Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool

Very happy with my child's care. He is currently in transition into the toddler room and I am pleased to say he is learning so much more. His learning more words and enjoying new environments.

My son has just finished his first 6 weeks at Teddies Day Nursery and I couldn't be happier. All of the staff were amazing during the settling in period and he now seems to really love his time there. He's bonded exceptionally well with his key worker but seems happy with all the staff. I feel like he's been really well cared for, I've been kept really well-informed and I feel that the small-ish size of Teddies Day Nursery keeps things really personal. Top marks for the staff, activities, care, food, everything!

Nursery hosted a sing-a-long session for children and parents in Little Bears. It's a great event to hear and join in with some of the activities held and enjoyed by our child.

My toddler adores going to Teddies Day Nursery. The staff in the little bear's room are fantastic and go the extra mile to develop strong bonds with the children, creating a welcoming supportive play and learning environment. It's great to know that while we're working, our child is thoroughly enjoying their day.

from the first day I could tell this is going to be a good experience for my child ...we had a very warm welcome from all the staff...they took us around the building, showed us the setting...everything looked perfect. My child enjoys his time there he especially likes one staff member ..I think she's the manager but she is a lovely person ...I would 100% recommend teddies to all my friends and family ..all the staff are lovely ...

I had been recommended Teddies by a few mums I know and I haven't looked back since my little boy joined. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Feels like he is in a safe environment and well looked after and I have confidence my son will be stimulated and happy. I have seen noticeable developmental progression since he started and feel there are strong home/school links.

Very helpful with grandson's lactose intolerance. Knowledgeable and extremely welcoming.

My little boy has been going to this nursery since October and I have been really happy with the care he has had. The staff are enthusiastic, warm and caring. They encourage my son to play with lots of different things and I know he enjoys himself when he's there which is so important to know when I'm not with him. I would, and have, recommended this nursery to friends, it's a wonderful place.

My daughter goes to Teddies Nursery and has done since she was one in November 2015. I know she is very safe there and well looked after. She plays lots and tells me all about the exciting activities they do. I would highly recommend the nursery. The staff are lovely as well.

I am extremely happy with the standard of care at Teddies. My son started at Teddies when he was 11 months and now he is 22 months - he is very happy to be left and always seems happy when I pick him up. The variety of food offered is excellent. It is a very warm, friendly environment and staff are caring and really seem to know the children well.

Really happy that my Child is at Teddies. Excellent facilities and the staff are always friendly and professional. My daughter really enjoys the activities to assist her learning and growth. The staff always make me feel confident that they will encourage and nurture her ready for starting school. The outdoor space they have is an excellent addition to the nursery. We are really happy with Teddies and our daughter really enjoy her sessions here. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There are a lovely range of activities for her to get involved with and we always receive excellent feedback when we pick her up. She particularly enjoys the noodles workshops and has made some good friends here. I think this nursery has really helped prepare her for school next year. Thanks to all the staff for the hard work that you do.

My son has been here a few months and has settled in very well. The staff are very caring and have all helped my son settle in. The nursery provides a wide range of activities which my son has particpated in. He enjoys the singing and dancing group that the nursery provides. He has also tried a wide range of food and enjoys trying new things.

Amazing staff who are always friendly, genuinely love the kids and provide a safe environment full of learning opportunities. I couldn't wish for a better nursery!!

When I went for the show round the staff were professional and friendly. My daughter comes home happy and sleepy from her busy day at nursery. The little feedback sheet tells me what she's eaten, how she's slept, nappies and who's been looking after her, which is great as I don't get to collect her but still know how her days gone.

The staff take excellent care of all their children, they are very thorough and conscientious in their care and are also always pleasant, smiling and friendly. I like that they get the children ready for school with a variety of activities, my eldest child particular enjoys cooking club and gardening, he brought home a sunflower that he had planted and we grew it at home which he really enjoyed. My youngest has special needs and the staff have been excellent in making sure they know what his requirements are and that they can help him as much as possible.

We have used Teddies nursery for the past 3 years and have two children who attend. We are very happy with the care they receive and most of all our children are happy there. They spend lots of time outdoors. The range of toys and activities put on for the children indoors is excellent, encouraging development and interaction with other children. Each child has a learning story full of photos and observations of the child's development, which the family can keep when the book is finished. The staff interact with the children well and are very friendly and compassionate.

The standard of attention to my son's needs are second to none. They regularly liaise with both myself and my husband every day, giving us valuable feedback which allows us to know what he's been doing at nursery. We are very happy with the nursery and facilities and would recommend it to anyone.
