We viewed many nurseries whilst trying to find suitable childcare for our son and had nearly given up hope as we could not find anywhere that ticked all our boxes. Er then came across toad hall. Its not the newest or the cheapest but it is the warmest and friendliest that we have seen by far! We are
so happy with our choice, the team snd the management make us feel very confident leaving our som on their care and he is settled and thriving.

I recently had to collect my grandson from Toad Hall, Walton on Thames. Having not collected him before i can honestly say that the security measures that were in place were thorough and made me feel that he was indeed in a safe, secure environment. The Nursery was lovely and clean and seemed to have
a great atmosphere. The manager was extremely welcoming and i have to say that it was so nice to be greeted by such a lovely lady who took the time to say hello and have a quick chat with me. Well Done

I can't recommend Toad Hall in Haslemere enough. Our son, Hugo, has been at Toad Hall since around 11 months and an upcoming house move means he will be leaving at the age of 3 1/2 years. Hugo absolutely adores nursery and doesn't stop telling us about all the things he does during his day from playing
in the mud kitchen, playing on the big tractor tyre to circle time, singing, ballet, yoga, reading and craft! We have absolute confidence that he is surrounded by a wonderful, caring team, that the children are having fun, playing and exploring as children should do and learning valuable life lessons of cooperation, kindness and friendship. In every class Hugo has been surrounded by kind, considerate and enthusiastic staff filling his day with fun and laughter. The thing which stands out the most is that at every pick up we are met by warm, smiling, friendly and enthusiastic nursery staff who take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of children in their care. Thank you to everyone!

Our daughter has thrived since joining the nursery. I love that each room has an outside space and they encourage the children to spend as much time as possible out there (weather dependent)
All areas are always kept clean and tidy and the food prep/menu is fantastic.
They are always doing arts
and crafts and sending her home with lovely things she's made.
I also love that they are willing to show the children affection and comfort when and if it is needed.
I have no concerns at all with her being at this nursery and would highly recommend it

Toad Hall has been exceptional from the very beginning. My daughter has transitioned through three rooms, and in each one, the staff have been consistently warm, caring, and incredibly supportive. She used to feel quite anxious about going into nursery, but thanks to the nurturing environment and dedicated
team, she now looks forward to every visit. Watching her grow and thrive has been truly remarkable, and I'm really grateful to everyone who's played a part in her journey.

Beautiful nursery. It's lovely and clean, with lots of toys and different areas for the children to play in. The staff are always friendly, supportive and happy to see my little boy. He loves all the activities he does each day and he has made some lovely friends here. The food menu is incredible and
I wish my diet was half as good as the food they provide for the children! I'd highly recommend Toad Hall in Haslemere to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for nearly three weeks now, and we are already seeing so much development in her. She absolutely loves her key workers, and the atmosphere in the room is always welcoming and cheerful. Every time we arrive, whether at drop-off or pick-up, there's a real sense of
happiness and care. Thanks to the wonderful team, she is settling in so well and clearly feels very happy and secure there. We are really glad we chose this nursery and couldn't be more pleased with the start she has had.

We have loved every moment of sending our son to Toadhall and have nothing but praise. With his dairy and soya allergy, I have always felt fully confident in the care and measures taken to keep him safe. He enjoys nutritious, varied meals and the daily communication is exceptional-I always know what
he's eaten, how he's slept, and how he has been. The staff show incredible care, making him feel like a top priority while still giving so much to all the children. They know him inside and out, nurture his interests, and create a safe, loving environment. The facilities are always clean, well maintained, and provide a wonderful variety for learning and play. Extra-curricular activities enrich his days, helping to build his confidence, abilities, and independence, while giving him opportunities to grow. During our house move and with a new baby on the way, they've been amazingly supportive and adaptive. We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing place for our son-and his sibling.

I would recommend Toad Hall to any of my friends and family. My son attended for two years before he started school. He was extremely happy there, made a lot of friends, had lots of fun and most importantly I felt like he was very safe there. Activities for the children were always varied and interesting
and all the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I also liked that the children were served a wide variety of different foods, which my child enjoyed.

I can't recommend Toad Hall Horley enough! From the very first moment we went to have a look around, to now a year down the line, we haven't looked back!
Our Son loves going, his development is down to what and how the staff interact with the children, they also keep us updated via the app with pictures
and videos.
The food they get is incredible, 3 main meals and 3 snacks. And if your child is like ours, there is more if required!
So clean and we see the lovely lady who does this everyday, making sure we stop to say hello and thank you. All the staff are all so friendly, greeting us with a smile and good morning, taking the time to have a chat.

My daughter has attended toadhall for almost 2 years now. She has grown in confidence, her communication is improving each day and she's extremely happy to attend nursery. The girls in all the rooms are incredible and cater to her needs. Managements are always supportive and no problem is ever too much.

Toad hall have been great! I was very nervous leaving my almost 13 month old at nursery and it was an emotional start with lots of tears for both. But the team have been great, she goes in happily to nursery now and I know she's being so well looked after. Everyone in hedgehogs are so so lovely, one
staff member in particular is always helpful if I ask for any advice for my daughter and I appreciate her honesty. Since my daughter has been able to walk unaided and the weather has brightened up, she's spent a lot of time outside in the gardens which is amazing as that was definitely one of the main parts of the nursery that drew me to it! Would recommend Toad Hall to anyone looking for a safe and caring place to leave your child.

This nursery is an absolute game changer. The staff are all incredible, and fantastic at nurturing and developing my child's social and educational skills. Since joining Toadhall, my child has come on leaps and bounds and constantly surprises me and my wife every day.


As a whole, the nursery is

clean, a safe, accessible, and secure. They are great at keeping us parents up to date with our child's daily activities; from their development, eating and sleeping habits and creating friendships with other children.


My wife and I had spent many hours researching and visiting various nurseries. It wasn't until we stepped through the front door of Toadhall that we knew this was the one and where we wanted our child to be. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has been at Toad Hall for 1.5 years now and we absolutely love it there. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances we are having to leave the area and move away, and when viewing other nurseries nothing else quite compares to what the team have built at Toad Hall. The staff are wonderful
- so supportive and encouraging of my daughter's development. The office team are incredible. The nursery has a small allotment that all rooms have access to as well as outside garden space and a new communication app is currently being introduced. As well as coffee/breakfast mornings and stay-and-play sessions - all which add to the charm. If I could keep my daughter here I would do it without a second thought.

My daughter joined Toad Hall Nursery in September 2024 full time after leaving another nursery in the area.
The staff were nothing but amazing in getting us booked in to see the nursery quickly and addressed all our concerns we had with the previous nursery. The team went and above and beyond to make
the transition easy and exciting for our daughter.
Since starting our daughter comes home every day telling us about all the things she's done and how she's excited to go back tomorrow. The team are thoughtful in creating activities to the children's interests, and getting them involved in baking that they can bring home! Toad Hall truly care about the children and do everything they can to support their individual developments. I don't feel like anything is too much to ask of the team, and they always have a smile on their faces.

Our child has been at Toad Hall 8 months now, the food is fantastic, the Chef makes a tremendous effort to create and offer healthy nutritious dishes that our child really loves. There are plenty of activities for children to do, our child loves the arts, crafts and outdoor play. Two staff members in
particular are always very supportive and offer feedback on the day as well as try and create a place of safety and security for your little one. The management are always there if you need to talk. Much appreciated for everything!
