My son attended Acorn at Jubilee Wood for over 3 years and I highly recommend the nursery. The staff are friendly, supportive and communication is timely as there have been a few times we've had to meet to put steps in place to curb some bad behaviour, but on those occasions it's been productive and improvement has swiftly followed. There has always been a wide variety of activities that the children get to do as the nursery is well equipped with outdoor spaces and occasional trips to forest school are an added bonus for someone with a kid who's got limitless energy and curiosity. Another aspect of the nursery I also really admire is the meals the provided to the children as there really is a lot of variety here and I believe it has contributed to having a son who loves to try different foods. Both my girls have attended this nursery, the first from 2021 and the second from 2024. There was no hesitation in choosing Shenley Acorns for my second as I have consistently been impressed by the caring yet professional attitude of staff members. The children always have fun and varied days. The relational and flexible approach to supporting children and meeting their needs as individuals is wonderful and shows just how well they care for them. The garden and time spent there is especially impressive.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery! All of the staff go above and beyond, from keeping us so well informed to supporting our child with settling in and potty training. They are always so friendly, welcoming and happy to see the children. We love all the fun activities and trips they organised, and it's been amazing to see how many new skills our child has developed since starting a year ago. They clearly put so much thought and care into everything they do. We would absolutely recommend the nursery to anyone. I can't recommend Acorns at Shenley highly enough! Helen leads a spectacular team of nursery practitioners who are passionate and dedicated to early years education. The nursery is a home away from home environment for children where both children and parents become part of the Acorns family. It is a nurturing environment where children thrive. My child has had the most incredible nursery experience and the staff have gone above and beyond to create memories to last a lifetime. By far the best nursery in Milton Keynes!

My son started at this nursery five months ago, and we were very worried about how he would adjust, but the staff made sure he settled in well, and he also enjoys going to nursery. There are more activities compared to the old nursery.

Fantastic nursery, my son absolutely loved it there and now so does my daughter. The staff are brilliant with the kids and really form strong bonds with the children. My son has just started school but has learnt so much and is so well prepared thanks to Acorns.

My son, Sam, has been at this nursery now for 4months and I couldn't be happier. The staff are absolutely amazing, they're so kind and warm to the children. I find they take such an interest in nurturing each child's needs and wants. And im very impressed with the food they make and provide. Even if Sam's teary when I drop him off I know hes safe and within a few minutes will be settled and happy. I cant fault any part of this nursery

My children adore going to Acorns Shenley Church End, the staff are kind and caring. All members of staff know all the children and get to know their families. They take advantage of the local community and will take trips out to different places. They offer a healthy menu for the children and quickly adapt this to suit different allergies, no matter how bizarre! Acorns provide a range of different activities to suit the children's age and stage of development. The continuous provision and environment are nurturing for the children and is adapted to suit children's likes/dislikes and needs. There's usually a weekly update of pictures so you can see what your child(ren) has done throughout the week.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

We've had such a positive experience with Acorn Nursery in Shenley. The staff have been incredibly caring, kind and understanding towards my son, always taking the time to understand his individual needs and make sure he feels comfortable and supported.

It's clear that the team genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing environment. Knowing that my son is happy, cared for and understood while he's there gives me such peace of mind.

I've had children attend from April 2023 and all my children that have attended have been happy, well cared for, they have grown as their own person. They have been given many opportunities to explore their feelings, activities, and outside spaces. The staff have been so welcoming and shown kindness. Not only have they supported my children but they have also supported me if I've ever needed it. I couldn't have wished for a better nursery for any of my children who have attended. With the help of nursery my children have been allowed to grow into their own person with their own unique personality. They have all been shown love for the time they have been there. If they have ever hurt themselves the nursery have been great at communicating. Nothing has ever been to much for any of the staff from needing help or advice big or small, handover on how the day has been to asking if we would like them to work on anything with the children. My children have thrived.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Jubilee Wood. Both of our children have attended, with our eldest starting in January 2024 until starting school in 2025, and our second joining at just 9 months old in October 2024. As a mother, I have built wonderful relationships with staff across the Baby, Squirrels and Oaks Rooms, having had both children in each. Everyone has been warm, supportive and genuinely invested in our children's happiness and development. The care and reassurance they have given us has been invaluable. We have watched both children thrive, grow in confidence and independence, and form lovely bonds with the staff. Jubilee Wood has felt like an extension of our family, and we truly couldn't ask for a better nursery or team to have cared for our children as their own. Leaving will be incredibly emotional, but we will always be grateful for the love, care and wonderful memories they have given our family. We wholeheartedly recommend Jubilee Wood to any parent.

Management and staff are brilliant, supportive and caring. My son has loved going to the nursery and we will miss it. Special thanks to Vicky, Abbie and Sharon for taking such good care of my child - I'm forever grateful.

Our kid has been going to Acorns at W.M. for 18 months and the overall experience was very positive, staff is friendly and supportive. Our son was always looking forward to go in, talked fondly about care takers. Food is probably very good as our kid always ate all of the portions, it always smelled nice from the kitchen in the morning. I'd prefer if there was an occasional stroll to the nearby playground.

I really appreciate the handovers from the staff, as I always feel like I know how his day has gone, and the photos they send never fail to make me smile. It's so special getting these little glimpses into his day and watching him grow in confidence, build relationships and interact with the world outside of his relationship with us as his parents. Knowing that he's so happy, comfortable and cared for at Acorn means so much to us.

Our girl has been part of Acorn now for 2+ years and in that time has blossomed during that time. All the staff is friendly and engaging to all the kids and parents. Our daughter is made to feel welcomed and loved from the moment she steps in to the nursery and to moment we pick her up. The staff always takes time to feedback how her day went which is reassuring to us and together we have worked well to ensure our girl is the happiest she can be and most cared for. The kids have got great verity of food choices and all their dishes are nutritious and healthy. The outdoor area to play is big and playful. The kids have plenty of activities both indoor and outdoor to keep themselves busy with and grow their imagination and curiosity. Overall we are very happy with the service and our experience. We know that Acorn has given her a great foundation for when she starts school so THANK you all for your time, effort and great care that you have given our daughter so far. She will miss you all.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Acorns Wolverton. Our son has been attending since September 2025, and through the supportive environment he has developed in every way. He has the opportunity to explore different areas, he gets to try a large variety of healthy foods, while allowing for his intolerance. The staff are very friendly and always give a detailed debrief at the end of the day.

This nursery has been wonderful for my daughter she has really enjoyed being here for a year and they have supported each developmental milestone. She especially likes trips to the park and has made friends and started to talk about her friends at home. The carers are friendly and informative and give nice updates on days which haven't been as easy and make it so much more comfortable to have her here.

I couldn't be happier with Rowan's. I instantly felt the warmth, positivity and genuine care throughout the nursery. It's clear, that the kids are at the heart of everything they do. The team is truly passionate about creating a happy, nurturing and inspiring environment. The leadership team is exceptional. Rita, manager, and her deputy Chloe have created a wonderful environment where children feel valued, supported & encouraged to thrive. Their dedication shines through in everything they do, from the experiences they provide to the strong relationships they build with families. A special mention has to go to my son's key person, Shabreen, who has been absolutely incredible. She has built such a beautiful bond with him and he absolutely adores her. The progress he has made since joining has been absolutely amazing. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Rowan's. The passion, commitment & outstanding care shown by the whole team is incredible. I would highly recommend it to any family.

My 2 year old started here earlier this year after we moved to Milton Keynes. Since the beginning they've been absolutely amazing. He struggled to settle at the beginning because there were too many changes for him at the same time, and they were so kind always letting me know how he was when I messaged. He settled quickly after that and now he absolutely loves it! Sometimes doesn't even want to leave. I love the staff there, the environment and I love that I get to see throughout the day what he eats, etc through the app. My soon to be 1 year old is starting there soon, and it helps knowing he'll be in good hands! Highly recommend!
