Bright Horizons Leeds Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has received excellent care whilst at the nursery. Feedback from staff on a daily basis is excellent both verbally and written. I feel confident leaving her with staff and always have done. All staff have always been very welcoming. She is provided with a range of different activities and new experiences which have really built her confidence. We cannot thank staff enough for the care that she has received.

I used this nursery for 2 of my children from 6month to 5years and they have been fantastic with both of them. I have been so upset both times of them leaving such a nice nursery.

The staff are very kind and supportive with lots of aspects of life and have supported our whole family through a few challenges. I am so grateful knowing my daughter has somewhere safe and happy to play while I'm working.

My child has been attending nearly two years, over that time I have seen how brilliant all the staff are and how the learning through play really benefits my daughter. The food is delicious and really healthy. The nursery is always spotless and clean. My daughter really enjoys her time here. I have nothing bad to say Bright Horizons is a fab nursery.

This is our second child in the nursery and we are very happy. All staff are friendly and welcoming including support staff such as chef and cleaner. All areas are kept clean and tidy and each room is provided with lovely toys and activity areas for the children. All meals are cooked fresh on site and certainly received no complaints from our two!

I am really happy with the care my son receives at Bright Horizons Leeds Nursery and most importantly my son is. The staff are all caring and friendly and provide feedback on what my son has been doing and have been reassuring and helpful at more difficult drop-offs. They (staff and managers) coped amazingly well during the floods early this year going above and beyond to provide a professional service, continuity of care and a caring environment.

The most important factor is the ethos of the nursery which is a partnership with parents. If you have to work, to be welcomed and still have a say in children's care is vital.

Brilliant staff, both my children (one attending) one at primary now, enjoy the nursery and have come on really well since joining.

The staff at this nursery are better compared to the rarest of diamonds. My little boy has just left to start 'big' school since joining at 9 months old and the level of care he received was second to none. Never have I seen a team so caring and devoted to a child's development and the management are so amazing. The food is prepared with the greatest of love by a fantastic chef and every member of staff is extremely approachable. Would highly recommend this setting to any parent**.

My daughter has been at the nursery for the last two years (approximately) and throughout this time has had exemplary care. The staff are enthusiastic, positive and always there to help develop their skills. The nursery have contributed to her development massively both physically and emotionally. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Love this nursery. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and I trust them with my daughter completely. My son attended nearly 5 years ago and it is the same family nursery.

This shows to me the staff have bonded well with my son and show enough of an interest for him to care for them. I would highly recommend Tadpoles as I don't believe my son would be as developed and polite without the hard work of the team.

Both of my daughters have loved their time at Bright Horizons Leeds. They get engaged in great activities and are fun and educational. The team focus on each child and their needs, interests and development. They listen to families and take on board our feedback.

I am extremely happy with all aspects of this nursery. It was slightly more expensive than other nurseries I visited but instantly felt more confident in the staff and surroundings. My child has been in three different rooms and all of the staff are consistent and excellent. She has settled into each room well. The activities are always age appropriate and varied. The garden area is excellent. The food choices are varied and encourage a good liking of food stuffs.
