What a fabulous nursery! Our son has been very happy here for the last 4 years and the staff are genuinely caring and nurturing. We were always reassured of the great care they were providing and we felt it a safe, secure and happy environment for our son to grow.
6 stars!
I have been very happy with the nursery, they have helped my little girl come up to where she should be, they keep me informed with what she needs. They are a good bunch of girls. And my daughter is always happy to attend.
Absolutely amazing nursery! Our son joined mid-way through the Covid-19 situation and they’ve made the whole process so easy and comfortable for us. The quality of care is second to none which meant my son settled really well and is always so happy to get there in the morning and a lot of the times he is annoyed he has to leave. The manager and all the staff are very helpful, supportive and kind. They are always willing to talk you through any queries or questions, no matter the time and even give you ideas for activities to do at home. Seeing their enthusiasm with the kids, it is clear how passionate they are about what they do. My son has also come on leaps and bounds, especially with his confidence but it’s not only that, you can tell that he’s learned how to share, be kind and also gained a sense of independence. I’m really delighted that he’s not only being educated but learning how to be a fully rounded individual.
I highly recommend Bright Horizons Leeds, a great nursery, with well trained, experienced and capable staff, and a brilliant Nursery Manager running the team really well! Great attention to detail, extremely good with food allergies, and a nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive in.
The manager is a wonderful person, you can clearly see she cares for all children with her heart and takes plenty of time to talk with me and my boy even though the current situation is hard with Covid, I had one issue which was solved quickly and efficiently. The staff who care for my boy are lovely people and he is happy to leave me every morning to learn and play.
I have had a professional relationship with this nursery for 14-years! All three of my children have attended (my youngest still does). The staff are amazing and show how much they care about each child and their family. I would recommend them all day long.
My little girl will be leaving in September, and I know she will miss everyone very much.
Best nursery in the area!
My daughter started here at 9-months-old, and although I was nervous at leaving her there, I knew instantly that she was in great hands. The staff are so kind and genuinely caring. They really get to know the kids and have lots of advice to give (when asked). The nursery manager is focused on the children's wellbeing and always puts their needs first, and through 2020, has done her best to keep the nursery open as long as it is safe to do so.
Our son has been going to Bright Horizons full time since about six months of age (excluding lockdown). Even from an early age, he appeared to settle quickly and he’s always happy to arrive at the nursery. I can spend my working hours safe in the knowledge that he is safe, entertained and well-fed. The nursery does more than just educate the children – they also instil kindness, tidiness and working together. I’ve been surprised on several occasions recently when my son has put wrappers in the bin without prompting and fetched my shoes and coat before we go out for a walk. One of my favourite things about the nursery is the interest staff have in tracking the children's development – they have their own scrapbooks which staff regularly update with pictures and anecdotes.
We have been amazed by the quality of care and level of further development with our son, he always has a smile on his face and loves attending, he makes friends very easily with his peers and the staff, without the additional learning structure provided we are certain he wouldn't be as far along with his development in both communication/socialising skills and with his fine motor skills and fitness, in the current situation that we all face it would be almost impossible to provide as varied and well-suited activities and learning tools that are provided by the nursery, we can't thank the staff enough.
Our daughter has recently transitioned from the baby to the toddler room. The staff made what could have been a challenging period much easier through their support and tailored care to suit our daughter's needs. Our daughter continues to flourish in the environment and we feel she is being fully supported to reach her learning/developmental goals.
It was lovely to experience pre-school with my daughter and join in on some activities which were really fun! I also had the opportunity to discuss her development with her key workers and how she learns, some ideas which we will definitely take home! Thanks to all the staff for a lovely morning.
The care and attention my son receives is really good. Staff are really helpful and supportive. I can always ask for advice and for new ideas what to do at home and how to support my son.
My daughter loves preschool and we love the nursery. The staff are great and so caring, kids are bonding with the staff from their rooms and they are learning so much. Activities are great and each day they learn something new. Exploring in the garden is also a great experience and the facilities and the manager are great.
Really highly recommended to all of my friends and family, Bright Horizons Leeds is a very good nursery. Very caring and supportive staff for my little one, fantastic environment for my children to grow and develop.
My son was new to this nursery and he settled really well in a short time, thanks to the staff and teachers who took good care of him during this time. He learnt a lot of things in here. He always wants to stay here and doesn't want to go home when I come to pick him up. This shows how much he is enjoying his time here. If possible I'll send my second son here soon.
The staff were excellent in accommodating specific needs and provide relevant and useful feedback on a daily basis.
There is no doubt that my daughter's personality and positive development has been as a result of the staff's assistance and helpfulness.
They were all very helpful and loads of information available.
They provide parents and children with the confidence to ask questions, answering fully and working in partnership as a group of 3 (children, parents and staff).
The staff are wonderful and caring and helpful and always listen.
They are keen to help develop my son.
The facility itself is a lovely place to be with lots to do.
Thanks.
