My daughter joined playtime Staines nursery 3 months ago. Previously she was in a care of local child minder and she used to cry every morning. With playtime nursery, The registration process went very smooth. The manager of nursery made this whole transition very smooth she offered us free ramp up
sessions. She was very flexible with schedule of ramp up sessions. I always found her very supportive, helpful and clear in her dealings with parents, e.g. she applied joining discounts on our registration by herself something which were never asked for.


Few days after the settle in period my daughter absolutely loves this nursery. No more tears in the morning. She adore the staff. Each and every member of staff is a gem. It's very clear that they are very passionate of their job and their love and care for children is evident. My daughter mentions their name at home. Even sometimes over the weekend she mentions that she wants to go to nursery. We are very satisfied with her learning and every aspect of this nursery is awesome. They have an excellent Ofsted rating. Highly recommended!

I started my childcare career with the holiday company TUI working in a hotel as a children’s representative and working my way up to childcare supervisor.
