Bright Horizons Leeds Day Nursery and Preschool

If you’re looking for the perfect nursery, don’t look elsewhere. Our son had a fantastic experience there. He’s my first child and as a mum, I wanted him to be safe, in good hands, in a nursery that will care about him and his needs. The team is so great with kids, they are caring, attentive and very supportive. My son learnt so much there, I can see him growing so fast. He’s always happy to go, with a nice smile on his face. He was only 3 months when he started and as I’m not British, I was very scared of choosing a nursery. But the team reassured me and provided the best support ever. We needed to leave because we moved far away from there but I would recommend this nursery without a doubt!

The staff, have been so reassuring, welcoming, polite and friendly. They have built such a good relationship with my daughter, and I can’t fault them in any way. My daughter has been going here for the past two years. The teachers and nursery staff have been outstanding and I have seen so many positive changes in my daughter. The teachers really care for the children and they put in a lot of effort to engage children and teach them important skills and preparing for “big” school. They also keep parents up to date regarding child’s meals and activities throughout the day which has been great as a first time anxious mum. Highly recommended nursery.

Overall, we feel safe for our child to be here and happy to know that he is well looked after and got all the support he needs to develop his growing skills.

Our two children have benefitted enormously from the fun and nurturing environment at Bright Horizons, Leeds. They both love their nursery days and have formed strong bonds with their key workers. They really consider their key workers as an extension of our family and it means everything to us to know our children feel so safe, secure and valued.

Overall, we're extremely happy with the care and compassion that is shown to our boys daily when they attend. They always come out of nursery so happy and excited to go back, which puts our minds at ease knowing they're being so well looked after!

This is a great setting! My little one has been going there for over a year and a half now, and she is flourishing. The attention to detail from the members of staff is amazing, and I appreciate the fact that they are prepared to accommodate all dietary requirements as well as support you at every development stage.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Kirkstall for over a year and the standard of care and attention he has received in that time has been excellent. The staff/key persons always take the time to discuss my son’s progress with myself and my wife when collecting/dropping off. All the staff are very approachable and do a great job filling in when my son’s key person is on leave. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who requires childcare.

This is an amazing nursery for so many reasons. My daughter had a bumpy start with only going to nursery one day a week, but they made the whole experience so much easier. I feel totally comfortable leaving my child with any of the staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure both parent and child feel safe. They keep parents updated via their app and there is a full handover every pick up which I love hearing about. The food they cook is always a healthy nutrient-filled meal, the activities/learning they set up is amazing. My daughter has learnt so many new skills since being there, I can’t say enough about how amazing it is!

Excellent nursery, both my children have attended and have always received a high quality of care. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Staff are happy to listen to any concerns about the children and give advice and support.

Since our daughter started nursery, she has been eating better and showing development in her general mobility and fine movement. The staff are always kind and friendly and they always listen to our needs and respond accordingly. Our daughter has formed valuable bonds with her key person and other staff members. Generally, the experience has been fantastic! (p.s more fresh fruit would push the food score to excellent)

We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our child receives at Bright Horizons. It's a pleasure to be sent pictures of them learning new practical and social skills. It's a lovely nursery with the best staff.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for over a year and the growth and development we have seen has been amazing. My daughter has formed some fantastic bonds with the key persons in the room, which makes me as a parent happy and relaxed, knowing that she is receiving such great care. Two members of staff, in particular, have made a huge impact on her.

We are extremely happy with the nursery. The staff are great and we can see the progression of our son since joining the nursery.

My daughter has attended the nursery for more than four years and has just left to go to school this September. I cannot fault this nursery at all, from the management team to the staff, the cleaner and the cook, they are absolutely fantastic. The activities they create for the children's learning is so engaging and every member of staff truly care about the children.
