Kids@BT9

I am very grateful that my child had an opportunity to be part of Kids @BT9. My child found it very engaging and exciting to attend preschool. He was very appreciative of the staff and enjoyed the learning activities at school. Being a newcomer to Northern Ireland, he was welcomed kindly and accommodated well. I highly recommend Kids@BT9 for its fun and learning experience.

Fantastic nursery- really can't rate highly enough.

The staff and administration at Kids@BT9 have been extremely kind, patient and caring, the most important, hard-working girls. Me and my twins were new in the city. We took a little longer to settle in. They make it comfortable for us by their cute smiles and total understanding. My child is difficult when it comes to food, it is a very encouraging environment. The constant updates via the app are reassuring for both myself and their father as well. It makes me feel calm when I think about them. The care and development of my twins in the last two months is brilliant! They start to care about each other. Their speech and language skills and social skills have really improved, it makes me proud because I have made a good choice of a qualified nursery. Thank you so much.

The staff are treated by my child like members of the family; she goes straight to them when she arrives (and hardly looks back; a reassuring thing in my book). On our viewing day, a little one got upset and the staff member picked them up and gave them a cuddle to comfort them (this personal touch sold the place to me). She has developed so much since starting at BT9 for Kids (seeing her use the little stairs in one of the rooms filled me with pride, and even brought an emotional lump to my throat). The photos of her show her happy and engaged. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone viewing places for their little one.

We are delighted with the care provided by the staff. My daughter enjoys a range of activities and outdoor play. We know she’s in good hands when we drop her off. The teachers provide great encouragement to become independent and confidence builds every day.

The school Christmas concert was one of the best of many I have attended it was so well organized and the children trained to a level beyond even primary school The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming with a fantastic knowledge of the child’s family members The concert was very entertaining causing much pride to the hearts and lives of those present I would highly recommend and rate this daycare and preschool to anyone who is anxious about leaving their little ones as the level of care is above and beyond anyone would wish for their child. Thank you for taking such good care of my niece and little nephew.

The staff at Kids@BT9 have been patient, consistent, caring, hard-working and dedicated when it has come to my child settling in. My daughter took a little longer to settle in as this is her first childcare setting, the constant updates via the app are reassuring for both myself and my partner. The care and development of my child in the last four to five months is brilliant! Her speech and language skills and social skills have really improved. I am so happy I chose Kids@BT9.

My child has been attending Kids@BT9 for the past two years and is now in their preschool and I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough. They provide such a high standard of care, and offer a warm and caring environment by the wonderful staff and plenty of fun activities to learn and enjoy. The girls send lovely photos through the app of my son documenting his day which I found very comforting. The nursery is very clean and they provide great meals throughout the day. Management go the extra mile to involve parents. For example, I recently attended their nativity where they got the parents involved as well, I found this such a nice experience and showed great thought from the staff.

Kids@BT9 is a lifesaver to our child where he gets the opportunity to socialize with his peer group. We've seen a massive improvement in his activities after joining Kids@BT9. We are very thankful to the management and especially the staff who take good care of our child.

The activities are well planned and super varied, I am always amazed at the effort and thought that goes into planning them and I love the picture updates. The app is a lovely reassurance for me during the day and the team is brilliant with updating it regularly, especially with photo updates. The food is varied and I like that it’s prepared fresh on site. Overall I can’t recommend highly enough.

My daughter has been attending Kids@BT9 since November (she started at 10 months). The staff have been great - friendly, helpful and reassuring with their in-person and on-the-app updates. The app is excellent and really puts me at ease during the day, The range of food offered is lovely. My daughter is growing in confidence since starting. I am very pleased with our experience of the nursery so far.

Excellent experience. Providing optimal care to my baby. Maintaining accurate records for my child, regarding sleep time, activities, pictures, meals and behaviours. Making sure to document her growing so I will not miss any. My baby loves the nursery because one staff member in particular gets excited when she sees her. Now she is independent in many things. The staff member communicates very well with this regarding her needs and behaviour. No issues at all with safeguarding. The environment is child-friendly with good access to outdoor activities and the staff member makes sure that my baby has a chance to experience the outside world whenever it is possible.

The school nativity was beyond fabulous - the children were so well trained and behaved - they played, acted and spoke their parts with clarity and confidence. The staff were alert and attentive at all times. We were greeted with tea/coffee/hot mulled wine, mince pies and cookies. The children's costumes and props were excellent and the atmosphere was one of joy, pride and total entertainment. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

My daughter has been attending Kids@BT9 from 2020. It is an exceptional nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and my daughter is excited to see them each morning. The cleanliness is of a high standard and the nursery has a range of activities on offer, including fun messy play activities (which is something I wouldn't do much at home). Updates are sent regularly with pictures and what she has eaten throughout the day. I couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 enough and the A level of care my daughter is receiving. Thank you!

My daughter loves going to preschool and she really enjoyed all activities that were on offer and most of all she loves making her own playdough at the playdough station. Kids@BT9 is highly recommended as they are very good value for money and very good quality care. Preschool staff were amazing and very caring with the children.

We have a very good experience sending our little one in Kids@BT9. Our kid settled down very quickly and is enjoying the food and all the activities there. Staff is quite supportive and caring. Highly recommended place.

My son gets so happy arriving to preschool every morning. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They really do put so much time and effort into all that they do. I have enjoyed the big bed time read and nativity. My child has learnt so much and is beginning to flourish in confidence. I cannot thank the preschool team enough for being a part of my son's learning journey.

The best nursery in Belfast! We couldn’t think of anything better than Kids@BT9 for our youngest girl. Our eldest daughter joined the preschool (2021-2022 ) and made a massive impact on her development and overall wellbeing. We were lucky enough to be accepted with our second child and so happy to be once again part of the Kids@BT9 family. They are doing an amazing job and our kids seem to be spoiled with plenty of love, fun and creative schedule. So many trips to the farm, theatre, zoo, park, museum and so on. I never heard from any of my friends of something similar. The graduation was absolutely magnificent. No words to describe it! Nobody can come even close to these team of professionals for a very long time. Well done to all the staff and if you want your child to be very well looked after I guarantee you won’t go wrong with Kids@BT9!
