All the staff at Holly House have been absolutely brilliant with our daughters. They have settled in so well and we straight away feel really comfortable with all the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of them!

The team are so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. As parents, it's incredibly reassuring to know our children are in such kind and capable hands. Leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but the staff are so friendly and supportive that it makes it that bit easier. I couldn't recommend Greendale enough. It was the best decision we made to put them in daycare and watch them thrive and learn new skills among other little ones and see them become friends.

My child has been with Clearly Kids for the last over 3 years now. At this point the day care became to my child a part of his family. The continous work and passion I keep seeing from all the ladies is simply hard to match. I do trust completely in a genuine relationship between me, my child and all ladies from our lovely day care. No matter how busy day can get sometime-the staff is always attentive and caring. Nothing is never too much or too difficult - always open and home like everytime we are calling in. Exceptional team of dedicated carers is an understatement - ladies go above and beyond for our children and parents. Superstars deserving recognition.

I have just recently returned to work from maternity leave and naturally it was an emotional rollercoaster for myself and the family. We have chosen to send our little boy to this nursery and couldn't be happier with the decision. The facilities are exceptional, extremely clean and bright. The varied menu for little ones is fantastic, I am sure he will enjoy the cooking more at nursery than anywhere else! Shelley and the girls have made this transition so much easier for us all, their caring nature and efficiency at their jobs is second to none. They have been a huge part of this transition for us and can't thank them enough! Everyone of them is worth their weight in gold.

My son attends Little Gems Afterschool and has done for the last year. They are absolutely fantastic with the children. Nothing is ever a problem and it is so well organised. There is great efficiency in getting the kids to and from school. They do a great variety of activities afterschool and enjoy outdoor play. The staff are all brilliant, really approachable and take great care of the children. Thank you for the hard work you all put in!

The nursery provides a warm, nurturing, and safe environment that immediately puts both babies and us parents at ease. The staff are attentive, caring, and clearly experienced, showing genuine affection and patience. It's reassuring to see how well they understand individual needs, from feeding routines to nap schedules, and how thoughtfully they communicate updates throughout the day.

The space itself is clean, bright, and well-organized, with age-appropriate toys and sensory activities that support early development. There's a lovely balance between structured play and free exploration, allowing babies to grow at their own pace while still being gently guided.

What stands out most is the strong sense of trust the nursery builds with families. Staff are approachable and always willing to listen or offer advice. Overall, it's a wonderful environment where babies feel secure, stimulated, and cared for

Brilliant nursery & daycare, my kids love it. Great staff and activities, very flexible to my changing work schedule. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for wraparound care. The summer holiday club is also fantastic!

He has been full time here since he was under a year old and honestly the staff members who have cared for my son feel like more like family members as their help and support has contributed to my sons development immensely. They have been a big support to me as a parent also. From potty training, crafts, weekly themes, well balanced meals and snacks and encouraging my child to be helpful, polite and kind. I will be sad the day he has to leave.

My son has been attending Little Gems Nursery since he was 9 months old for 2 full days per week. This is a fantastic nursery and he has learnt so much since he has been there. The staff have been extremely supportive and he has so much fun making new friends each week. Overall, we are exceptionally grafeful to the staff and management.

It's such a comfort knowing my child is in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment every day. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my little one.

My son has attended Greendale since he was 11months old. He loves it. He is now in Greendales pre school and thankfully nothing has changed. He is a sociable and caring child which has only been aided by greendale and their staff. I have no concerns when dropping my son off knowing he will have a fun and educational day.

So so pleased with Greendale for my little girl. The staff are amazing, always going above and beyond. My little one made the transition to the toddler room and the girls did absolutely everything to make sure it was as comfortable for her as possible. All the staff have something lovely to say or a conversation every time we are in and you can guarantee the managers, even when busy, will pop their head out and check in or give a cheery wave out the window. Great facilities, great staff and delighted with the progress my little one is making here.

Little Gems is fantastic. Our son attends 3 days per week in the toddler room & the staff are brilliant with him. He has learnt so much & has so much fun. The staff are very supportive of him & always go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend. All of the rooms from baby to toddler have been excellent. All staff & management have been very professional, caring & friendly!

We are so happy with the level of care that our son receives at Little Gems. He has been there since he was a baby and we have never had an issue with him settling in to the different rooms for each stage. The staff have always been so friendly and kind and they listen carefully when you tell them information about your child. He is currently in the toddler room and Brooke and her team are brilliant. He has a group of friends and always leaves daycare happy but tired from all the different activities. He gets excited arriving at daycare. Overall, we are extremely grateful with all that Leah and her staff do.

Our daughter has been at Clearly Kids since she was 10 months old and is now in the toddler room. She loves the place and the staff all know the kids really well. I love getting to see the updates through the day on their App with photos showing her activities throughout the day. She eats a great variety of food as well. Would really recommend

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Our daughter found the transition quite difficult at first, but the team went above and beyond to support her settling in. They took the time to understand her needs, reassure her, and build her confidence at her own pace, which made such a difference.

Now, she absolutely loves going to nursery. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing, and that gives us real peace of mind as parents.

Excellent nursery and pre school. I have had two children attend since March 2021. The eldest has moved onto primary school and the younger one still attends pre school and wrap around care. Their experience at Kids@BT9 has set them up well and prepared them for primary school.

The staff are friendly, approachable and have a great way in each of the rooms. The different rooms stimulate the needs and age range appropriately from baby, toddler and up to pre school.

My children enjoy attending and look forward to going in. Kids @BT9 is very reliable and offer excellent communication. We highly recommend.
