaner. I think it would be a good idea to avoid wearing shoes inside the room. I've noticed that children go to the garden and come back with dirty shoes, and parents or others also walk in with outdoor shoes. Since children often play on the floor, this could bring dirt and germs into the space, making it less hygienic for them. With illnesses like scarlet fever going around, perhaps more frequent and thorough cleaning could help ensure an even safer and healthier.
Phenomenal nursery, which my son enjoys and has fun! They really care for the little ones and we never regretted signing our son to this nursery! Well done for everyone that works at this nursery! Keep up with the good work!
A lovely nursery with really kind and caring staff. Our son loves attending and feels very well looked after while he's there. The staff are all lovely, supportive and understanding of the children's needs and really seem to care. We love it!
Though the management has been in flux, it hasn't affected the quality of care and education. My feedback would be a little more transparency around daily/weekly activities if possible.
As parent of two children currently attending to the nursery, I am very pleased to see both of them very happy to be there. They love the staff and were able to make friends with whom they meet and play even outside the school days.
My twins have been at the nursery almost 2 years and from the very beginning, the staff have shown care, consideration and professionalism. During the induction session, my mind was instantly put at ease and this continued as my two moved up rooms. The nursery operates an inclusive setting for all families, taking note of the specific family set up details. The regular updates and family inclusion sessions have been amazing. The current manager started a few months back and within weeks you could see the beneficial changes she has made with the wider team of staff, which is instantly recognised when you visit the nursery. My twins are progressing really well and enjoy attending the nursery. I would highly recommend the nursery to others.
