Kids@BT9

The nursery staff are just excellent, welcoming and very considerate.

As our child leaves Kids@BT9 to move on to P1, I reflect on how wise a decision we made when selecting Kids@BT9 for our daughter's care. She began in the baby room at 9 months old and moved through the various rooms, including Kids@BT9's own Pre-school.

The nursery caters for 5 stages of development in 5 rooms. The surroundings are very clean, bright, spacious, fun and stimulating. The outdoor play gardens are also very well equipped and designed. The thought of leaving our child in the care of anyone other than ourselves was daunting, but we were immediately impressed by the friendliness, commitment, professionalism and caring nature of all the staff. I was impressed by the availability of policies to view, with evidence that policies and best practice were being followed.

Kids@BT9 has been a very safe, happy, fun, stimulating and caring environment for our daughter to develop. The staff have all been wonderful and we've come to think of them as part of the family. Thank you!

Our little boy has been attending Kids @ BT9 since November 2014. He absolutely adores going there and chats about his wee friends and the staff when he comes home. The staff are very hard working and super with the children. The Manager is so accommodating and certainly knows her job inside out. We will be sad when our son leaves in June 2018. He has learnt so much at nursery and wouldn't be the wee boy he is today. Thank you so much to all the staff at Kits @ BT9.

Kids@BT9 is a very good nursery. My child, who is in the Baby Room, has settled in very well and I trust the staff to care for him, which means so much. I would recommend the nursery for sure.

Our baby has settled in so well and he is developing brilliantly. He loves the gorgeous fresh food which is provided every day. I don't think anywhere else in Belfast could provide better care for our baby. We love it and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My daughter has had a ball in the nursery and ahs come so far. They have taught her so much and she has had such a confidence boost and I couldn't thank the nursery enough. Couldn't have found a better nursery for my daughter as the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend to everyone!!

My son is now 3 and has attended Kids @BT9 since he was 10 months old. My daughter started when she was 9 months old.

All of the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy to work here. The nursery feels welcoming, warm and cosy.

Both children were exclusively breastfed and it meant a lot to me that the staff were fully supportive of this. Within a matter of weeks at the nursery, both children had adapted to the routine and started taking 2-hour naps - quite an achievement for children who previously ONLY had a nap on their mother!

In addition to sleeping well, both children eat really well here. The food is freshly prepared by the cook each day - my children eat things here that they wouldn't consider at home!

My children run into their respective rooms each day as happy as can be. It's not always easy having to go out to work every day but it makes me feel 100 times better knowing that they are somewhere that they're being taken really good care of. We all love it here!

I previously had my 5-year-old girl at Kids at BT9 from 19 months til school age, then my youngest went from 10months. My two girls were so happy going into nursery every day-skipping away -"Bye Mummy" and it was lovely to see from a parents point of view The staff are fantastic and the nursery environment is just like a home environment. Can't thank the staff enough for the stimulation and enthusiasm to my girls over the years. Thank you.

My daughter loves coming to daycare. I love that I get to hear about her day and how she loves the messy play. All girls in the room are great with her and she always leaves smiling.

In the past, some items have been left behind but always returned the following day.

The nursery at Kids@BT9 is a well managed and professionally run nursery. The building is bright and welcoming and the rooms are clean with lots of colourful decorations for the children. My 2 children are always happy to go into nursery and always have an active and eventful day with lots of different toys and "messy" play. The staff are very professional but also caring and patient. The food is of a very good standard and they get plenty to eat throughout the day. I would be happy to recommend this nursery.

A very pleasant and welcoming environment. Kids @Bt9 provides both and professional and personal service to meet our childcare needs. Staff are always friendly and our child is always excited about going to nursery. We are amazed at how our child has progressed since starting nursery and we thank the Kids@Bt9 staff for their excellent care and contribution to our child's development.

My little girl joined Kids@BT9 almost a year ago and I honestly could not be happier with the premises, the staff and the overall feeling of reassurance that your child is being cared for in the best possible way. You always receive a warm and open welcome from all of the staff and especially the owner. My little girl is currently in the Wobbler Room and each day we are given a direct and accurate breakdown of all of her activities, food consumed, the length of her nap and everything in-between. All of her workers are extremely friendly and are always accommodating with any particular requests you may have. They always make you feel that your children are in the most capable and safe hands. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves going to Kids@BT9 and really enjoys her time there. I would recommend Kids@BT9 to any parents looking for a nursery that their children will enjoy and to have their mind put at ease regarding their health, safety learning and happiness.

Kids@Bt9 is a fantastic nursery. The facilities are very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. However, it is the exceptional staff which set this nursery apart. Every member of staff is friendly, polite, professional, and most importantly have great relationships with the children. Every day the children take part in varied and stimulating activities. The children are encouraged to play together to help develop their social skills. Every month, each room in the nursery has a theme which aims to develop children's understanding of subjects such as shapes, colours, and seasons, all in keeping with early years curriculum. Special requirements for children are very willingly met, and the very knowledgeable staff are always on hand to offer their advice for particular issues. The menu is also excellent and they children enjoy a varied and healthy menu throughout the week. Every day my son's food report is 'ate all'! I cannot recommend this fabulous nursery enough!

The manager and her team provide the warmest of welcomes every morning and over the past year have become like an extended family to me and my boys. The care and attention my son receives and how he is advancing in terms of his speech, movement and overall coordination is fantastic. My other son will be starting Kids@BT9 in the New Year and I just know he will have a ball and will be 'ruined' with cuddles and cards from all the ladies in nursery - keep up the great work!!

Can't say enough good things about Kids@BT9. Our wee man has been there since 5 months old and loves all the staff as much as they (at times remarkably) appear to love him! Every member of staff is always cheery and loving toward the wee man. They encourage outdoor and mucky play and everything a rough and tumble little boy enjoys. The facilities are first class, only surpassed by the quality of the staff. Our fella isn't always the best eater but loves the good quality food cooked for him. Can't fault the place.

My daughter had been at Kids@BT9 for nearly 11 months, I could not praise the staff highly enough, she is a very happy little girl and every day runs into the wobblers room excited for the day ahead. The variety of activities on offer are fantastic and the outdoor space provided is great as I know my child is getting plenty of fresh air and exercise. Finally, the staff are brilliant, there is a lovely friendly atmosphere within the nursery and all the lovely team are wonderful with her. I love the great bond she had with them all, as a first time parent it can be daunting leaving your baby in daycare for the first time, however, all the staff have made the transition very easy!

Very happy with the level of care provided for my daughters over the past two years in all the rooms @BT9, from Babies right up to the pre-school. Healthy, freshly prepared menu for lunches and snacks. My daughters enjoy their time in daycare thanks to the attentive staff who are clearly passionate about childcare, and my daughters are thriving and growing in confidence as a result. The onsite outside play areas are a big plus and the trips for pre-school have been interesting and educational (Lisburn Rd Fire Station and nature walk in Botanic Gardens) or fun filled (cinema).

My wife and I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Both our children have attended, and have thrived. When dropping off or picking up, there is always a sense that all the children here are happy. The facilities are immaculate, and the staff, to a number, are second to none.
