Kids@BT9

My daughters have attended Kids@BT9 for almost two years now. Both girls love going every morning and speak fondly of staff, and are excited to spend the day with them. Staff communicate well on the children's days and show great enthusiasm. Good variety in terms of menu for lunches and snacks, all of which prepared fresh on site. Very well thought out activities and visits for the children, well complimented by the onsite facilities.

Kids@BT9 is a warm and caring nursery, run by staff who are more like a family than a team. Always welcoming with a smile and hello.

With my own child, I know that she is with a great team in the room she is currently in. The staff get on brilliantly with my daughter and she is always excited and looking forward to getting into nursery to spend another day with them. They are excellent listeners and pay close attention to information we give them on how my daughter is that day. They also work well with us in the continuing development and care of out daughter. We have seen her blossom more and more in the nursery as time has went on.

Even the meals and snacks that are prepared for her take into account dietary and nutritional needs.

Overall, the manager has done a fantastic job in developing and maintaining Kids@BT9 into such a complete and competent nursery that I would recommend to any parent who wants the best for their child.

I have been very pleased with the care my daughter has received at this nursery since she was approximately nine months old. She had no difficulty settling in and the staff gave her great care and attention. She has continued to enjoy her time there ever since. The food is excellent, nutritious and varied and the staff cater for my daughter's allergy. The activities are fun and imaginative and the facilities are great. My daughter loves going into nursery and clearly has a good relationship with the staff members there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

Kids@BT9 is an excellent nursery. Our son attended this nursery at around 9 months of age until he started primary school. Our daughter is still attending. The nursery staff are extremely caring about children. Our son loved every minute of his time there and my daughter loves going every day to spend time with her friends and the staff. Children's dietary and developmental needs are met in this nursery. Myself and my husband always felt our children are safe and well looked after in Kid@BT9. Communication with parents is at it's highest standards. The nursery is always clean and different rooms have adequate facilities to stimulate children and help their development. I have not hesitated in recommending Kids@BT9 to friends and colleagues in the past and would happily do this in the future too!

Our second child has been enrolled into Kids@BT9. We as parents are very glad and happy that our child is being taken care by safe and professional hands. The staff are exceptional and very much attentive to the kids. It is no surprise that our little one's face brightens up when we arrive the parking lot and our elder child who is now in P4 still find the nostalgia around. We were surprised that the staff still remembered our names and our elder child's name when we arrived to enrol the little one, after 3.5 years!! Much impressed! Highly recommended, without any doubt!

Really happy with the nursery. Kids are so happy to go every day. Elder child went there for more than 2 years and now my second child started going there. She is so excited and happy to go there :-).Elder child still visits the nursery. She misses it so much.

My son started attending Kids@BT9 in August 2014 and has progressed through all the rooms, and now attends the pre school. My daughter started in June 2016. Both of my children have fantastic relationships with the staff, who are kind, attentive and enthusiastic. The girls work tirelessly to ensure the children are well stimulated, whilst providing a safe and secure environment for them to learn and develop. Having a cook on site ensures my kids are getting home cooked meals every lunch time, and a vast array of snacks to allow them to try new tastes and textures. I genuinely couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough, my kids just love it!

My son has been attending the school for 2 months now and absolutely loves going there every day. He has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his social development and confidence. The staff are fantastic.

From his daily journal, we have seen that he gets the opportunity to experience lots of different activities , further enhancing both his fine motor and language skills. From a nutritional perspective, he has been trying a vast range of different foods, with an onsite cook to prepare fresh meals daily. Our son is a healthy and highly positive boy who thoroughly enjoys his time spent in nursery!

Wonderful environment, friendly teachers and great communication with parents. It's warm and homely and my son has picked up so many new skills and words from being here. Please keep up the good work!

My daughter started Kids@BT9 nursery at the start of September 2016. The Staff are all very friendly, enthusiastic & caring. My daughter loves going to nursery every morning to see and play with her friends and teachers.

We Are planning to continue with Kids@BT9 for our future family and would like to thank all the team members involved to making our daughter enjoy life.

My son started this nursery at the beginning of September 2016. Having attended this nursery now for a month, I could not recommend it highly enough. The Staff are all very friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much for them. The nursery is extremely equipped, modern bright and very welcoming.

Kids@BT9 is truly an excellent nursery. Our little one joined this nursery at around 4 months of age. It was unbelievable, how staff and mangers in this nursery are caring about children. Our son loved every minute of his time there. Children's dietary and developmental needs are met in this nursery. Myself and my wife always felt our child is safe and well looked after in Kid@BT9. Communication with parents is at it's highest standards. Certainly Kids@BT9 is a happy place and my son was always warmly greeted. The nursery is always clean and different rooms have adequate facilities to stimulate children and help their development. We highly recommend this nursery with highest scores.

I cannot recommend Kids@BT9 highly enough. It is a fantastic day nursery. Both my daughters have been here since they were 6 months old and absolutely love it. It is managed superbly and the staff are friendly, caring and kind. The facilities are clean and modern and there is a large outdoor play area for the kids to run around in. All meals are cooked on site from fresh ingredients and the menu is healthy and varied. I teach in a nearby school and many of my colleagues also send their children to the nursery. We are all very happy with how our children are learning here. My eldest child surprises me all the time with the range of concepts and vocabulary she has learned and we have made the decision to enrol her for the Pre-School as we are so happy with her progress. Do not hesitate to choose Kids@BT9 - I am so glad that we did!

Kids @ BT9 is a wonderful nursery, the environment is bright & welcoming and the staff enthusiastic & caring. Management of the nursery is great and are always ready to adapt care to feedback/individual child's requirements. I'd certainly recommend it as happy & safe environment for child care. Our son looks forward to going in each morning & saying hello to Colin the Fish :-)

Kids@BT9 is an excellent facility and I would highly recommend this nursery. Both my daughters are here full time and receive the highest standard of care. The staff are friendly, approachable and caring. The nursery is very well-managed and the environment is warm and welcoming. The children are really nurtured here and as a parent this provides great peace of mind.

Overall it is an excellent nursery and one which I would highly recommend.

My Daughter has been going to this nursery for last 1.5 years. She is so happy to see the staff each day. I feel that she is safe and happy. The staff are always friendly and will always take the time to update me on my daughter's day. When I ask her who are your friends at nursery she tells me a staff name. And that makes my day a lot easier knowing that when I can't be there she is still showered with attention. I feel like the staff are attentive and have really gotten to know my daughter.

Since we are so confident and happy with Kids@BT9 we are continuing her pre school at the same place.
