Co-op Childcare Newburn Nursery is a purpose-built nursery that has been designed to a high standard taking the needs of the children into account. There are three main rooms within the nursery split into the following age groups: six weeks to 18 months, 18 months - two-years-old and two to five-year-olds.

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They have 5 Little Pioneers who help share their core values to children from encouraging them to be independent to expressing their feelings.

They are big on happy children and they have areas for growing food (and eating it), regular visits to local care homes and a focus on taking care of each other and the world. They hold the Green Flag Status Award, an internationally recognised award in a programme that sees children lead the world in making little changes that deliver big environmental differences.

They have a ParentZone app which keeps parents/carers informed about life at nursery from photos of their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!

Co-op Childcare Newburn have a sensory room which is a beautiful indoor garden that includes forest music and sensory materials that your child can use as tools for imaginative play.

I believe this nursery is very good, my granddaughter always comes home learning something new. Be it a new song, nursery rhymes or activities to play together.
She loves all the staff, she knows all their names and always shouts 'Bye girls' when I pick her up to come home.

My daughter has now been in the nursery for five months and she absolutely loves it. The level of care offered by all the staff is excellent and she has come on a long way in these few months as a result of this. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent without hesitation.

The nursery experience has been very positive for my son. The staff are all friendly and helpful and take my crying child with a smile in the morning. His menu palette has really improved thanks to nursery as well as the advancement of his toilet raining. The facilities are fantastic and he never wants
to leave.

My little boy has been going to the nursery for over a year now. He has moved from the baby room, to the 18-24 month room and is now in the older room. I can't fault the staff at all. They are all lovely and caring and make me feel that my little boy is safe and well looked after. Sometimes he crys
when I leave him and I usually ring and check on him later in the day, the staff are always very kind and reassuring when I do ring. They do fab activities and the rooms in their nursery are brilliant with lots of activities. Food choices are always healthy and lots of choice. I will always recommend the nursery to friend and family.
