Excellent nursery and pre school. I have had two children attend since March 2021. The eldest has moved onto primary school and the younger one still attends pre school and wrap around care. Their experience at Kids@BT9 has set them up well and prepared them for primary school.
The staff are
friendly, approachable and have a great way in each of the rooms. The different rooms stimulate the needs and age range appropriately from baby, toddler and up to pre school.
My children enjoy attending and look forward to going in. Kids @BT9 is very reliable and offer excellent communication. We highly recommend.

it perfectly balances a professional, high-standard curriculum with a warm, cozy atmosphere.
The Vibe: Housed in charming converted buildings, it's bright, spotless, and much more intimate than a typical commercial center.
The Staff: Genuinely "incredible" teachers who know every child by name and
provide the kind of reassuring updates that make a working parent's day.
The Perks: Excellent outdoor play spaces, a private car park (a lifesaver in BT9!), and a 7:30 AM start for easy commuting.
A true home from home environment. I was very happy that my daughter got a place.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids@BT9. Our son started in February, and from the very beginning the team put our minds completely at ease. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made sure he had a place in the wobbler room, which we really appreciated.
We were
amazed at how quickly he settled in. What could have been a difficult transition turned into a smooth and positive experience and he now goes in smiling every day and happily waves us goodbye, which says everything.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. The girls in the room are so caring and attentive, and we love receiving regular updates and observations throughout the day. It's so reassuring to know he's in such a nurturing, supportive environment.
We're truly grateful for the care and dedication shown to our son and would highly recommend Kids@BT9 to any parent.

As always, the staff are fabulous. They are so friendly and really make the kids feel at home.
My eldest said, "I love my teachers because they make paper airplanes".
They are great at keeping us updated and really collaborate with us. Events like the big bedtime read for preschoolers, etc, are
invaluable.

My daughter was 11 months when she started back in October '25 and the five months that have followed have been amazing for her. This is down to the amazing, friendly and hard working staff at Kids@BT9. My daughter absolutely loves attending everyday and it's a huge relief for me and my wife knowing
she is being well cared for everyday.

Our child has been at Kids @ BT9 from the babies room right through wobblers and tweenies, and we've honestly loved it. It's been so nice watching her grow and settle at each stage.
The staff are all so friendly and caring, you can tell they really look after the kids and know them well. Since
starting, we've noticed such a difference in her speech and her manners, she's come on so much and is a lot more confident too.
She's always happy going in and comes home chatting about her day, which is lovely to see. It just feels like a really warm, safe place for her.
We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare !

We are so happy with kids@bt9. Our youngest is in the nursery and he loves it. The staff are great with him and he is so well looked after. He loves going in! The staff are great at keeping us updated via the app and when we collect him.
Our eldest is in the preschool. The staff are amazing at
encouraging independence and getting the kids ready for school. He absolutely loves going to preschool! The staff are so friendly and helpful and always keep us updated on how he's getting on. We have also loved all the extra activities that they put on- the big bedtime read, the daily mile, the stay and play session, the nativity and all the outings they arrange!
We feel that kids@bt9 is so well run and are so grateful for the care they give both our boys! Thank you! And we would 100% recommend to friends and family :).

My daughter was enjoying the time in Kids@BT9. Before she never spoke in English. After finishing the preschool in Kids@BT9, she started to say words and phrases in English. It is a big achievement.

This is not the only school my son has attended, we have experiences, but honestly, this school is the best. Everyone here is truly wonderful in every detail. I am very grateful to the staff and the leaders. They are amazing, and I deeply appreciate the love they put into their work.

I am late in providing my review but my son had attended this creche from Sept 2022-June 2024. After having a while to reflect on our time at Kids at BT9. He couldn't of been at a better place, there was structured play, well planned meals, themes continuously throughout the year, regular updates
with pictures. There's really no place like Kids at BT9. Every day my son was treated like a child of their own. A particular staff member was unbelievable with him, she was a real motherly figure and made my son's experience. She helped him every step of the way. They nurtured the children so well and understood all their needs. My son's ASD was caught by an early age also with the help of Kids at BT9 and they helped him develop and progress. He was integrated into everything and they made everything seem possible. Overall, the creche was just fantastic and having all the memories through the online system as well of his time there was an added bonus.

My niece is absolutely thriving at nursery with the help of her teachers.
Drop offs and pick ups go so smoothly. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.
I love the updates/photos on the app of what she gets up to through out the day and all her art work that gets sent home!
She has learnt so
much in the short space of time she has been there.

My daughter joined Kids@bt9 in January 2025 I felt very uneasy about leaving her to go back to work being a first time mum but from day 1 the staff within the baby room have been exceptional! She absolutely loves her days in nursery and it's so reassuring that I'm kept up to date throughout the day
on the app and sent photos of her, couldn't recommend Kids@bt9 enough!

Since the day I visited this nursery, I just had the feeling this was the best place for my baby daughter and I was absolutely right! The level of care, safety, cleanliness, learning and support is of great standard. My baby daughter started going when she was only 6 months old on full-time basis
and I couldn't see her being happier than she is! She loves all staff members from her room and she is always so content doing all the activities and while playing with her friends. I have had previous experience with other nurseries and I can say this is the best nursery ever and I just couldn't recommend it more. A huge thank you to all staff members because they make this possible. They are definitely an essential role in our daughter's routine and we as parents are truly grateful.

My son now 3 has been here since baby room - every room has been excellent. The staff are all professional, engaged and my son loves to see them. He gets a great variety of play and activities and you can tell the thought that goes into these activities. Excellent hours for working parents and
really help alleviate the stress of knowing your child is content and well cared for. Lovely sense of community within the nursery with the monthly newsletter- would highly recommend sending your child here.

Kids@BT9 provides an excellent standard of care. The staff are extremely helpful and communicate with parents well. We have sent both our children here and cannot fault it at all. We are always greeted with a smile and the team are great at making the kids feel at home in a caring atmosphere. They
also provide a good range of activities and lots of outdoor time.

We have been using this nursery for almost 7 years and three of our children have gone here. We would highly recommend. All three of our children have loved it. It is such a comfort when you drop them off happy and pick them up happy. I can't praise the preschool team highly enough. They deliver
such high quality care and education. They are always trying new initiatives to support child development and they go above and beyond with things like nativity shows and graduation.

Kids at BT9 is an example of a wonderful nursery where they always try their best to make children happy and learn through fun which is reflected in my son and I can see how he improved and learned a lot since he started pre-school. Thanks, Kids BT9 for all the great work.

The best nursery in Belfast today. Our son loves going there and we couldn't ask more of the staff. They are very helpful, caring, great with his development and always keep us updated on his day-to-day activities. They always have a positive attitude towards their work and we couldn't ask for more.

My child attends Kids @ BT9. They had an extremely positive induction due to the professionalism and care of the staff in this nursery - I can't thank them enough. The regular updates, photos and information shared on the app also made the transition much easier for me as a parent! The activities
are excellent, very engaging, age-appropriate and fun. The individualised care they have shown to my child has been so reassuring. I am so glad I picked this nursery. One area I would love to see developed further and invested in is the outside space and resources, climbing frames, outdoor play equipment etc. Overall a fantastic nursery. Thank you to all the staff!
