Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School, Newburn

My daughter loves it here. She is happy, has lots of friends and loves the staff. She learns so much through a variety of styles. Currently they have eggs in an incubator and she is so excited for them to Hatch. Big garden and lots of fresh air. Very little time in front of a screen which I love, all hands on and learning by doing. Lots of singing too.

It's been great to see how well our granddaughter has been helped to settle down in nursery. Thank you.

Maybe a little short staffed at times but overall, very happy.

The staff are exceptional. They have provided excellent support to both myself and my daughter during this transition period. She comes home happy and chatty. She is involved in wonderful activities and is happy to see the staff.

My daughter attended for a year before school and my son who is now 2 1/2 has attended since he was 10 months old and will likely continue until school. My Daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at nursery and made lots of friends, her confidence grew and really helped her get ready for school. There have been quite a few staff changes recently so I am currently not familiar with a few of the staff with my son only attending 2 days a week, however, this hasn't caused any problems and everyone I know is lovely, it's also nice to see a male member of staff. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and have always trusted our children are safe and eating a variety of food. I like the parent zone app and being able to see photos now and again, although I feel there is less than the old files! My favourite part of the nursery is the garden, my kids love the outdoors, playing on bikes and in the sand, it is a great size. It's a great location for us and plenty of parking and away from busy roads.

Our granddaughter is shy and reserved. The staff have been a great help in bringing her out of her shell. She has been given homework to do which has helped educate her and mature as a child. We believe that ALL the staff have been instrumental in giving her a good start in her education. We believe she has been given the best start she could have to go to primary school.

I love this nursery! The staff make everything so easy and relaxing, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

All 3 of my children have attended the nursery and they have all enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We love this nursery and would recommend it to any of our friends. Our little one recently graduated and we'll be very sad to move on to the next adventure.

Our experience with the Co-operative Nursery Newburn has been fantastic. Our daughter has developed so much confidence and we are really impressed with her emerging literacy and numeracy skills as a result of the nursery's work with her. Excellent nursery, our daughters loves coming here and never wants to leave. The management, to all the staff, are all so friendly, approachable, she really likes them all and they are an asset to the Co-operative group. It has been the best experience of our little one's time at this nursery, and will be sending our new arrival when she is older. My little boy has become a lot more confident since attending the nursery. He has started talking a lot more and interacting with other children. All of the staff are amazing they have such a good bond with the children.

Absolutely recommend this nursery, our son has been here for almost 4 years and is extremely happy. It has installed great values in him, his development has been fantastic and especially in his social skills. Sad to be leaving to go to reception.

Our daughter joined the nursery when she was one year old and she is now just about to leave pre-school. She has been well cared for by all the staff and everyone shows a genuine interest in the children. There are some fab learning activities (especially Isla bikes) and parents are updated on progress regularly. We have loved our daughter being here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
