Kids@BT9, first opened in March 2011 and offers a loving, homely environment for children.

The nursery was originally two large, detached houses which have been renovated, equipped and resourced to provide a bright and stimulating environment for children.

The baby unit provides care for from birth to two years old. Each room offers age appropriate activities and resources with separate sleeping facilities.

The pre-school and junior pre-school building offers a fun-filled busy day for all the children. The pre-school curriculum is complemented by weekly visits from Jo Jingles.

The garden is divided for each age group with plenty of room to run around, explore and climb on an adventure playground.

The children love to share a story on the large story-telling seat.

Learning through play and developing the six areas of learning, helps the team to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.

Very happy with the help for my daughter. She arrived in Belfast from a country with another language without knowing English, I entered the nursery 4 days after arriving and the gesture of the caregivers to use the translator to understand a girl of only 26 months and help her in the process of her
adaption meant a lot to me.

My little girl started here in November and honestly it is the best daycare ever. All the girls/staff are amazing and they are amazing with all the kids. So much activities the kids all do everyday. My daughter loves coming here, the smile on her face when I bring her here. The place is amazing and

Can't speak highly enough of Kids@BT9. Our daughter is quite shy and has some dietary requirements which we were nervous about. But all the staff are amazing. The kitchen staff make sure everything is perfect. They take such good care of her and she has a brilliant time. We get regular updates though
the app and she is always doing lots of fun looking activities such as painting, messy play and external music classes. Lots of outdoor activities too. Would recommend them to anyone.

My son loves going into nursery every morning, he's grown up so much especially from his time in the preschool room. He has made lots of friends since he joined the baby room in 2018, the staff are all lovely and caring towards him and they have their hands full with him. The outdoor play facilities
are great and music class visits have always been a favourite of his. He loved his graduation day and he will really miss nursery and his friends at Kids@BT9 when he heads to his big sisters' school in September. Thanks very much.

My daughter is in preschool at Kids@BT9. She likes the school and the teachers, and she has friends here. She has learned a lot and she has improved in language and communication. She enjoys everything here. The teachers and professional and patient. The environment here is beautiful and well equipped.
The school activities are interesting. We all like this school.

Being the parent of a 'lockdown baby' has presented a unique set of challenges. Leaving my little boy to go back to work full time was one of the hardest things I have ever done. However, the managers and their team @BT9 have given me such support. My boy loves going in to see all his buddies and the
staff do a wonderful job of nurturing him. The setting is safe, stimulating, and caring and there is nothing like getting a gorgeous photo on the app to brighten the day! Their outdoor facilities are second to none in the South Belfast area and the kids get loads of outdoor experiences. We are only at the start of our journey with Kids@BT9 and I look forward to all they have to offer in the coming years.

I have twins that attended this nursery. They have grown so much in their confidence, speaking and listening skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills and emotional intelligence. They have made friendships and are very happy going into pre-school and will ask to go during holidays. The staff promote
kindness, show understanding and always take on board any concerns and are very reassuring. It is a warm, happy, safe environment, and I am very happy to recommend Kids@BT9. My children are more prepared for going up to P1 in September.

My child loves pre-school at Kids@BT9. He is always so happy to go in and always has lots to tell me about what he has been doing. My girls joined Kids@BT9 when they were 12 months old, and are now approaching 3. I feel very fortunate to have chosen this nursery, as my experience of the standard of care has been second to none. The staff have offered the girls a loving caring home from home environment, which they are delighted
to arrive to each morning, as well as smiling each evening after a fun filled day. The children are the real reviewers, and their experience shines through in how confidently and securely they have attached to the staff members that have cared for them at the different stages. Staff are very approachable regarding any query, and keep me updated daily with photographs etc. Significant transitions (eg from room to room or potty training) have been managed so thoughtfully and respectfully. The activities that are planned for them are so very creative, and the setting has really helped them with social confidence.

Our daughter has been going to Kids@BT9 for a year and a half and she loves it. The staff are amazing, she loves them and says they're all her friends. The manager and staff are so helpful and friendly. On special occasions like Mother's day they go the extra mile and get the kids to make something
for their parent, this year we got a little decorated plant. They even get a little gift for Christmas and Easter.
Each month is based on a theme, and at the end of the month (or if they move to another class), they send them home with all their artwork in a little scrapbook. They play outside in the fresh air as much as possible which we love.
We are able to access the app anytime and see what she's been up to that day, lunch/toilet/nap etc. They get a variety of food and snacks. They provide entertainment for the kids by Jo Jingles and other musicians. We highly recommend it. Thank you!

Our daughter has attended Kids@BT9 since I returned to work when she was nine months old. I'm thrilled with the care she has received there from the baby room, right up to the junior preschool she's in now. All the staff clearly care for the children under their charge, and the best compliment I can
give is that my daughter can't wait to get there and doesn't look back when I drop her off!

My son recently joined the nursery and I have to say the standard of care is excellent. The staff are all great and very helpful. Extra care and measures put in place because of Covid in order to keep everyone safe. As a parent, I am kept informed daily through handovers and newsletters. I am able to

Kids@BT9 is a brilliant nursery. The care they provide is outstanding and they are always stimulating the children with fun activities. The 'My NurseryPal' is updated regularly which gives peace of mind and it's great seeing pictures of my child having so much fun. The staff are so friendly and caring.
In my opinion, they give the best care and support. I could not wish to send my child to a better nursery.

My 3-month-old baby boy has been attending Kids@BT9 for the past month and has settled in very well. As a first-time mum, I was very worried about leaving my child in this current climate, although the staff within the baby room reassured me and I was able to put a lot of trust in them. The nursery
app is brilliant as the staff are always keeping me updated every day about my child's day as well as sharing photos of the activities. I would recommend this nursery to anyone as it offers high-quality care.

Our daughter loved the nursery from the very first day and she's looking forward to being back every day. She adores all of her teachers and friends. She's learning quite a lot and we know it's going to benefit her when she starts primary school. We can see how happy she is when in return we can be
content going to work knowing she's in a safe environment our daughter became more independent and developed her social skills. We would highly recommend this nursery to our family and friends.

Kids@BT9 is a fantastic nursery. My child loves every minute. The staff have made him feel so welcome and part of the nursery family. There is always plenty of activities and time outdoors. The food provided is healthy and my child eats everything provided. The staff are always happy and excited to
see the children and very approachable. We are kept up to date with everything and are informed of any policy change as soon as possible. They have handled all the changes due to covid 19 very well and I feel safe sending my child here.
