Bright Horizons Leeds Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has been at nursery since he was nine months old, and is now getting ready to leave for school. During his time at nursery I feel he has been nurtured through the various rooms and has consistently been cared for by the staff. One particular member of staff has been with him throughout and always makes him feel at ease if he becomes upset or worried about something. I love the fact that when he comes home he talks about the staff as his friends as well as his peers. The staff have always made me feel comfortable leaving my son and always keep me informed about his day and activities.

A delight from our daughters first day, very helpful and friendly. Our daughter is making good progress in what seems a pleasant and educational environment.

Since starting at Leeds Day Nursery at the end of 2015, my daughter has settled in wonderfully. All of the nursery staff have been fantastic, helping her to settle in and make fer feel welcome. The range of activities that the children take part in is brilliant and varied. The outside play area and garden is lovely and it's fantastic that the children are able to take part in growing and cooking the food they eat.

My son has attended this nursery since the age of 11 months. Since attending he has developed so much and has great social skills because of his early interaction with other children in a busy environment. He has the best relationship with his key workers, especially his male key worker who he has developed a strong bond with over the years. He is now aged 3, and it's reassuring when I hear my son talking positively about his key worker and little friends because I knew he is happy. I'd like to thank all the staff for the hard work over the years.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, my daughter has thrived since starting at the nursery. She is more confident and has learnt skills to help her start school. She loves the staff and gets excited at the thought of coming to nursery.

My little boy loves coming to nursery and has come out of his shell. He is always happy and playing when I come to collect him. My daughter has just started. All staff are lovely.

My Daughter has been going to Bright Horizons for two years now and we absoloutley love it. It's so much easier to go to work knowing she is going to have a busy, fun-filled day.

My little one has attended this nursery since she was 9 month old and has loved attending ever since, she has made great friendship groups that she has moved around the nursery with. She is now in the stage of getting ready to go to big school and the nursery are playing a big part in this liaising with big school and making it and exciting new adventure as it is a big change. Also keeping me informed with her development of school readiness and how I can help at home.

My child has been attending the nursery since she was 6 months old. The staff are fantastic they know my child's individual needs through a key person system and I couldn't wish for a better key worker. My child's speech and language was a little delayed and nursery has helped her incredibly to catch up to where she needs to be. The staff there have been there for plenty of years and have a good strong team. My child comes home and constantly talks about nursery its a big part of her life and don't know where I would be without them.

going back to work was one of the hardest things I ever had to do but leaving her at Bright Horizons Leeds made this a lot easier knowing my little girl was happy, safe and very well looked after.

The nursery deserves proper credit for coping and re-housing the children during the floods in December. We barely noticed the transition to the temporary building. There was always a positive atmosphere and the children come first. Well done to all the staff!
