Our daughter started nursery just before her 1st birthday and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming.
From the induction to transition of starting nursery the colleagues in the Puddleducks room have been fantastic. They get to know each child and really take an interest.
Miss Anna, Miss Courtney and Miss Amelia have really developed our daughter's confidence and skills - there communication and handovers are really detailed. They really have made the first few months of our nursery journey great

Children's 1st is a lovely nursery. My daughter enjoys going and has progressed alot since starting. We recently enjoyed a Mother's Day stay and play which was lovely to go in and join in activities. They're always doing different theme days and sending pictures of what she's enjoying. The spa 1 was
1 of my favourites. I'd definitely recommend the nursery to others.

Fantastic nursery with even better staff! Both my children go here and I can't fault it one bit!
They love the opportunities for a variety of play / creative and being outdoors!
The staff are so supportive and my boys love their key workers as well as the other staff within the nursery, they know
them all which is lovely.

My little boy started in January and I was a little worried about how he would be with going into nursery as he's never been before but the teachers in early years have been amazing with him, always there to lend a hand if he's a little upset about me leaving and he's come on so much since being at
nursery, everyone there is just wonderful and we absolutely love the nursery and what they do with and for the children.. they have so many different areas of play and have a fantastic outdoor area that my little one loves, couldn't think of a better nursery for him..

My son started at the nursery last September when he was one and a half, and as parents we were very anxious about how he would settle in. He struggled to adjust, which made the experience even more worrying for us. However, the entire Bobtails team, led by Charlie, did an absolutely amazing job
supporting him through this transition.
The staff were patient, caring, and truly attentive to his needs. Under Charlie's leadership, the team took the time to understand him as an individual and helped build his confidence day by day. Thanks to their dedication and nurturing approach, he gradually became more comfortable and happy.
We are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone at the nursery.

My little one loves going nursery. It's so nice to know he's having the best time through the app. The staff is amazing at communicating how my child has been throughout the day and posts photos of him. I'm so glad he's settled in lovely. He enjoys outdoor play the most. I would really recommend

I feel so privileged that my son attends this nursery. My other two children also came here after a previous nursery struggled to meet their needs during lockdown, and the difference was incredible.
All of my children have felt safe, happy, and genuinely cared for here. You can truly see how much
the staff care-not just about the children, but about us as parents too. They always take the time to listen (even when I'm rambling on!), which means so much.
Recently, there have been a lot of changes, and they have all been for the better. The children are clearly thriving, which is so lovely to see. I also love the newsletters and the daily updates on the app-it's like having a little photo album showing everything he's been doing each day.
I've always felt completely reassured leaving my children in their care, and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough

My 3.5 year old and my 1.5 year old absolutely love it. Settled ever so well and are excited on a daily. If you're looking for a home-like environment for your little ones, this is the place to be. Staff is friendly, caring and fun!

My daughter has an amazing time in nursery. From day one, the staff has been super friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure the kids feel safe and happy.
The place is always clean and tidy, which is a big plus for us as parents.
The staff is really attentive and
always keeps us updated on how she's doing. It feels great knowing they genuinely care about her well-being.

My daughter has just started this nursery, the staff that I have interacted with in the room my daughters in, the staff that are at reception are so very lovely and kind, always greet me as well as my daughter, even though she has only just started she has started to fit in really well, I have had
updates whilst she's been in nursery, they have responded really well with certain requests and questions I have had, and I can really see my daughter thriving in this nursery! Honestly 3 days in and I can already say I am very happy with this nursery and their care towards my daughter

Since my daughter started the nursery she's come on loads. She was very shy and didn't want to leave with me, but since going to the nursery she's run straight in staff is so friendly. Keep you updated with anything that happens throughout the day and if anything happens they'll let you know. The

My daughter started in September 2025 she was only 2 years and 5months, I was worried about her not settling in as she was always attached to me from birth, but the staff in this nursery really reassured my daughter and made her feel like home! Naturally a child does get upset at first but not once
I felt guilty of leaving her because I knew she was in safe hands and the staff members understood a mothers worry too and they would not only comfort my child but they would always reassure me but I can see how loving and caring they were towards my daughter and that's why after three sessions my daughter walked in with full confidence and was waving hello to everyone! I'm a previous nursery nurse worker and you usually know what you're looking for and expect but these guys are Doing a really good job! Each and every staff member is so polite and I'm so happy that my daughter's learning journey has started with you guys and I'm thankful to all that support her and mother her!

We've had such an amazing experience with this nursery, and I truly can't recommend it enough. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They create such a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and most importantly, feel happy and
secure.
My daughter absolutely loves going there every day, which says everything. She has become more confident, social, and curious since starting, and it's been wonderful to see her development. The activities are always engaging and well thought out, encouraging creativity, learning, and fun all at the same time.
Communication with parents is excellent-they always keep us updated on her progress and daily experiences, which gives great peace of mind. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about every child and treats them as individuals.

My son has been at this nursery since December and was behind on his fine motor skills since being there he is now walking and saying words and has come along in so many ways i am very happy with the care and support my son and i both receive and would highly recommend this nursery

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankyou for Anna and Charlotte in our nursery journey. They constantly gave me so much reassurance and restored my hope on sending my daughter to nursery. They are a big part of my daughter's life and she looks forward to seeing them every time she goes in.

Ican't recommend this nursery highly enough! My grandson absolutely loves going each day, which says everything. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's development. It's wonderful to see how much his confidence, communication, and independence have grown in such a short
time.
The activities are always creative and engaging, and the environment feels safe, welcoming, and well organised. The team keep us well informed about his progress and are always approachable and supportive.
