A lovely, nurturing environment. My child is learning a lot at Teddies and enjoys playing with her friends. There are a variety of activities which are well thought through. The staff are positive and communicate well with each other, with the children and with us. It also seems clean (she doesn't get
that many illnesses from the nursery), and the food is well-balanced.

Bright Horizons Teddies Day and Nursery is like a second home to my son, it has helped him develop more of his cognitive capacity, logic, psychomotor skills, confidence and better social interactions. Its warm and nurturing environment and their dedicated staff and constant activity reports are among
those qualities to mention a few. There is always excitement whenever it is time to go to school. I love the accurate touch of his vocabulary and confident expression.

Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at Teddies. She is always happy when I drop her off and always eats everything made for her! I'm impressed by the activities they put on every day. A lot of thought goes into planning creative things for the children to do. They get to spend a lot of time outside
and are encouraged to try new things in a safe environment. I feel she is well cared for by experienced staff who genuinely seem happy to be there and care for the children. I highly recommend to others looking for a nursery setting.

The toddler room has been amazing. The staff are so engaged and interested in the children and my daughter has really taken to the transition from babies. Really pleased with the menus too.
Less pleased with your policies on sickness which has, on a few occasions, meant my child had to be off nursery
for 48 hours with absolutely nothing wrong with her. No temperature, nappies fine. My word against yours. This disrupts the whole family and the work of two adults. I can see no reason why you refuse to administer medicine too. Ridiculous and didn't used to be the case. More than happy to be put out for genuine illness but you're too quick to send them home. Most recently, there was the threat of sending her home because she was crying a lot. I was interrupted at work and worried all day for nothing. She napped and was fine when she woke.
There's also no attention paid to emergency contact information - we listed Dad for good reason, you always call Mum.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff have been very supportive in getting our son adjusted to nursery life. He’s been there over a year now and has settled in nicely. They’ve really helped bring him on developmentally and always have fun activities
for them to do. They spend lots of time outdoors, weather permitting, which he loves. The app is amazing too so you get real-time updates on their eating and nap times etc which I find really comforting as a first time mum.

My little girl started Teddies Nursery at the beginning of August, and I can proudly say that she has grown so much already and learnt some independence.
The staff are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly friendly and approachable and really listen to feedback, as well as give information.
The
app is fantastic, whereby when I’m at work, I feel so much at ease knowing what my daughter is doing, as well as seeing the amazing efforts the staff go through to set up new areas for the children for them to explore and learn new things.

We're really happy with the care our son receives at Bright Horizons Teddies. He loves going there 3 days a week and speaks warmly of all staff - both carers and beyond. He really enjoys the food (says it is better than home!) and is tired from lots of stimulation and exercise during the day. He gets
lots of outside time, and his development is noticeably better for attending. He is building friendships with the other kids and looks forward to seeing them. The nursery staff and management are really open, flexible and helpful to our changing needs, and have helped us navigate large changes to our home life so that our son has remained happy and settled. We're looking forward to our younger boys hopefully attending soon.

My daughter has been attending Teddies for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care that they provide. It is clear that the nursery staff know her and the other children on a really personal level, dedicating lots of time to each child and really getting to know their needs and personalities.
Her confidence, motor skills and speech have developed in leaps and bounds, and it's no doubt that the efforts of the brilliant staff and the nursery environment have heavily contributed to that.
Thank you, Teddies, for taking such good care of my child and for nurturing and supporting her so well when she is away from home.

A wonderful, friendly environment with a focus on individual children's personalities and needs. Fantastic play and outdoor space and caring, friendly staff. Very well looked after. There's always a great range of activities going on for the children to take part in. I would recommend Teddies Nursery.

I feel the staff at Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool have worked really hard and well to interact with my son. He's become more confident and appears to be growing in his ability with phonics and general awareness of the world around him. In particular, three staff members have been
fantastic with how they interact with him and the attention they dedicate to my son. He has developed a strong bond with them, one of trust and assurance. Thank you for all the amazing work you do with him, he has really come out of his shell and grown right before our eyes!

I have both my children started at Teddis back in April. My son was in preschool and my daughter in the baby room. They both settled very well and very quickly. The staff was very friendly and caring. The food is good and children love it. The children like the activities they do every day and the nursery
environment is very friendly and exciting for the children. My son had a wonderful time at his graduation and still has wonderful memories. My daughter is still excited every Monday to go to the nursery and meet her friends and carers. Communication through the nursery app, I have found, is an amazing way to keep parents involved.

The staff are always super friendly and caring to each child's needs. My son loves going to nursery and comes home happy, well fed and tired (in a good way). Staff members are very friendly and helpful at Bright Horizons, Teddy Day Nursery and Preschool. When we moved nearby, last year, they helped my son quickly settle in and it was his first time going to nursery. Now he absolutely loves it! We're really pleased with how quickly our son took to Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool and the staff there, having only previously spent time with close family due to lockdowns. The staff are caring, fun, and great at communicating, and he loves spending time there and talks about it
a lot at home. Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool have also been really helpful and flexible when we've needed to book him in for extra sessions. We've noticed huge leaps in his development since he started, and couldn't recommend it enough.

Both our children have been to Teddies and have been incredibly happy there. Our youngest child started during the lockdown and we have been incredibly impressed and grateful to all the team, for how easy they have made it for her to settle there. A year in and she runs in with hardly a backward glance.
The staff are fantastic, incredibly kind and genuinely invested in each child. We feel very lucky that our children have been able to start their education there.

I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Management and have a wealth of experience within all aspects of the nursery.
