Toad Hall Nursery - The Willows, Winnersh

This is a really wonderful nursery with excellent facilities, quality of care, kindness of staff and balanced tasty food options. We have been very happy with Toad Hall Winnersh and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other parents.

All of the staff are caring and professional. They all show both our children kindness and patience. The nursery is a welcoming environment that encourages learning. Development and fun. My eldest has formed a strong relationship with his key worker and other members of staff in his room. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Our daughter has spent 2 wonderful years @ Toad Hall and enjoyed every minute. The care and attention bestowed upon the children has been remarkable, and we know every morning when dropping her off she was in safe hands. Her development over the time spent here has been a job to watch, and we know she starts school with confidence and a desire to keep learning. Sincerest thanks for all your care and dedication.

We have been very impressed with the nursery. The staff are amazing and really care for the children. The facilities are fab and lots for the children to do. Highly recommend the Willows will be sad when our son leaves for school as we have enjoyed the experience.

The nursery is a very happy place. The staff are really attentive and focused on the children. The space inside is purpose built and outside is also purpose built so a lot of light and stimulation and space. The food is of high quality and balanced , they seem to love it.

The only area for improvement is helping parents with all the things financial like free hours etc. it would be great if each parent had a 15 min session where the nursery tells them what they can claim for and how and also notify if an obvious thing is not claimed like the 15 or 30 free hours.

The team at head office was incredibly supportive with bureaucratic matters, making administrative processes seamless. Meanwhile, the nursery staff handled daily concerns with professionalism and care. The team's positive attitude shone through-they worked hard, always greeted us with smiles, and welcomed both children and parents warmly each morning.

Very polite and friendly staff, my child loves coming to nursery and I like how you get reports on how they have been via email and the nursery hub is super easy to navigate. I would defiantly recommend this nursery to others.

My daughter is extremely happy at Toad Hall, she goes in very happy and comes out super happy too. She loves the different activities especially football and had a great bond with her teachers too. The staff are all lovely and supportive with all situations.

Overall happy with the experience, but would prefer updates, photographs online with child's progress.

Toad Hall is a great nursery. The staff are super nice and our son has loved his time here.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery and their amazing staff. My son first joined in December of last year and took a very long time to settle which was very difficult. The staff were nothing but patient and incredibly supportive to us as parents and my son during this period- including holding additional meetings with us to explore creative solutions as to how to help my son settle and being honest about how things were going. I am pleased to say that my son is now fully settled and absolutely loves attending nursery- he is almost like a completely different child and is thriving. The staff really take time to get to know the children they work with which is lovely to see and really makes a difference. Thank you to all of the staff for your continued hard work- I am so grateful.

Winnersh Nursery has done nothing but amazing things for my little one. She has not only grown into a confident young person but she is so happy to get more involved in learning, activities and being who she wants to be. The staff have been so supportive in helping with toilet training to just getting her to open up about how she's feeling and actually communicate with others. It is such a nurturing environment with excellent facilities.

My little girl started in January. She has settled in amazingly and has built a great bond with staff. They always have a variety of different activities out each day and she enjoys getting stuck in.

My daughter came in mid-year and we needed a nursery, Toad Hall was not only available but was very accommodating. The staff made all efforts to make her feel welcome and happy. She always went in with a smile and came out happy.

Both my children have attended Toad Hall and have thrived. During their time here the staff have been very accommodating with any requests I have had. The staff are friendly, caring and loving and have always made myself and my children welcome. My youngest will be joining in September. I can not wait to watch him thrive like my other two at Toad Hall.

Excellent experience during our time at the nursery. It was a great journey and the staff was always very professional, kind, firm and loving. We are so great and thankful for all that they did for us and that we chose this nursery.
