My daughter really enjoys and looks forward to going to nursery every morning and I am so pleased with the progress and confidence she has gained since being at Children 1st Bilborough. All of the staff are genuinely caring and professional. I am always kept up to date on my childs development with regular assessment reports through the parent portal. The teachers engage very well with all of the children and nothing is ever too much trouble. The nursery facilities and learning spaces are always clean and fit for purpose 10/10

Overall, I am very pleased with the nursery they have helped my children significantly and been supportive. Additional help is always available if needed, and they have reassured me when needed. Staff are friendly and welcoming to everyone.

This nursery is amazing and my son absolutely loves it, he always comes out with a massive smile and is ready to tell us about his fantastic day at nursery. Since starting the nursery he has become a confident striving little boy. Children 1st @ Bilborough communication is brilliant and professional, the staff is so understanding and listens to any worries you have. They do exactly what the nursery is named and always put the children first.

All staff go above and beyond to ensure my child's needs are always met, from allergies to dietary requirements, all staff cooperate effectively and with care, putting my wishes first always. As a parent who is a huge worrier, I am truly so grateful I can trust the team with my child's daily care and education. My child absolutely loves coming to the nursery and I can only thank the staff for the lovely, caring, smart and fair child she is becoming!

I cannot thank this nursery enough! From the moment I went to have a look around ready for my son starting I have always felt so happy with them. My little boy settled straight away and has come on leaps and bounds. My little boy is always talking about his teachers and has an amazing bond with his key worker. All nursery teachers are fantastic and I just want to say thank you to every single one of you! For anyone considering this nursery, I say go for it, you won't be disappointed, far from it.

I can not recommend this nursery enough. Every single member of staff are kind, warm & welcoming. They’ve helped me adapt hours etc when needed to suit work life. My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining in September 2021. His confidence has grown, he has a great group of friends and has made some amazing bonds with members of staff. All have honestly made the start of his journey in early years amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough with words. The staff are assets to this establishment and need all the recognition they can be given. Two staff members, in particular, have been his familiar members of staff who he absolutely adores and I’m sure he will miss now he is moving on to reception.

I want to thank all the staff, they are patient and they are very inclusive. They have treated our boy with the utmost respect. I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work.

Very nice and friendly staff, caring for my Autistic child has been a big challenge which they have looked after my son perfectly. I am very grateful and give thanks to all staff. We came through so many challenges with our boy but the staff embraced us and we have made a family with all of them, they do give us confidence and courage to do better for our son…

Highly recommended, amazing staff, so supporting with parents and child. My son has become a lot more confident and loves going to nursery now and my daughter, well she loved it the first day when she got there and so nice to hear the staff adore her. When I did have any queries the management were happy to assist and did generally respond quickly. If there is something the nursery could improve on it is their communication and partnership with the parents and to update the app with pictures and observations more regularly. But overall a very good nursery.

My daughter has been to different nurseries I wasn't happy with and when I viewed Children 1st @ Bilborough Day Nursery I loved it, I must say it is one of the best and my daughter loves it too. She settled very well in there and she always talks about staff as her friends. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, always happy and smiling. My daughter has come along fantastically, she has come out of her shell and made a lot of friends. The staff have had no issues with her and I can see she is taking off highly.

The nursery is local for us, during the time our son has attended he has grown to love going to nursery. The staff are very competent and professional which shines through every day. When they greet you with a smile, despite the hard times we are all going through, they continue to provide a balanced, educational day, making it possible for myself and my wife to continue going to work. We are very grateful to them and the company in general. The meals that he receives are top class.

My son has been attending Children 1st @ Bilborough since he was two and although a little reluctant at first, the staff were amazing at helping him settle in and now he absolutely loves going, in fact he wants to go all the time. His communication has come on so much, he’s such a clever boy and the comments about him are always super positive and that he’s a pleasure. He’s got such a kind nature and it comes across from his time at nursery. He always has lots to tell me about his time in nursery and is always very happy. The nursery is just lovely, is run so nicely and with lots of care and thought for all of the children and the parents, I really couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended from us as a family.

I absolutely love this nursery. My little girl has attended since September and I can't wait for my youngest to start in September. My daughter walks into every session happy and leaves full of smiles at the end of the day. She describes the staff as her friends and can't wait to tell them what she has done over the weekend. She is always learning something new and there is such a wide variety of activities. All of the staff are so friendly and the manager is so helpful. Overall it is an amazing nursery.

Our little man has been in this nursery now for around five months. He was eight months when we first took him and were a bit apprehensive that he’d spent his entire life in lockdown and hadn’t interacted with other babies of our friends and relatives. We needn’t have worried, he settled in so well and in all this time we’ve not had one set of tears at the door. Each morning he is greeted with a lovely smile from the staff and most of the time, they get a cheeky grin back. He seems to be getting on very well and the staff are great at working with us to help him develop, especially his co-worker. The range of food seems good, nutritious and the staff have been accommodating of our request for no refined sugar. Overall we’re very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other parents.

I have nothing but love for the nursery. When my daughter was old enough to go into nursery I searched for the best nursery in the area and couldn't find one I liked and then this nursery opened up near my mum. Me and my mum took my daughter along to the open day and we fell in love straight away. Since my daughter has been there since she was two she has a really good rapport with all the staff and I love seeing how the staff act all happy when then see her and the other children, as though they are the teachers children. I have recommended this nursery to all my friends and family who have children at nursery age.

My daughter started this nursery after her previous nursery closed due to Covid-19. First day we came to visit the nursery and my daughter and we as a parents felt welcomed by the staff. Very nice atmosphere. My child is very happy when she is going to nursery and she wants to stay for twenty four hours. When it comes to teaching, her skills have improved such as writing and counting. She is in the preschool room and I’m very happy and confident she will be ready for her big school.

A lovely nursery and very welcoming. My little girl has settled in so fast and loved the staff. It's nice for a nursery to have male workers as it introduces more positive role models in my daughters life. The food menu is also exceptional, my child was such a fussy eater and now enjoys her dinners at nursery. Overall, a pleasant place for your child to learn and develop.
