We have been taking our daughter to Toad hall for 2 years now and we have seen so many inconsistent changes to staff and routine.
This has been so much better since Nakita took over as maternity cover, she has made some fantastic progress and the room leaders are taking a really lovely and engaging
approach with updates.
Since Tracey took over in my daughters room, there has been so much more consistency and updates daily including regular observation for us to see.
Nakita is always so welcoming everyday and so engaging with every parent and child, which did take a drop during staff changes. I can't thank Taylor enough for being so lovely with my daughter either.
I have now signed my son up to start later in the year and I have every confidence that the new management and staff (new and old) will stick around while he moves through the nursery.
Their chef makes some fantastic meals and they have so many activities to keep them busy, my daughter is always so happy after nursery.

Toad Hall has been a fantastic experience for my little girl since she started in September 2025 . She's really blossomed - her confidence has grown and she's developed some amazing skills. The staff are top-notch - friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From the chef to the housekeeper, everyone
makes you feel welcome, and the manager's approachable if you need to raise anything. The activities sound amazing, especially getting the kids out in the garden, and the food's got great variety . Really happy with the nursery.

The last few months the Toad Hall environment has felt a happier and a more welcoming place to send my son to. Previously I was prepared to take my son out the school as the staff were extremely unhappy and the last two mangers were as friendly as a brick and useful as an old donkey.
It was always
a struggle to get any information out of them or having the Simplest invoicing completed correctly yet alone a simple smile or greeting.
The team are now happy, friendly and welcoming! Whatever or whoever has changed the environment, may it long continue.
My son's development is directly related to the happy staff.
I would now recommend Toad Hall to parents, if you had to ask me in October last year I would have laughed and not recommended Toad Hall.
Great job on the turn around. Keep it up.

My daughter has attended Toad Hall since she was 10 months old. She is now in her final year in the pre-school room, and I am so happy with the team. The nursery has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and I feel at ease when I go off to work, knowing my daughter will have a great day. Tracey and Taylor have
had a huge impact on my daughter's development, and I can see a real difference since she has been in their care. The management team, Nikita & Amy are fantastic, always greeting us and keeping us updated. I would definitely recommend Toad hall

The whole nurse team are so lovely and welcoming, my child genuinely seems happy to see them every day and look forward to nursery - she loves the food, loves the activities and it's so well looked after. The whole team the reassured me and made me feel comfortable leaving my baby there I truly believe
they care for the children. I want the best for them!
The nurse is very clean and the food is nutritious. She gets to try variety of things and gets along so well with other children there.

Fantastic smiley staff from management to individual key workers. Frequent and informative communication and updates on day to day/progress being made. Meals always look very tasty and nutritional, and the activities sound like great fun!

My two nieces have been going to toad-hall for several years now, I have been picking them up weekly ever since, I recently had my own child and was not going to send him to toad-hall as I felt there was to much change here over the years and it didn't feel me with much confidence , however, since meeting
the new manager Nikita, it has completed changed my mind.
The nursery has changed massively over the last few months, the staff all seem very happy now and there's a great atmosphere when you walk in. The changes to the building itself as-well make a huge difference. I'm so glad we met Nikita and now know my son Charlie will thrive at Toad-hall.

I love Toad Hall Chessington and so does my daughter, the team there lead by Nakita and Amy are wonderful. It's so reassuring that not only does my daughter gets to learn through play but she is so cared for. What I love about the Toad Hall team is the warmth and kindness they show not only to the children

Since joining, my child's confidence has grown so much, he is genuinely excited to attend each day, which speaks volumes in itself.


We moved him from a previous nursery setting that was unfortunately very poor, and the difference since starting at Toad Hall has been incredible. He is like a different

toddler now, happier, more settled, and thriving in his learning and development.
Toad Hall Farnborough know what they're doing!


The team truly cater to his individual needs and, most importantly, they listen. They take on board the advice and instructions from the professionals involved in his life and work collaboratively to support him through his education. That level of care, understanding, and professionalism means everything as a parent.


Manager Sarah and her entire team are absolutely phenomenal. They are nurturing, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I honestly couldn't praise them enough, Toad Hall has been the best decision we could have made.

She has developed so much in the last 6 months and has really come out of her shell and is a much more confident little girl and is thriving


I was so scared

about her going to nursery but the transition has been so easy and I do believe this is because of the staff, they make it so easy!

The staff that work there clearly care about every child and it shows as my children are so happy when I drop them off. The newest additions to management, Amy and Nakita are wonderful and always willing to listen and help. My daughter recently moved up to pre-school and loves being with Tracey. I feel

Having not collected him before i can honestly say that the security measures that were in place were thorough and made me feel that he was indeed in a safe, secure environment. My daughters

loves attending, and I've seen significant progress in their development since starting at Toad hall. The curriculum is engaging and exciting and the staff communicate and regularly keep me informed and involved with their learning and development. The staff have gone above and beyond to tailor learning experiences for each of my daughters to best meet their needs.


I highly recommend toad hall to any parent seeking a high-quality nursery for their little one.
The staff are approachable, passionate, and treat each child as part of their extended family.

My daughter has been attending this setting for just over a year and has really flourished. The staff really care about the children and their development. They show the children so much love and support and my daughter has made some really beautiful relationships with her teachers, especially her amazing
keyworker. They host lots of events that parents can attend and parents evenings so you really feel involved with their care.

Our son has been going here since he was 9 months old (he is now almost 3). We have seen his confidence improve so much during this time.


He has built some really lovely friendships with other kids but more noticeably with a number of members of staff (he regularly says goodnight to them all when

going to bed at home). There is a real warmth and sense of 'home away from home' at this nursery, which we love. The food is fantastic, varied, interesting, wholesome and we now have a very confident eater who is willing to try everything.


The nursery was really supportive with key milestones, such as how he would transition to potty training from home to nursery, as well as the addition of a younger brother. They have all helped to make sure it's been a really positive experience for us all.


We're extremely grateful to the hardworking team of Toad Hall and have zero hesitation in registering our recently born second son there.


We recommend Toad Hall without reservation.

Delighted with how our daughter has settled at Toad Hall Hitchin. I was so daunting by the process of her starting nursey as she had a lot of separation aniexty, but all the staff have been so friendly, reassuring and after just 8 weeks my daughter is absolutely thriving. The care attention shown to

I can't recommend Toad Hall in Haslemere enough. Our son, Hugo, has been at Toad Hall since around 11 months and an upcoming house move means he will be leaving at the age of 3 1/2 years. Hugo absolutely adores nursery and doesn't stop telling us about all the things he does during his day from playing
in the mud kitchen, playing on the big tractor tyre to circle time, singing, ballet, yoga, reading and craft! We have absolute confidence that he is surrounded by a wonderful, caring team, that the children are having fun, playing and exploring as children should do and learning valuable life lessons of cooperation, kindness and friendship. In every class Hugo has been surrounded by kind, considerate and enthusiastic staff filling his day with fun and laughter. The thing which stands out the most is that at every pick up we are met by warm, smiling, friendly and enthusiastic nursery staff who take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of children in their care. Thank you to everyone!

Lovely nursery with caring staff. My son walks in with a smile and waves bye to me no problem. He gets to do messy play and games I just wouldn't have the patience for at home! The staff also adjust their care depending on my son's needs at the time. Thank you Toad Hall!
