We couldn't be happier with Toad Hall Watford. Our daughter loves it here, and the care, warmth, and support from the team are wonderful. Since starting, we've seen such a positive boost in her confidence and development. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she's in such a nurturing environment. If we weren't relocating, she would definitely be staying here. Thank you to the amazing team for everything you do!

I have to say, as a grandma who collects my granddaughter I wanted to write a review as when I pick up my grandchild I have had such a good experience due to the staff and manager. Always so welcomed and security is so good. Lovely atmosphere l.

We cannot speak highly enough of this nursery and the incredible staff who work there.

Sadly, we have to move our little one to a new nursery as we've recently bought a house in a different area, and we are absolutely gutted to be leaving.

The team at Toad Hall has played such an important role in helping him grow into a friendly, confident, and bubbly little boy. We've also seen huge progress in his learning and development during his time there.

Personally, Toadhall has been a great place for my daughter & I. The teachers are so engaging and supportive to each individual child and their specific needs. The nursery is always so clean. And the staff are so friendly. My daughter enjoys her time at nursery.

The nursery itself is spotlessly clean, always welcoming, and I wish we could cook like the chefs at home because the food looks amazing!

The staff at toad hall have been wonderful and the management very accommodating. A warm, caring and welcoming ethos stands out and I've felt as comfortable as I could possibly feel leaving my 16mo. The staff have always been forthcoming with updates about how she is getting on and their nurturing approach has made the settling in process smooth for my daughter and for me. There is a strong sense of community with lovely events like cake sales, parents evenings and tea parties. Recommend very highly!

Their chef makes some fantastic meals and they have so many activities to keep them busy, my daughter is always so happy after nursery.

Toad Hall has been a fantastic experience for my little girl since she started in September 2025 . She's really blossomed - her confidence has grown and she's developed some amazing skills. The staff are top-notch - friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From the chef to the housekeeper, everyone makes you feel welcome, and the manager's approachable if you need to raise anything. The activities sound amazing, especially getting the kids out in the garden, and the food's got great variety . Really happy with the nursery.

My daughter has attended Toad Hall since she was 10 months old. She is now in her final year in the pre-school room, and I am so happy with the team. The nursery has a warm, friendly atmosphere, and I feel at ease when I go off to work, knowing my daughter will have a great day. Tracey and Taylor have had a huge impact on my daughter's development, and I can see a real difference since she has been in their care. The management team, Nikita & Amy are fantastic, always greeting us and keeping us updated. I would definitely recommend Toad hall

The nurse is very clean and the food is nutritious. She gets to try variety of things and gets along so well with other children there.

We viewed many nurseries whilst trying to find suitable childcare for our son and had nearly given up hope as we could not find anywhere that ticked all our boxes. Er then came across toad hall. Its not the newest or the cheapest but it is the warmest and friendliest that we have seen by far! We are so happy with our choice, the team snd the management make us feel very confident leaving our som on their care and he is settled and thriving.

The nursery has changed massively over the last few months, the staff all seem very happy now and there's a great atmosphere when you walk in. The changes to the building itself as-well make a huge difference. I'm so glad we met Nikita and now know my son Charlie will thrive at Toad-hall.

I love Toad Hall Chessington and so does my daughter, the team there lead by Nakita and Amy are wonderful. It's so reassuring that not only does my daughter gets to learn through play but she is so cared for. What I love about the Toad Hall team is the warmth and kindness they show not only to the children through all their big feelings as they grow, but actually to us parents, who are juggling lots of competing priorities. The team truly cater to his individual needs and, most importantly, they listen. They take on board the advice and instructions from the professionals involved in his life and work collaboratively to support him through his education. That level of care, understanding, and professionalism means everything as a parent.

Manager Sarah and her entire team are absolutely phenomenal. They are nurturing, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I honestly couldn't praise them enough, Toad Hall has been the best decision we could have made.

The staff that work there clearly care about every child and it shows as my children are so happy when I drop them off. The newest additions to management, Amy and Nakita are wonderful and always willing to listen and help. My daughter recently moved up to pre-school and loves being with Tracey. I feel totally at ease knowing my children are happy and cared for each day.
