If, if we choose to have another baby, we will 100% be using Newbiggin.

My daughter has been at the nursery for quite a while now and it has definitely been a positive experience for her. She enjoys spending time with her friends and the staff. There is a really friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere at the nursery.

I've used this nursery for 2 of my children who have received excellent care always. The activities are creative and inclusive. Meals are nutritious and the children are encouraged to be independent. I would recommend the nursery to family and friends.

The nursery is excellent. My children have both come to this nursery and both loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My little boy comes home and gets so excited telling me all the fun things he's been doing.

The nursery has a good layout and staff are good with the kids. The food if enjoyed by my nephew. Well done to staff who go the extra mile in the baby room

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 9 months old. She is now almost 3 and still loves nursery, she even asks to go on her days off! The staff are all lovely and I know she is well looked after there

My daughter started this nursery in December and is just enjoying every day she attends there. They have an amazing wet room where she quite often comes home and tells us about all the messy things she has done but most of all the staff are friendly and professional and have helped her settle in just fine.

My grandchild attends this nursery and over the past few weeks she has struggled to settle, the girls have all helped make us feel reassured and give us lots of confidence in them that she will settle. I couldn’t ask for such a lovely bunch of girls for my grandchild to be with to help her learn and develop throughout her time in the nursery.

My son has really come on since starting at the nursery. All staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities and lots for kids to do. Can't fault the nursery.

I find the staff friendly, polite and very good at informing me of my grandson's day.

I have no complaints and have always felt welcome whenever dropping my son off. Also since joining my son has come on leaps and bounds due to the attention he gets at home and at the nursery.

We have had a very positive experience with The Co-operative Childcare Newbiggin. Very friendly staff and always have a smile. Excellent communication between staff and parents.

The nursery is brilliant. It has really brought my daughter on and she really looks forward to coming. The staff are brilliant and make you feel comfortable and happy leaving your child in their care.

This is an excellent place for children to go. I am very happy with it. Plenty for them to do and well looked after which is important.

The staff here are fantastic. They made sure my son was at ease and got the most out of his day at nursery. He has so fun here and learns loads. The staff make sure I am kept up to date with all events and goings on around the nursery, though I connect and with their Facebook. I have done and will continue to recommend this nursery, it makes it easy going to work knowing your child is well looked after and cared for.
