Acorn Day Nursery (Hedgerows)

My 2 year old started here earlier this year after we moved to Milton Keynes. Since the beginning they've been absolutely amazing. He struggled to settle at the beginning because there were too many changes for him at the same time, and they were so kind always letting me know how he was when I messaged. He settled quickly after that and now he absolutely loves it! Sometimes doesn't even want to leave. I love the staff there, the environment and I love that I get to see throughout the day what he eats, etc through the app. My soon to be 1 year old is starting there soon, and it helps knowing he'll be in good hands! Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy with this nursery and the care our child receives. The staff are exceptionally kind, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's individual development. The environment is always safe, clean, and welcoming. Our child has thrived here, particularly with the imaginative outdoor activities and structured learning that completely prepared them for the transition to school. The communication via their daily tracking app is exceptional. I highly recommend this provider to any parent looking for a safe, enriching environment.

All the staff at acorn have gone out there way to make me and my son feel comfortable and welcomed there always happy to talk through any questions concerns or issues and are happy to come up with any solutions to make it easier for you my son is really happy and settled and looks forward to nursery days

Such a lovely nursery, my son really enjoys spending time here. All the staff are really friendly and put a lot of time and effort into all the children. They always have a great variety of things for them to play with and explore.

My daughter recently moved from oaks room to squirrels. I was nervous for her because the new room has older children in it and it was another change for her to deal with

The whole move up was so easy and the staff from each room were extremely helpful and gave us 0 concerns.

My daughter has developed a huge amount since joining the nursery and she now runs to get in and see her friends and staff.

Every drop off and pick up the staff have a chat and tell me about her day.

Nursery team are absolutely wonderful! Our daughter has attended a couple of nurseries and this is the first one she has fully settled in and enjoys going to. The staff have made us all feel welcomed, and have bought the most out of our little girl. We would recommend this nursery to anyone in Milton Keynes looking for a fun and activity filled setting.

My child started their since last April and it's has been an amazing experience and journey for him he loves going there and whe he comes back home he always brings us something new. We also learn a lot from him

We have had a great experience and Acorns has met all our expectations. We're really happy with the quality of feedback from the nursery practitioners when we pick up our child. They give a comprehensive detailed account of the important part of our child's day and are always willing to discuss any issues further. This really gives us a sense of thorough care and of course, sets our minds at ease for when we're from our child. The app used is updated with the regular feeding and changes throughout the day, but we also get photos of certain activities from time to time which gives us further details of which specific development areas these activities are targeting.

My daughter has been going here since the start of the school term. She loves it. Always come out with a massive smile on her face. She does lots of different activities which she seems to really enjoy. I love the updates and photos that get sent throughout the day, it gives a good insight to what shes doing. The staff are all really welcoming in the morning and are very friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone considering enrolling here.

Our experience has been excellent. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to helping parents support their children's development. Enrolling our daughter in this nursery has brought remarkable improvement in her growth and confidence. We also appreciate the regular updates from the team and her key workers, which keep us well informed and connected to her progress.

My son is one year old, and going back to work was one of the hardest things I've had to do. I was so nervous about how he would adjust and whether he'd be in good hands since he's still so little. But honestly, I couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving.

The manager and staff are absolutely wonderful so warm, friendly, caring, and attentive. It makes all the difference. My son's key worker has built such a lovely bond with him, and I can see how much he enjoys being there. In the morning before we leave the house, my son would reach for his nursery bag. And when I get there he would give a big cuddle to his key worker and that's how I know he's happy.

I'm truly so grateful for this nursery knowing my son is in good hands has made it possible for me to return to work.

My daughter loves the nusery and my husband always finds its location very convenient. He always finds the staff very professional and caring towards the children. I will highly recommend this nusery to any parent .

My son absolutely loves going in every single day. He has so much fun. He's made some lovely friends and he loves all the staff. This will be his last little couple of months. all the staff have helped him so much with his speech with him going on the toilet he's very happy to be dropped off and running all by himself like a big boy.

My son has been in the nursery for just over a year now and they have made such a difference. He's incredibly happy coming to nursery and always learning new things and making new friends. The staff are incredibly supportive a special thank you to two ladies who have both helped me with a lot and always give me updates on how my little boy is doing.
