Kids@BT9

Both of our sons attend Kids@BT9 and our youngest is booked to attend (from the summer). The nursery has so many strengths. Partnership with parents is one of the priorities and I really commend the nursery. I have full trust in the leadership. I have always felt that I am encouraged to play an active part in the nursery experience. The pre-school organises stay-and-play sessions, frequent parental meetings and a beautiful graduation at the end of the year. My eldest child has enjoyed some of the best days of his life at the pre-school. His happiness and well-being are paramount and his love for the teachers is evident.

Kids@BT9 has a solid reputation in the community. A warm and comforting environment. passionate teachers and staff, active and child-friendly place for one's child to school. Their person-centred approach to teaching was really helpful for my son.

This is our second child to be enrolled in Kids@BT9, despite it no longer being close to our work or home. We wouldn't have sent our children anywhere else. Everything, from management to food provision is outstanding. We know that our son is being looked after with the highest level of care and learning through play using evidence-based techniques. There is a vast range of activities on offer daily, including maximum outside play no matter the weather. A varied healthy diet is provided with choices for dietary restrictions. Our son is content, looks forward to going and comes home happy. The staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgable and very approachable. We will miss the nursery when our youngest leaves this summer - we have been with them for nine years. We couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough!

Please get an after-school care room so we can come back!

My experience is excellent. The staff are amazing. They are friendly and all the time trying to help my son. My child has great progress in all skills with them.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. He’s been attending since he was nine months old and he is now three. The staff are an amazing bunch of girls and I couldn’t be happier with the standard of care that he receives. The nursery is also spotless (something that I would always look for), and he’s well-fed while he’s there. My son is always happy and smiling when I drop him off and when I collect him. I would highly recommend Kids@BT9 to anyone that is looking for a daycare/preschool place for their child.

What I appreciate most about Kids@BT9 is their emphasis on education and development. My child has already shown improvement in his social and cognitive skills since starting at the nursery. Overall, I highly recommend Kids@BT9 to any parents looking for a safe environment for their children.

Excellent nursery, very high standards. Always has the children’s best interest at the heart of everything. Staff have a very caring nature. They provide education at appropriate level and my children always seem to be having fun.

I really couldn’t recommend this place enough for your little ones, the staff are all just so incredibly friendly and caring and most importantly you can really see that your child’s development is at the centre of everything. They do so many extra little things that make such a difference whether it’s the music class or visits from coach or the coffee and tea morning they put on for us mums on Mother’s Day, all their trips out with the kids and the opportunity they create for us parents to get involved too. They just do so much for kids and parents. The manager just shows she really cares about her role and really seems to have such a good awareness of each individual child. She has so much experience and strong knowledge of what is important for children’s development. My son has loved every minute he has spent here and my youngest will hopefully be following suit next school year as I’m not ready to say goodbye to the place just yet!

They are giving for all pupils a notebook where is a lot of memory of what they were doing in the nursery all year. Definitely recommend. I love it so much.

All three of my children have attended Kids@BT9, and I could not recommend it highly enough. Every single member of staff and management that we have encountered over the years has been excellent. All the staff are so caring and fun. They go over and above on a daily basis, and I know I never have to worry about my little ones when they are there.

My son attended two nurseries and compared to the last one Kids@BT9 exceeded my expectations. Since week one in the nursery, when he was only 17 months he was happy, entertained and very well looked after. The staff including the management are always helpful, attentive and supportive. My son tells me every day how much he enjoyed his day at the nursery. Plays outside, arts and crafts, bun making, jo-jingles and football. There isn't a dull day for him. They pass on all his art at the end of the month. Just a lovely touch! There is an app where they post handovers and photos from his day, which makes you feel at ease knowing he is all good. I would strongly recommend Kids@BT9 to anyone who is unsure. Truly a wonderful nursery.

My son has started since September 2022 and he loves it. Every thing is brilliant, especially activities, facilities and resources. The team are all caring professionals, they take their time to know my little one and help him to be ready for school next year.

Kids@bt9 provides outstanding care for our daughter. The staff are warm, professional, good at communicating and genuinely caring. We love the creative, messy and fun ways our daughter can play here. Our daughter has grown in confidence whilst being at Kids@bt9. We love that the children and staff are from diverse backgrounds and are so welcoming. The facilities are bright and homely and the garden is amazing with so many simple yet innovative ways to play, construction area, water table, story corner, mud kitchen etc. We highly recommend Kids@bt9 and can say we are grateful for how well they have looked after our daughter.

My son has been attending Kids@BT9 since a baby. June was his last month as he moves on to primary. I cannot rate BT9 enough. All the staff display empathy towards the babies and children. I was very nervous leaving my baby however the baby room staff reassured me from the start. He has grown into a confident, lovely boy and this is due to the hard work and dedication of all the staff. Great leadership/management. We will miss you all.

I honestly am delighted I found Kids@BT9 to look after my son, from the very first phone call I knew BT9 was the place to give me the peace of mind I needed while leaving my son as I went to work. The management and staff really make you feel so at ease, I am kept well informed, and the standard of care is exceptional. My son just loves going into the nursery and every evening when collecting him he comes out buzzing about what he has done that day. Kids@BT9 is a fantastic nursery, I feel my son has progressed very well with his speech and has become a whole lot more confident interacting with other children and adults.

I chose Kids@BT9 school for my daughter for her pre-school sessions because it was recommended by a friend. My daughter learnt so many things. Her overall developing growth is very good. Their communication way with the children is very nice. They have a wide variety of good quality equipment and toys and outdoor activities. All the staff members are cooperative and hard working. The playroom nursery is well maintained and stimulating.

Fantastic pre-school that offers a safe, clean and caring learning environment. All of the staff go the extra mile for the children which gives parents peace of mind. Management uses the resources available in the best possible way to ensure the children get the most from their pre-school experience.
