Children 1st Bilborough Nursery School

Since my daughter started the nursery she's come on loads. She was very shy and didn't want to leave with me, but since going to the nursery she's run straight in staff is so friendly. Keep you updated with anything that happens throughout the day and if anything happens they'll let you know. The stuff are so welcoming. Lovely. I can't recommend the nursery more

My daughter started in September 2025 she was only 2 years and 5months, I was worried about her not settling in as she was always attached to me from birth, but the staff in this nursery really reassured my daughter and made her feel like home! Naturally a child does get upset at first but not once I felt guilty of leaving her because I knew she was in safe hands and the staff members understood a mothers worry too and they would not only comfort my child but they would always reassure me but I can see how loving and caring they were towards my daughter and that's why after three sessions my daughter walked in with full confidence and was waving hello to everyone! I'm a previous nursery nurse worker and you usually know what you're looking for and expect but these guys are Doing a really good job! Each and every staff member is so polite and I'm so happy that my daughter's learning journey has started with you guys and I'm thankful to all that support her and mother her!

We absolutely love this nursey. The staff is amazing, so caring and friendly, and every day is full of fun, learning, and creativity. Our daughter is always excited to go and we couldn't recommend it more!

We've had such an amazing experience with this nursery, and I truly can't recommend it enough. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They create such a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and most importantly, feel happy and secure.

My daughter absolutely loves going there every day, which says everything. She has become more confident, social, and curious since starting, and it's been wonderful to see her development. The activities are always engaging and well thought out, encouraging creativity, learning, and fun all at the same time.

Communication with parents is excellent-they always keep us updated on her progress and daily experiences, which gives great peace of mind. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about every child and treats them as individuals.

My son has been at this nursery since December and was behind on his fine motor skills since being there he is now walking and saying words and has come along in so many ways i am very happy with the care and support my son and i both receive and would highly recommend this nursery

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankyou for Anna and Charlotte in our nursery journey. They constantly gave me so much reassurance and restored my hope on sending my daughter to nursery. They are a big part of my daughter's life and she looks forward to seeing them every time she goes in.

Such a great nursery, my daughters have thrived there and learned so much, the staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone that asked, the resources and environments are brilliant.

Since starting there my little girl has come on loads and they helped her with a lot and now she's ready to start big school staff are brilliant and friendly definitely would recommend this nursery to anyone best place for the children to learn and play would like to thank the staff for all there help over the past year and you will all be missed keep doing what your doing

I can definitely say Our Child is well looked after since she first started children's 1st. Our child has also made friends with other children. Good Vibes all the way!

Other than that, the nursery is great and the staff is great, always willing to help!

My Daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 years old & will soon be going onto School in September - the staff here have helped with her development & confidence & she is always happy to attend - & most importantly I feel she is safe & looked after well in my absence which makes leaving her for work a little easier

Brilliant Nursery! They're so understanding, supporting & kind every single one of them, they've helped my Son Massively!! Since he started in September 2023, they've supported him so much & got him to eat fruit that he wouldn't eat at home he now does, they've got time & care for all the children!, they managed to get him to play with other children & he now Join's in with all kind of activities, they update you with pretty much everything which is lovely even photos and reviews on your child and how there doing, I'm super Glad I've brought my Son Here! Best nursery Ever!!, they have the most amazing play area's aswell they have mini small one's and then a huge one in the middle, they learn so much! Super clean & tidy!! So Glad I choose this one for him to come to.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now and she couldn't be happier. She enjoys coming each day and has built relationships with the staff there. All the staff are amazing in each of the different rooms so you never have to worry when your child moves up a room because the standard of care they receive is consistent throughout the nursery. The setting is bright, colourful and clean and you instantly feel welcomed. The food menus are fantastic and the staff feedback each day is really appreciated. I have transitioned to working full time since my daughter started and the staff really helped me with the hours, fees and all of the details I was worried about. My daughter now attends every day from 8-5 and she is doing brilliantly thanks to the amazing staff. The staff are also great at helping my daughter with her confidence, her speech and potty training. My older 2 sons attended this nursery too and having looked at other nurseries in the area there is no comparison!

Great nursery! Helped my little boy develop so much since he started here in 2023, he loves all the staff and children and always comes home with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Our daughter started at Children's 1st Bilborough in September and absolutely loves it. They have great facilities with lots of outdoor space. All the staff are warm and caring. They are quick to address any issues that emerge.
