The staff at acorns have always been wonderful to my children over the years, I first started using acorns In 2020 and both of my children absolutely love going.
The staff are always thinking of new ways the children can learn through play and make the whole day so much fun for my babies!

The staff are always friendly, approachable and professional. They have helped in dealing with behavioural problems and also been supportive to the family when needed.
We are given lots of information including photos of her progress which is lovely.
Her key worker attends the necessary meetings and
helps with her progress reports including suggestions of further help.
Forest school provides the children with the adventure they need, and a garden provides opportunities to run around and explore. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Stanwick Acorn nursery to others.

All three of my children have gone to Acorn, Stanwick and the nursery has only got better! The staff are all so amazing and really think out side the box to let the children explore during play! My daughter loves how much time they spend outside, the secret garden, forest school and spotting horses
around the village!
I can't recommend Acorn enough, they really make the children feel part of a big family!

Both of my children attend Stanwick Acorns, and we couldn't be happier with their care.
Both are excited to attend nursery, and come home excited to tell us about everything they have been doing.
The staff are kind and engaging and we get very regular updates of what the children have been up to, alongside
more detailed assessments with areas we can collectively support for further development. It feels like the staff are all fully invested in our children alongside us, and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery!

My daughter is our first child, so choosing a nursery was something very new to us. Acorn worked really well location wise for us and because we knew the staff are so friendly, we never looked anywhere else to send her.

In her first 3 months she has settled better than expected and she has shown

really good development. Her carers are so good and we always get feedback when we pick her up. The online update system they have is very useful too.

At first I was very wary of leaving my baby with anyone other than family but I knew he had to go to nursery when I went back to work. Acorn at Brafield nursery is fantastic, the staff in the baby room are lovely and made me feel completely at ease leaving my baby, they sent lots of pictures, and made
his journey of settling in a breeze. He absolutely loves going there and that is all down to the amazing staff. The ladies in the office were also super helpful in setting up everything needed like invoices, the app etc. Acorn nursery I would definitely recommend to any new parents.

Our little one has been attending this nursery for around 9 months now and he is absolutely thriving!

He started at around 9 months old and the nursery have given him every opportunity possible to help him develop socially, emotionally and physically. I cannot fault the team at all with everything

they do.

We love how frequently we get updates, pictures and messages from staff showing us how he is doing and providing details of every little developmental milestone along the way.

He eats well, sleeps well and often comes home with signs of a good day on his clothes from either messy play activities or outdoor adventures!

Acorn Nursery are outstanding in the care and attention they provide for our children. There are opportunities each day for the children to explore outside in safe environments, village walks and forest school activities. The meals provided are balanced and full of nutrients. The staff are all absolutely
lovely and our children settled really well from a young age.

Choosing a nursery is a big decision, but Acorns Stanwick has been the perfect fit. The staff provide a gentle, nurturing atmosphere that has really helped our son thrive. We've been particularly impressed by the outdoor-focused activities, which we feel are so important at this age. Seeing him engage
in important learning and play outside is wonderful for his development. He always tells us about the Forest School.
They do so many activities across all the rooms and the children love them .
The staff are professional, warm, and clearly dedicated to what they do.
Our son always goes in the nursery with the biggest smile on his face in the mornings .
Couldn't be more happier with the choice we made 3 years ago when our little man started this nursery.

Our son Reuben has attended Acorns in Stanwick since he was an infant. 3 years down the line and we cannot recommend these guys enough. Reuben loves it and the staff are lovely.

Reuben gets all the emotional and educational support he needs. We love that they spend a lot of time outside and that

all the toys are made of natural materials and not cheap plastic.

They are also open during term time so we dont have to worry about taking time off or child chare during these periods.

Being a not for profit organisations the fees are also affordable.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly.
The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about each child's wellbeing and development. I especially love that the children are taken outside every day, whatever the weather, and the forest school is absolutely amazing.
It's wonderful to see how much confidence, independence, and curiosity this builds in the children. The environment is safe, welcoming, and stimulating, with plenty of activities that support learning through play.
Communication with parents is excellent, and it's so reassuring to know our child is happy, settled, and well looked after every day.

Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you all put into caring for the children's.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has attended the squirrels room and is now in Oaks - she absolutely loves going to nursery and her confidence has just come on leaps and bounds since attending. I was so nervous sending her to nursery but after viewing and meeting all the staff all
my fears disappeared and I'm so so glad I chose this one. Every single member of staff I've come across is absolutely lovely and you can tell they truly love and nurture the children. They get to explore so much - one of the reasons I chose this nursery was for the forest school aspect as my daughter loves being outdoors and I'm so impressed with how much the children learn and get to experience, the crafts they get to do etc. The app updates are extremely thorough and really shares an insight into what the children get up to in the day. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and am looking forward to my son attending this year :)

We absolutely love this nursery and everything they do for our boys. It truly feels like a home from home. Every single member of staff is so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. We especially love the outdoor element - both of our boys thrive being outside, and the addition of forest
school for our eldest has been amazing. He has absolutely loved the campfires and outdoor adventures. It really is such a lovely nursery, and we feel incredibly lucky that our children get to go here.

My son currently attends this nursery and I couldn't be happier. The staff are so attentive and caring. They have a Key Person and Buddy system, which means there are 2 Key People who know him and his routine/needs well and we always have a point of contact should we have any questions.

The rest

of the room staff are also great with him and everyone in the building says hello or good-bye to all the children which is lovely to see.

My son absolutely loves going, he always has a big smile when he realises where we are and goes straight to staff with arms open which makes leaving him so much easier for me.

The food is great and cooked fresh, and is varied so my son gets to try different foods to home with lots of fruit and veg.

The outdoor space is amazing and they do lots of little trips around the local area such as to the library or shops! I can't wait for him to reach the big room so he can try Forest School too.

I couldn't have picked a better nursery, I highly recommend.

I would always recommend Acorns Burton Latimer to everyone I know. From the day my oldest started, to this past month where my youngest started, we've felt nothing but their full support. You can tell they truly care about giving the children the best start in life, and tailor the experience to each
child's individual needs.
So far as my daughter coming home, and talking for hours about how much fun she had with the other children and the wonderful teachers in her class room. Her speech has rapidly improved, she feels confident and every change is handled so delicately for her.
As she is moving up to the next class, and my littlest joins her new class, they've honestly made it so much easier for them and for me. With great feedback, focus on their likes and dislikes and they feel like an extension of the family at this point.

Highly satisfied with Acorn Day Nursery. Our child is consistently developing & learning well within the setting. The staff are incredibly helpful with any queries we may have & provide excellent personalised care for our child based on individual needs. Plenty of outdoor play in a large garden
& little day trips out for the children including Forest school. Our child is always happy after a day at nursery & our second child is joining Acorn this year too & we couldn't be more pleased.

Our son has been attending the nursery for the last 5 months. He has settled so well, he really struggled at drop offs to begin with but the staff have been amazing and now he walks straight in and sits down to have breakfast. The team in the baby room have been so good with him, they offer cuddles
and comfort when he's a little unsettled and he absolutely loves playing outside, the outdoor facilities are amazing and the staff give a daily update with photos on the app. Every member of the team, even from different rooms, knows who my child is and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. He loves going to nursery now and I cannot thank the team enough.

We moved our Son here from another setting, then realised what child led really meant. The staff that are so passionate about caring for the children that attend and daily think of new exciting ways to help the children learn without them even realising. To find a great nursery is to have great management
that filters all the way through to the colleagues that work there and Acorn does exactly this. Staff clearly are happy and everyone is hands on. The nursery is small and we feel this is an advantage as every staff member knows your child, the activities spread across all age ranges and there is so many opportunities for our children to go out and do new things. The children get to walk into the village to visit the ducks, park and the shop. This is a free flow nursery so children choose to play inside or outside.
The nursery actively welcomes carers and parents and holds regular family events.
Our Son is so happy here, his smiles speak volumes as he often walks in without a goodbye
