We are so happy with kids@bt9. Our youngest is in the nursery and he loves it. The staff are great with him and he is so well looked after. He loves going in! The staff are great at keeping us updated via the app and when we collect him.
Our eldest is in the preschool. The staff are amazing at
encouraging independence and getting the kids ready for school. He absolutely loves going to preschool! The staff are so friendly and helpful and always keep us updated on how he's getting on. We have also loved all the extra activities that they put on- the big bedtime read, the daily mile, the stay and play session, the nativity and all the outings they arrange!
We feel that kids@bt9 is so well run and are so grateful for the care they give both our boys! Thank you! And we would 100% recommend to friends and family :).

My daughter was enjoying the time in Kids@BT9. Before she never spoke in English. After finishing the preschool in Kids@BT9, she started to say words and phrases in English. It is a big achievement.

This is not the only school my son has attended, we have experiences, but honestly, this school is the best. Everyone here is truly wonderful in every detail. I am very grateful to the staff and the leaders. They are amazing, and I deeply appreciate the love they put into their work.

I am late in providing my review but my son had attended this creche from Sept 2022-June 2024. After having a while to reflect on our time at Kids at BT9. He couldn't of been at a better place, there was structured play, well planned meals, themes continuously throughout the year, regular updates
with pictures. There's really no place like Kids at BT9. Every day my son was treated like a child of their own. A particular staff member was unbelievable with him, she was a real motherly figure and made my son's experience. She helped him every step of the way. They nurtured the children so well and understood all their needs. My son's ASD was caught by an early age also with the help of Kids at BT9 and they helped him develop and progress. He was integrated into everything and they made everything seem possible. Overall, the creche was just fantastic and having all the memories through the online system as well of his time there was an added bonus.

My niece is absolutely thriving at nursery with the help of her teachers.
Drop offs and pick ups go so smoothly. The staff are so welcoming and friendly.
I love the updates/photos on the app of what she gets up to through out the day and all her art work that gets sent home!
She has learnt so
much in the short space of time she has been there.

My daughter joined Kids@bt9 in January 2025 I felt very uneasy about leaving her to go back to work being a first time mum but from day 1 the staff within the baby room have been exceptional! She absolutely loves her days in nursery and it's so reassuring that I'm kept up to date throughout the day
on the app and sent photos of her, couldn't recommend Kids@bt9 enough!

Since the day I visited this nursery, I just had the feeling this was the best place for my baby daughter and I was absolutely right! The level of care, safety, cleanliness, learning and support is of great standard. My baby daughter started going when she was only 6 months old on full-time basis
and I couldn't see her being happier than she is! She loves all staff members from her room and she is always so content doing all the activities and while playing with her friends. I have had previous experience with other nurseries and I can say this is the best nursery ever and I just couldn't recommend it more. A huge thank you to all staff members because they make this possible. They are definitely an essential role in our daughter's routine and we as parents are truly grateful.

My son now 3 has been here since baby room - every room has been excellent. The staff are all professional, engaged and my son loves to see them. He gets a great variety of play and activities and you can tell the thought that goes into these activities. Excellent hours for working parents and
really help alleviate the stress of knowing your child is content and well cared for. Lovely sense of community within the nursery with the monthly newsletter- would highly recommend sending your child here.

Kids@BT9 provides an excellent standard of care. The staff are extremely helpful and communicate with parents well. We have sent both our children here and cannot fault it at all. We are always greeted with a smile and the team are great at making the kids feel at home in a caring atmosphere. They
also provide a good range of activities and lots of outdoor time.

We have been delighted with the care at Kids@BT9 from showing around and settling in, and the ongoing care is second to none. We viewed numerous nurseries in the area and did not find any others that came close to the warm, loving, family-friendly environment. There is an open door policy in the
office and each morning you receive a very welcome. Each child is known by name!
The nursery manager, deputy manager and practitioners in the room are all extremely competent. Our little one started when he was 6 months old, it is such a massive thing to entrust your precious baby into the care of others. We were reassured that all of his needs were met on every level. The staff team worked with us and were happy to adopt the same routines we followed at home, to ensure a smooth transition. We cannot over-emphasise the thanks we have for the full team and the special role that Kids@BT9 plays in our family.

We have been using this nursery for almost 7 years and three of our children have gone here. We would highly recommend. All three of our children have loved it. It is such a comfort when you drop them off happy and pick them up happy. I can't praise the preschool team highly enough. They deliver
such high quality care and education. They are always trying new initiatives to support child development and they go above and beyond with things like nativity shows and graduation.

Kids at BT9 is an example of a wonderful nursery where they always try their best to make children happy and learn through fun which is reflected in my son and I can see how he improved and learned a lot since he started pre-school. Thanks, Kids BT9 for all the great work.

My child has been going to this nursery since January 2023 and they absolutely love it! Even the transitions between the rooms have been stress free as the staff are so friendly and so in tune with the needs of the children. The staff are so friendly and the nursery itself is so clean! One thing I
would like to request is for the chef to make a cookbook of everything they make for the children to eat and how they make it and even present it on the plate - snacks and all - and I would chomp at the bit to buy it even! I keep being told how fantastic an eater my child is and I cannot get them to eat as well at home. I even tried to replicate the menu from the nursery and was quickly told it wasn't right. My child LOVES the food at the nursery and loves the staff and is so excited to see them every day. As am I. My next child will be attending this nursery without a shadow of a doubt and I'll be sorry when our time here is done.

The best nursery in Belfast today. Our son loves going there and we couldn't ask more of the staff. They are very helpful, caring, great with his development and always keep us updated on his day-to-day activities. They always have a positive attitude towards their work and we couldn't ask for more.

My child attends Kids @ BT9. They had an extremely positive induction due to the professionalism and care of the staff in this nursery - I can't thank them enough. The regular updates, photos and information shared on the app also made the transition much easier for me as a parent! The activities
are excellent, very engaging, age-appropriate and fun. The individualised care they have shown to my child has been so reassuring. I am so glad I picked this nursery. One area I would love to see developed further and invested in is the outside space and resources, climbing frames, outdoor play equipment etc. Overall a fantastic nursery. Thank you to all the staff!

I am very grateful that my child had an opportunity to be part of Kids @BT9. My child found it very engaging and exciting to attend preschool. He was very appreciative of the staff and enjoyed the learning activities at school. Being a newcomer to Northern Ireland, he was welcomed kindly and
accommodated well. I highly recommend Kids@BT9 for its fun and learning experience.

My little girl attended Kids@BT9 for just under a year (only moving away due to moving house). I can't speak highly enough of all the staff there. So kind and considerate and treated my daughter like they would a family member. My little girl absolutely loved attending nursery five days a week,
loved all the staff and made some lovely wee friends. Her development progressed beautifully during her time there, through a variety of outdoor and indoor activities. It gave us so much reassurance going to work every day, knowing she ran in through the door and had the best day when we were away. Lots of updates throughout the day of eating, sleeping etc., with pictures of her also.
Fantastic nursery- really can't rate highly enough.

The staff and administration at Kids@BT9 have been extremely kind, patient and caring, the most important, hard-working girls. Me and my twins were new in the city. We took a little longer to settle in. They make it comfortable for us by their cute smiles and total understanding. My child is
difficult when it comes to food, it is a very encouraging environment. The constant updates via the app are reassuring for both myself and their father as well. It makes me feel calm when I think about them. The care and development of my twins in the last two months is brilliant! They start to care about each other. Their speech and language skills and social skills have really improved, it makes me proud because I have made a good choice of a qualified nursery. Thank you so much.

The staff are treated by my child like members of the family; she goes straight to them when she arrives (and hardly looks back; a reassuring thing in my book). On our viewing day, a little one got upset and the staff member picked them up and gave them a cuddle to comfort them (this personal touch
sold the place to me). She has developed so much since starting at BT9 for Kids (seeing her use the little stairs in one of the rooms filled me with pride, and even brought an emotional lump to my throat). The photos of her show her happy and engaged. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone viewing places for their little one.
