We have been delighted with the care of our two children (3) and (1). The staff at Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool have been highly supportive and flexible to our specific needs. Our children feel safe and secure and have formed close bonds with nursery staff and children alike. We
have felt overwhelmed with the kindness offered to us in support of our youngest daughter who has had an ongoing health problem requiring very specific adaptations.

Teddies Bright Horizons is a lovely nursery. Our son (2.5) really enjoys going there. The staff are all very friendly. We recently had a parent conference, and it was very professional and inciteful. We receive useful communications via email from Bright Horizons and get a written and short chat at
the gate on pick-up. The staff have been very supportive with potty training. The nursery is very interested in children's development and interests at home and asks for updates on this. The nursery provided home learning resources throughout lockdown and beyond.

My daughter loves attending Teddies Day Care in Sheffield. The staff provide a range of learning through play activities and are always fully engaged with the children. The staff know my daughter extremely well and are aware of her likes, dislikes, strengths and skills the things she is continuously

We love Teddies Day Nursery for its quality and flexibility. The only area where it lacks is the lack of a garden/green outdoor space. The property does have space for a garden, the 'wasted' space between the wooden gate and the metal gate could be turned into a grassy area for the kids to play on.

Our son loves going to Teddies. He always has a smile on his face when we pick him up and when we ask him about his day. He gets on very well with his 'teachers'. They all seem very caring and compassionate. He enjoys the full range of activities including singing, dancing, and messing around outdoors
with his friends.

We loved Teddies! My son learnt so much during his time at Teddies. His social skills have improved dramatically. All the teachers are highly skilled and my son loved them all dearly. The only thing that needs improving is the website parent portal it is hard to log into (email with code very delayed)
and the invoices are listed all together very hard to read.

Our twins have been at Teddies from when they were around 18 months until starting school, so we have experience of both the toddler and the preschool rooms. We've been really impressed with how much they've loved nursery and what they've learnt - they're sad to be leaving. All the staff are exceptional
- so friendly and fun and welcoming - and I know both our kids feel cared for while they're there. A really positive atmosphere and a great nursery, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My son was so excited to be able to go back to preschool and see all his friends and teachers again. He comes home happy and exhausted from having had "too much fun". The current Covid practices of welcoming you at the gate for drop off, and bringing my son down at the end of the day works well, and
the information sheet of the daily activities is informative. We moved to Teddies two years ago following the closure of our first nursery, and my son felt at home straight away. We were concerned about the smaller outdoor space, but it is used frequently and cleverly so we needn't have worried. The building has been newly refurbished and they regularly update displays and the different areas with new activities and themes. The teachers are enthusiastic and recognised my son's interests and character quickly. He is currently doing extremely well with his numbers, letters and words and is leaving the nursery excited for starting school.

I have had 2 children come to Teddies. We have had such a positive experience throughout our years here. The staff are excellent in their roles and have supported and looked after both our children with such care and enthusiasm. We, as parents, have felt included and supported throughout their journey
at nursery. Our children have grown in their social skills and confidence and are always happy to attend nursery. They have made great friends and are so ready for school due to the consistent efforts of the lovely staff at Teddies Day Nursery.

The nursery has been fantastic for my son, and the care and consideration shown has always allowed us to know that he is safe and looked after during the day. The rooms are bright and inviting, there are many different activities for him to do throughout the day and we have really seen him develop as
a young boy with a strong friendship group.
There is constant communication and feedback, we are regularly given his pieces of work to bring home to stick on the wall and the yearly reviews via progress books are a great idea. We also recently attended his "graduation" to Infants School, a perfect celebration before he moves to school.
Special mention must go to the staff, who are kind and caring, especially one person in pre-school (there will definitely be tears on the last day).
Thank you all, a lovely environment to see our wonderful little people to grow and develop in.

It’s going to be a sad day next week when our son leaves to go to school. He has attended four days a week since he was just under one year old and has loved every minute of it. The most amazing aspect of nursery for him has been the people. Not only has he made some lovely friends but the staff, especially
his key worker, have been amazing with him. They have been unconditionally patient with his behaviour, nurtured his creative personality and comforted him whenever a cuddle has been needed. I really can’t thank them enough.
My only quibble, and it really is a minimal quibble as the wonderful care of our son is by far a priority over anything else that goes on in the background running of the nursery, is that I’ve had to keep a close eye on our account. We use the Early Start service twice a week during term time. This is not always accurately invoiced so I’ve had to question it on occasion.
What a fabulous place for our son to have grown into the cheeky character he is today!

My little boy has been going to Teddies Nursery since he was 11 months old and has absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and really welcomed us and have bonded with him so well. He has his favourite staff members but generally loves all the staff/key workers. He is now in the toddler room getting
ready to go down to preschool and the staff have been really supportive.
Sending our little boy to this nursery has been the best decision.

I visited Teddies for a parents open day. The range of activities and experiences available for the children was well thought out and engaging, the staff were excellent at providing care, development support and enjoyment.
The staff offered advice about development and play at home and were very friendly.
The lunch provided was excellent.

Teddies is a wonderful nursery and I have no hesitation in recommending it to prospective parents and children. The staff are genuinely interested in maximising what the children get out of the day, they tailor activities to support emerging interests. They are constantly looking at new songs/activities
to do and are friendly and responsive. My son has a wonderful time there.

My son has just finished his first 6 weeks at Teddies Day Nursery and I couldn't be happier. All of the staff were amazing during the settling in period and he now seems to really love his time there. He's bonded exceptionally well with his key worker but seems happy with all the staff. I feel like
he's been really well cared for, I've been kept really well-informed and I feel that the small-ish size of Teddies Day Nursery keeps things really personal. Top marks for the staff, activities, care, food, everything!
