Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool

I feel the staff at Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool have worked really hard and well to interact with my son. He's become more confident and appears to be growing in his ability with phonics and general awareness of the world around him. In particular, three staff members have been fantastic with how they interact with him and the attention they dedicate to my son. He has developed a strong bond with them, one of trust and assurance. Thank you for all the amazing work you do with him, he has really come out of his shell and grown right before our eyes!

Bright Horizon Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool has been a pleasant experience for me. The staff provides excellent care for the children and keeps parents informed of each child's daily activities while in their care. In addition, my child's learning and development have improved dramatically in the short time since he started at the nursery.

We are very pleased with Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool. Our 3 year old has strong positive relationships with the staff and has made some good friendships. She is happy and talkative about what she has done during the day. We think the communication via the app is fantastic and helps us know what our daughter is up to during the day.

I am very happy with this nursery. My daughter likes it a lot. She learns many new things there. Also, the nursery teaches her to be independent and to accomplish tasks independently. We are grateful that we found space in this nursery for our daughter. Also, they are very flexible and always had space available for an extra session.

I have both my children started at Teddis back in April. My son was in preschool and my daughter in the baby room. They both settled very well and very quickly. The staff was very friendly and caring. The food is good and children love it. The children like the activities they do every day and the nursery environment is very friendly and exciting for the children. My son had a wonderful time at his graduation and still has wonderful memories. My daughter is still excited every Monday to go to the nursery and meet her friends and carers. Communication through the nursery app, I have found, is an amazing way to keep parents involved.

The staff are always super friendly and caring to each child's needs. My son loves going to nursery and comes home happy, well fed and tired (in a good way). As a working parent, I am confident my child is looked after in a safe and engaging environment when I drop him off in the morning, so it's lovely to not have to worry about this.

I am very happy with the high standard of care my child receives, as are other parents I have spoken to. The staff are all very kind and friendly and give regular development updates. Also worth noting, is the excellent food options.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful at Bright Horizons, Teddy Day Nursery and Preschool. When we moved nearby, last year, they helped my son quickly settle in and it was his first time going to nursery. Now he absolutely loves it! Children are well cared for there and his progress and learning are evident at each stage.

We're really pleased with how quickly our son took to Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool and the staff there, having only previously spent time with close family due to lockdowns. The staff are caring, fun, and great at communicating, and he loves spending time there and talks about it a lot at home. Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool have also been really helpful and flexible when we've needed to book him in for extra sessions. We've noticed huge leaps in his development since he started, and couldn't recommend it enough.

Both our children have been to Teddies and have been incredibly happy there. Our youngest child started during the lockdown and we have been incredibly impressed and grateful to all the team, for how easy they have made it for her to settle there. A year in and she runs in with hardly a backward glance. The staff are fantastic, incredibly kind and genuinely invested in each child. We feel very lucky that our children have been able to start their education there.

I have full confidence in this nursery. The staff are always very polite and friendly and our daughter really loves it. They are always very flexible with us adding additional sessions when we need to and have a very useful breakfast club.

It is a great place to take your kid to it. My son has learned a lot so far and socialising a lot better than before. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with everything. They are always trying their best to help everyone.

The nursery staff are very nice and my kid loves going. He has made so many friends and has developed many skills, such as speech, social and confidence. We will miss going to the nursery when he goes to school this September.

My Daughter loves her nursery. The staff were wonderful at helping her settle and their knowledge and experience was very reassuring. They have allowed her individuality to flourish and she often talks of the friends she’s made. Their excellent facilities support toilet training and even though there is a great app to keep up to date with her activities, staff always offer a detailed recap at pick up.

My son is learning to express himself and understanding the world. His physical development personal and social and emotionally managing himself. I am very happy with the nursery, we all together are doing a great job to raise children to be the better version for the future. Thank you to all the staff, who we trust our son with in preschool.

My daughter has been at Teddies Nursery for the last two years. From the day I took her, she has always been incredibly happy there, so I have never had any concerns. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. They provide me with plenty of feedback. She always looks forward to her nursery days (she's only there 2 afternoons a week). They provide her with lots of fun, educational activities. It's been so nice, knowing that she's in safe hands and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teddies to anyone looking for an excellent nursery for their children.

Both my children have been so happy here, forming lasting friendships. We have had lots of early starts and full days until late, but the children enjoy every minute, from first to last. They believe that they’re playing all day, but both have so many skills, from sharing, eating well, listening well, to holding a pencil and writing their names. Whenever we are complimented on our children's behaviours or skills, we often say, ‘That’s because of nursery!’

Our daughter started at Teddies when I went back to work at 10 months. It's such a hard thing to leave your child for the first time but I always felt reassured that she had such love and care from all the staff there. They seemed to get to know her quickly and engage with her personality. We love that she gets to enjoy lots of different activities, planned by staff. The food is varied and nutritious, which is another bonus. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming and we're really pleased we chose it.

Both my children have attended Teddies and both have been really happy there. The staff are excellent and really seem to care about the kids. I have always felt they are in safe hands. The food seems very good too and quite healthy.

Open and honest opinion given when any question is asked. Staff are always happy to hand child over at the end of nursery day with a detailed morning. Overall, really pleased to have chosen this setting for my child, has been a pleasant experience.
