My son has had a great time settling in at nursery. It gives me peace of mind that the EYparemt app is updated daily with what my son has eaten and how much he has slept. The app is also updated with activities that my son takes part in. I am very happy to send my son hear until he is ready for school

We had to move my son from his previous nursery last year due to certain circumstances and the nursery were so accommodating for not only a worried mum but also for my son who didn't understand what was going on. All staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. My son is so happy there, I could not fault it.

Very friendly team, my son who was 18 months old when he started nursery. It took only 2-3 weeks for him to get familiar with the team. Different activities done every day.

My child has attended since he was eight months old, he is now 2 1/2 years old and absolutely loves nursery, he is well settled and has such a lovely bond with his key worker and all members of staff. My son has made lots of friends and has learnt so much through the fantastic activities he does.

My daughter joined this nursery when she was one year and a half. She loves the place, I can see a huge growth on all levels, communication, speaking, playing, solving problems. My daughter's skills are definitely more developed by their different ways in learning through playing. It's always easy to reach to anyone. Staff one by one are amazing, helpful and always happy to help. I am for sure grateful to everyone who is helping in my daughter's growing journey.

We absolutley live nursery! The staff are lovely, friendly and fantastic with our child. Our child really looks forward to nursery and has made lots of friends.

I can’t fault the staff, they are attentive informative and accommodating regardless. The manager is also very approachable and accommodating to our needs for our little girl. I know from the minute I drop her off to the second I pick her up she is: well fed, well stimulated and well looked after. The staff are always trying new activities- no idea how they come up with these amazing ideas. Since starting the setting in January my daughter has come on leaps and bounds and her confidence has skyrocketed. We were unsure about nurseries as she is so young, but this place is the best. Couldn’t hope for any better.

My son has been attending Playtime Nursery for eight months. He absolutely loves it and runs in every day - it's his second home. All the staff are so gentle and nurturing, and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. We feel very lucky that we've found such a nice nursery that suits us and my little one so well.

The staff here are extremely friendly, attentive and actually outstanding at what they do, they have made our child not only feel like a part of the nursery but also a part of a warm community. We would happily recommend them to anyone who would ask us and are more than satisfied with the service we have received. Thank you for everything!

The staff have been so welcoming and accommodating to my little girl. I feel she is safe and well looked after. The staff always update me on her development and learning. The room is warm and welcoming and always set up for learning opportunities. Me and my daughter are happy with the nursery.

My daughter has been coming to Playtime for two and a half years, and she has always been looked after so well and has a great time. The staff are caring and do everything they can to support her learning and development. She engaged and supported her emotional well-being, especially after a family bereavement.

My little girl has been attending Playtime Nursery for over a year and absolutely loves the nursery. She has excellent care given and is encouraged with her learning. We are very happy with Playtime Nursery and would highly recommend the setting.

My three almost four years old has been going to this wonderful nursery for almost a year. Due to Covid-19, he had a delayed start date due to the lockdowns. He goes three and a half days a week and loves both the staff and his peers alike. The staff regularly update the online platform so we know both his educational, social and food development/progress. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a small nursery. This nursery also encourages the children to “do things themselves” which we love. They have an abundance of imaginative and stimulating toys, as well as toys that introduce them to real everyday objects. Every time we pick my son up it is clear the staff care about him as an individual and it makes such a difference. Thank you to the manager and the wonderful team, we will be so sad to leave this summer when we start “big” school.

We are so happy with the nursery. My son absolutely loves this nursery. The staff are very kind, caring and professional, his key worker is amazing and has built a great bond with him. The manager and her team are amazing! Our son has thrived since he joined the nursery. The staff really care about the children and focus on helping them to develop. Our son is so excited on the way to nursery, which is wonderful knowing he’s happy while I go to work. I cannot recommend Staines Playtime Nursery highly enough!

I have been using Playtime Nursery since 2015, currently, my daughter attends there and the nursery know both my children very well. I would highly recommend this nursery and have always felt comfortable in the care they provide. During the recent pandemic, the nursery has been fantastic and have done all they can to remain open. Whilst they remain open always ensuring they adhere to guidelines and making the relevant changes as required. The teaching staff are fantastic and the manager always remains on hand to discuss anything no matter how small the topic. I am so grateful to the staff for all they do.

Playtime Nursery has been great for our eldest daughter. We wanted a smaller setting so that she would be able to get real tangible time with key workers and other children. She's become very close with the children there and her key worker and other Nursery staff have been great with her. The little outdoor area with mud kitchen is a lovely element and we've seen her vocab flourish and when we potty trained they were really supportive.
