Partou The Thames Club Day Nursery & Pre-School, is a warm and welcoming nursery providing high-quality care and delivering outstanding outcomes for their children. Playtime Nursery Staines is located at The Thames Club, open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, 51 weeks of the year.

They offer stimulating and engaging spaces for children to grow and develop in, with lots of natural resources providing fantastic opportunities for children to explore, play and learn.

They follow an ethos where its believed that children should be allowed to be children and the adults who look after them should believe that too. They use real and authentic items in play which provides many more learning opportunities and encourages children to have proper experiences.

The staff at the nursery are really friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in and make you feel very welcome.
My daughter loves the nursery and the staff and she is always learning new stuff each day, the food is also really good and they have different menus each week so its always different.

My little brother goes to the nursery. He always brings me back picture that he has drawn for me.
If I ever go to pick him up, he always wants to show me what he is playing with which is normally the cars and trains.
He tells me all the names of his friend and he has to give them all a hug before
we go. It takes a long time to get him out of nursery.

This is an exceptional nursery, the staff are very friendly and caring and they always take an interest in my child every morning. The premises is organised well so that all the children can choose what they want to play with and my child always comes home excited with stories every day.

Staff are very friendly and caring and engaging with my son, He's loves the story time and playing in the sand. The facilities are very good and very clean - I will definitely be applying for my second child to attend this nursery if the space is available.

My child has attended the nursery since September 2015 and we have been extremely happy with the care they have received. The staff made us feel very welcome and set a lot of our concerns at leaving our child for the first time at ease. They took the time to get to know him and meet his individual needs.
My son has learnt so much already since being at the nursery and really enjoys attending and is keen to tell us about his day. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and we're confident in leaving him in their care.
We receive great feedback at the end of the day and the staff are always happy to answer any questions we may have. The children are always taking part in fun activities and we fell involved as parents in his learning.
This is a great nursery and would highly recommend it.

My godchild has enjoyed her time since starting at this nursery, progressed well
With her learning and the staff are so professional and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery. The chef has innovative ideas for meals, the management staff are second to none, the security around the
children is superb and monitoring is fantastic. The key workers do everything to ensure progress with their children and the creative progression is amazing. I would have no problem recommending this nursery

My little boy is so happy to go to nursery which makes it easier for us at drop off time and when we go to work is so good for us to know that he is happy, entertained and well looked after. All of the girls seem friendly and helpful. Excellent.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any one in the area. All staff are highly motivated and caring towards all children and my daughter enjoys her time there very much. We were reluctant to leave our first child with anyone else but after visiting and seeing the space and other children so happy

I have to say before visiting this nursery I was a bit worried about sending my child to this nursery. However, the manager put me at ease and she was very kind and knowledgeable. My child took a liking to her straight away and didn't want to leave. All the nursery staff are happy and friendly and give
great feedback at the end of the day, so I know what my child has been up to. I would recommend this nursery to my friends and family as am very happy with the care and support.

My niece absolutely loves coming here. It's so nice to know she is comfortable here and well looked after. It's like a home away from home for her.

We chose Playtime Staines last November because we found the staff were professional and friendly and all are questions were answered reassuring us and making us feel confident to leave our child for the first time. 2 months have passed and already I can see a change in his development!

I have been working in childcare since 2013 and I am Level 3 qualified.


I started my childcare career with the holiday company TUI working in a hotel as a children’s representative and working my way up to childcare supervisor. I have been at playtime Staines since January 2022 and I am really passionate about the growth of my staff and the children as well as my own personal development.
