Partou The Thames Club Day Nursery & Pre-School, is a warm and welcoming nursery providing high-quality care and delivering outstanding outcomes for their children. Playtime Nursery Staines is located at The Thames Club, open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, 51 weeks of the year.

They offer stimulating and engaging spaces for children to grow and develop in, with lots of natural resources providing fantastic opportunities for children to explore, play and learn.

They follow an ethos where its believed that children should be allowed to be children and the adults who look after them should believe that too. They use real and authentic items in play which provides many more learning opportunities and encourages children to have proper experiences.

Their highly trained practitioners believe in nurturing children’s individual interests to help them develop and grow in all areas of their education and well being. Learning through play is at the heart of what they do.

Great hours for a working family and the little one really enjoys himself.

My nephew really enjoys coming to nursery three times a week. The staff have developed such a close relationship with the children that he comes home every time to tell his parents what they have been up to and he always raves about the staff.


I cannot praise the staff, especially the manager enough.

The management team go the extra mile for every child in their care. Thank you for the care you provide for my nephew, the extra mile really does make a difference.

My son has been attending Playtime for nearly 2 years, he is very happy there and has made lots of friends! He went through a phase of not being happy at drop off but his key worker and the other staff in the room made sure there were lots of cuddles for him and suggested different things we could do
at home to encourage a happier drop-off, he now goes in very happily! He enjoys lots of varied activities including using the outdoor space. The meals provided sound delicious and must taste delicious as my son regularly has a second helping! I would recommend Playtime, the location is perfect for us but also has a better feel than other local nurseries that I looked around.

Playtime offers a safe, loving, educational and fun place for my child. She has been coming here since she was aged 10 months and she has learnt so many new skills and every day learns something new. Playtime provides a great environment to get the children ready for the routine of school.

We have been at Staines for over a year now and we are really happy that the managers are getting better and better. The location is good and the key for me is that the place is spotless and the food is always good and healthy. Considering the luxury location of this nursery, the prices are pretty
keen too. There was an increase some months ago but it was minimal and for what you get, it was well worth that little bit extra...

We've been to Playtimes twice now due to moving away and coming back. We like the friendly atmosphere at playtime and the wide open spaces of the rooms. You can tell that the management takes pride in the cleanliness of the nursery by the turnout of the manager and staff. The outside space is easily
the best of all the local nurseries and we even tried tester days at others when we came back. The venue is excellent and I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is unsure or any new parents (we know it's difficult to choose!).

I can not fault Playtime Nursery, my daughter absolutely loves it. She is always excited to go and has a lot to tell me when she gets back.
The staff are amazing and greet her and myself with a smile every time, they always have great feedback to give me about her day and progress. My daughter has

A very good nursery in every aspect. Always kept up to date with what is going on. Staff and management very friendly and always willing to help with any queries. My little girl has been attending the nursery for a couple of years. She absolutely loves attending. She is met in the morning by the girls who she is always happy to see.

Always find the girls are very friendly and they always know exactly what my son has been doing/eating. I think it's brilliant that they are learning about more in depth things for their age such as planets. The food is disappointing for the price but that is something I have already discussed with
the manager. My son always loves going to nursery and has a good relationship with everyone at the nursery so I'm more than happy with him being there. All round a good nursery and I would recommend.

My son loves coming to Playtime Staines. The girls are fantastic, they really do a great job and you can see they love the children. My son loves the activities and always comes home with a picture or craft piece to show us. The food is great, my son eats it all. I have no worries when I drop him off
as I know he is in safe hands and is going to have a fun and educational day. I would recommend Playtime Staines to every mum or dad.

My daughter has been attending Playtime Staines since she was five months old and absolutely loves her time there. She is in the Little Gems room, and the team in there have been absolutely fantastic since the start. She is now nearly a year old and has gone from strength to strength in her social development
since joining the nursery. The staff, particularly in Little Gems, have been accommodating, enthusiastic and extremely helpful with any issues she may have had during her time at the nursery, and I have always been well informed and updated on my child's daily activities. I have recommended the nursery to many of my friends looking for a suitable nursery and will continue to do so.

I started my childcare career with the holiday company TUI working in a hotel as a children’s representative and working my way up to childcare supervisor.
