Kids@BT9

Our daughter loved the nursery from the very first day and she's looking forward to being back every day. She adores all of her teachers and friends. She's learning quite a lot and we know it's going to benefit her when she starts primary school. We can see how happy she is when in return we can be content going to work knowing she's in a safe environment our daughter became more independent and developed her social skills. We would highly recommend this nursery to our family and friends.

Our child started in the preschool in September 2020. Staff are very well qualified, ambitious, kind and caring. Excellent activities for the children - fire pit, singing, autumn walks etc - brilliant. Very happy to have chosen Kids@BT9.

Kids@BT9 is a fantastic nursery. My child loves every minute. The staff have made him feel so welcome and part of the nursery family. There is always plenty of activities and time outdoors. The food provided is healthy and my child eats everything provided. The staff are always happy and excited to see the children and very approachable. We are kept up to date with everything and are informed of any policy change as soon as possible. They have handled all the changes due to covid 19 very well and I feel safe sending my child here.

After viewing the nursery and seeing how friendly the staff were I immediately knew my kids were going to settle in. The kids always have fun and there are so many activities for them to do. Couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough!

Right from the moment I viewed the nursery I was so at ease with the procedures in place due to the current situation (covid 19). The staff were very welcoming and interacting with the children. The nursery manager who showed us around, explained everything in great detail, which put us at ease. I would highly recommend Kids@BT9.

My daughter attended the preschool session at Kids@BT9. She absolutely loved it. The staff were brilliant in helping her settle in, especially because she had not previously attended daycare/nursery before. She loved all the messy play i.e paint, soil, sand, water, playdough, etc. She particularly enjoyed the musician who came in every fortnight to sing and dance with them. She still talks about her often. Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff and management.

The staff and management are brilliant. Well qualified, ambitious, helpful, kind and caring staff and management make this a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 highly enough.

The baby room is very well organised with lots of structured activities. Toys are orientated towards sensory experience and learning. Various activities throughout the week eg. sensory play (rice, shredded paper, paint) and outdoor activities ensure children are getting the stimulation need for development. I'm very pleased with the high level of professionalism from the staff and they seem genuinely interested in the children. Food is prepared on-site and appears of a good standard. Very happy with the overall level of care provided.

Both my children attend Kids@BT9 (the one-year-old in the baby room and the four-year-old in preschool). Both have developed considerably since attending. The staff and management are knowledgeable and friendly. The premises are conducive to learning and developing. We are very pleased with our choice of nursery.

My daughter completed Kids@BT9 Pre-School in June this year and I have watched her grow into a child who is very ready for P1. This is all down to the great team of staff who show so much dedication to their job. Their graduation ceremony is one not to be missed!

I found the transition back to work very difficult and leaving my son was particularly difficult but I know he was in safe hands. His settling in was handled very well and compassionately (for both of us). In particular, the mynurserypal facility is excellent and the updates (especially the photos) are fantastic! This brightens my day and I appreciate the time it takes the staff to do this. It is particularly good to hear very specific details of my son's day and his development at pick up, staff are very tuned into his needs. The care and attention given to ensuring a varied day are also excellent, particularly the time outdoors. The little events and celebrations are also fantastic. The nursery is also very well managed and organised, the staff are so pleasant and it is really clean.

I was doubtful if my 9 months old daughter would settle at daycare or not. But the staff at Kids@BT9 are very caring and supportive who made us feel at ease. Our daughter got settled quicker than I thought, very happy with the staff and overall facilities.

My daughter (2 years old) has been at Kids@BT9 for over 2 months and absolutely loves it! The staff are very professional and caring and it's great to see the photos on the activities she is doing during the day. The nursery is clean, bright and very welcoming. We could not be happier with Kids@BT9. So glad we chose it.

Everyone of the staff, including management are so friendly, and if you've any issues, which is very rare, they will happily resolve asap.

I have been using Kids@BT9 for over 2 years and they continually go up in my expectations. The quality of care, love and affection they show my children is unbelievable. I am a clean freak and can honestly say how clean and fresh and well maintained the rooms and buildings are. The nursery always smells fresh. Keep up the great work.
