Our boy joined at eleven months, he’s now two and a half and loves it there. He has a great relationship with all the carers and loves the meals, and we struggle to drag him away at pick-up. He’s also made a good friend who moved with him from the baby room to the big room.

My journey with Toad Hall started back in 2018, my eldest daughter started as a little toad and I knew I'd chosen the right nursery from day 1. When the time came for my youngest to start, there was no contest, I knew that there was only one team that I trusted with my baby. Thank you to a truly amazing team, you really are the best!

Great nursery with amazing, loving and caring personnel. Happy and safe environment. Experienced and knowledgeable staff providing exceptional care! I know that every day, my son is looked after and happy being there.

My daughter has been attending nursery for two years now and I couldn't wish for a better nursery! She has fun cooking, drawing, forest school, french lessons and she loves the garden. All the girls are wonderful and an asset to the nursery. She is always excited to go to nursery and has also met some really good friends. Definitely a five star review! My son has been at Ottershaw Toad hall since May and absolutely loves it! He can't wait to leave the house every day and seems to be really thriving! He has learnt so many new words and has so much fun with all the activities they do with him. He eats so well and I never feel worried at all when he's at nursery as I know he is in the best care. My son has been going to Toad Hall for almost a year now, and we have a great experience with the nursery in every way! The settling-in period was very hard for us, but the staff at Toad Hall gave us huge help and lots of support and now our son flies in every morning. I can see how he improves, how he gains more and more self-confidence and skills in areas like language, independent eating and sleeping, interacting with other children, and so much more. They have fun and handy activities like cooking, forest class and French lessons. The staff are always keen, ready and able to assist with whatever question comes their way. I feel my son is safe in this nursery, he is in good hands. Definitely recommended.

Our son has been going to Toad Hall for almost six months, and he absolutely loves it. He always runs straight in, and everyone there is so welcoming and caring. The facilities are clean and tidy - which is a lot better than other options in the area. We couldn't be more delighted with our investment!

Really good nursery, food is nice and staff are always trying their best. They have also improved at hand overs at the end of the day, would be amazing to have an app and see more pictures of my child.

I have a nearly 3-year-old and a 9-month-old, and they have been at the nursery for about a month. Both have been so happy at drop off and pick up, which has made going back to work so much easier. My eldest is constantly saying how excited she is to go. The ladies in the baby unit have been so informative about what my baby has done each day, which is reassuring too.

Toad Hall Nursery Ottershaw is everything you could wish for in a nursery for your child. The staff are loving, welcoming and totally invested in the children. This is so obvious when you see the way they greet each child arriving in the morning and when you chat with other parents outside. The compliments are glowing!

They create fantastic play, activities and learning opportunities, and they care for and know and understand my daughter so well. She races up to the door each day and enjoys their cuddles with a big smile across her face. Then at the end of the day, she is glowing (and suitably exhausted!) as she leaps back into my arms delighted by it all. I know she has had a wonderful time, and I can see how much she learns.

The staff are really understanding of what it is like to be a parent. I feel very looked after too! The manager is outstanding, and the team are exemplary. I think of them as heroes and am deeply grateful for their part in this key stage of my daughter's life.

I have both my children at Toad Hall: one of them has been attending for almost three years and the second one for over a year. I have absolutely no complaints to make about the nursery. Both my children enjoy attending and happily go in the morning. The nursery staff organise lots of play, arts and crafts and always find imaginative ways to entertain and teach the children.

It is a small nursery, and we can definitely feel that everyone knows each other; it is very friendly. It feels like everyone in the nursery is ready to go out of their way to help the children and their parents.

I have had both my children at ToadHall Ottershaw (one has just left for school). The best aspect to Toad Hall Ottershaw is simply the staff; they are all truly amazing and engaging with the kids and parents alike. They are always coming up with new and exciting activities and helping each child develop at their own pace and drawing on their own preferences. My two have both loved it there so much so, the older one still is very close with the staff and misses them now she's at school. Its a small, but perfectly formed nursery, which makes it a home from home and a great fun environment for the children. The staff here really do make it and leave you as a parent confident your children are being cared for by amazing people who really care for them and you!

My two children have enjoyed their time and continue to do so. It’s like a family and it’s a fun exciting place for all ages. My children have come on in confidence and grown more than I ever imagined. Just the most special place.
