Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool in Sheffield provides high-quality care and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. from the first day I could tell this is going to be a good experience for my child ...we had a very warm welcome from all the staff...they took us around the building, showed us the setting...everything looked perfect. My child enjoys his time there he especially likes one staff member ..I think she's
the manager but she is a lovely person ...I would 100% recommend teddies to all my friends and family ..all the staff are lovely ...

I had been recommended Teddies by a few mums I know and I haven't looked back since my little boy joined. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Feels like he is in a safe environment and well looked after and I have confidence my son will be stimulated and happy. I have seen noticeable developmental
progression since he started and feel there are strong home/school links.

My little boy has been going to this nursery since October and I have been really happy with the care he has had. The staff are enthusiastic, warm and caring. They encourage my son to play with lots of different things and I know he enjoys himself when he's there which is so important to know when I'm
not with him. I would, and have, recommended this nursery to friends, it's a wonderful place.

My daughter goes to Teddies Nursery and has done since she was one in November 2015. I know she is very safe there and well looked after. She plays lots and tells me all about the exciting activities they do. I would highly recommend the nursery. The staff are lovely as well.

I am extremely happy with the standard of care at Teddies. My son started at Teddies when he was 11 months and now he is 22 months - he is very happy to be left and always seems happy when I pick him up. The variety of food offered is excellent. It is a very warm, friendly environment and staff are

Really happy that my Child is at Teddies. Excellent facilities and the staff are always friendly and professional. My daughter really enjoys the activities to assist her learning and growth. We are really happy with Teddies and our daughter really enjoy her sessions here. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There are a lovely range of activities for her to get involved with and we always receive excellent feedback when we pick her up. She particularly enjoys the noodles workshops and
has made some good friends here. I think this nursery has really helped prepare her for school next year. Thanks to all the staff for the hard work that you do.

When I went for the show round the staff were professional and friendly. My daughter comes home happy and sleepy from her busy day at nursery. The little feedback sheet tells me what she's eaten, how she's slept, nappies and who's been looking after her, which is great as I don't get to collect her
but still know how her days gone.

I have been extremely happy with this nursery, with both my sons attending. My eldest joined age 3 when my youngest also started at 11 months so I have experienced the nursery through all age groups. I felt that they really welcomed my eldest into an already established group of children and really
supported his learning. The 'getting ready for school' programme was also fantastic.
The transitions through from Baby Bears to Little Bears and on to Big Bears (my youngest is now nearly 3) were well organised and gently approached, dependent on the child's ability and not just their age.
The staff are lovely and adore the children, and having an allocated Key Worker for your child ensures that there is always someone to talk to who knows your child well.
The facilities are very good and I especially like the outside space.
I couldn't recommend it more!

The staff take excellent care of all their children, they are very thorough and conscientious in their care and are also always pleasant, smiling and friendly. I like that they get the children ready for school with a variety of activities, my eldest child particular enjoys cooking club and gardening,
he brought home a sunflower that he had planted and we grew it at home which he really enjoyed. My youngest has special needs and the staff have been excellent in making sure they know what his requirements are and that they can help him as much as possible.

We have used Teddies nursery for the past 3 years and have two children who attend. We are very happy with the care they receive and most of all our children are happy there. They spend lots of time outdoors. The range of toys and activities put on for the children indoors is excellent, encouraging
development and interaction with other children. Each child has a learning story full of photos and observations of the child's development, which the family can keep when the book is finished. The staff interact with the children well and are very friendly and compassionate.

The standard of attention to my son's needs are second to none. They regularly liaise with both myself and my husband every day, giving us valuable feedback which allows us to know what he's been doing at nursery. We are very happy with the nursery and facilities and would recommend it to anyone.

My 3-year-old daughter has been at the nursery for over 2 years and is very happy there. The nursery is great with very friendly and helpful staff who offer clear communication. The facilities are excellent with food cooked on site. They were also very helpful when it comes to dealing with food allergies.
I would definitely recommend the nursery to others.

I love that this nursery is relatively small so each room isn't too busy. There are only ever a maximum of 6 babies (up to around 1 year old) in the baby room. Staff turnover is low and they seem to care about the children and parents views. The staff are not all young girls with many having children
of their own. The learning options are good. My little girl was learning to write before she was 3 at the nursery and loves learning letters and numbers as well. She is about to start school and will be one of the youngest in her year (July birthday) but is more than ready because of the hard work and time spent with all the staff at Bright Horizons Teddies. I think we made the right choice a few years ago when we decided to send our children to this nursery.

My son (now 3.5) has been at Teddies since he was 7 months old. The staff are warm, friendly and caring, and he feels completely at home there. He has made some lovely friends. The facilities are brilliant, particularly for little ones, and the children are often playing outside in the secure garden.
Communication with parents is good, and the nursery is flexible when it comes to booking extra days or swapping days.

I have been very happy with this nursery. My child has attended for over two years. I find all of the staff very caring, friendly and supportive. I really like the way they take the children outside to play at every opportunity so they get lots of fresh air and activity. They take an interest in each
child and communicate this well as the end of each day so I know what they have been up to. I always feel confident she will be well taken care of and have lots of play time fun throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Teddies Day Nursery .
