My children both had allergies when they were under 3, and these were taken very seriously and managed meticulously by the kitchen and care staff.
I would always be happy to recommend the nursery to others.

Both of my children have attended Windmill Hill since they were 1-year-old, and my youngest will be leaving very shortly to start her new adventure at primary school! Windmill Hill has been such a big part of our lives and we are sad to soon be leaving. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Both of my children have loved going there and have made many special friendships not only with the children but also with the staff. All of the staff are lovely, they genuinely care about the children and really try to get the best out of them. They are excellently prepared to start school, not just academically but with valuable life skills and independence. You really couldn’t ask for more out of a nursery. Such a lovely environment for children to learn and grow in.
Windmill Hill has been fantastic in looking after my son and daughter. They engage the children in various activities each day and the kids are always happy to go in. I will be happy to recommend this nursery to other parents.

Our little boy has developed so much since being at Windmill Hill Day Nursery. We are so grateful for all the care and attention he has been given. He settled very quickly and clearly loves being there as we've never had any tears when dropping off or picking up.

Best nursery there is and outstanding team - never have had someone not say hello with a warm genuine attitude.
I feel confident in my child's safety 100% of the time and know he is getting the right level of attention
One member of staff, in particular, is outstanding and a credit to the brand.

They have just left for primary school after over 2 years and it was a sad day as the boys have really loved being there. The staff have all been amazing and they've grown and developed so much since being there. Both our boys have additional needs and the special educational needs provision has been brilliant. We cannot recommend Windmill Hill enough.

We have 4 children and 3 of them have been to Windmill Hill since babies with our 4th starting in September, they have been there all the way through from the babies room up to preschool. The nursery itself is lovely and all the staff are absolutely fantastic, our children have developed a lovely bond with the staff and especially their key workers. The activities and equipment for the children is varied and fun but also educational, so not only do they have a great day but they learn so much too. There's not a single negative thing I could think of to say!

This nursery has been amazing for my oldest who is sadly leaving for school this year, staff are all very friendly and helpful with any concerns. Have also started sending my youngest (11 months) who they’ve also been great with!

She attended 2 days a week and my youngest who is due to leave to start school in September 2021 currently attends 3 days. Both daughters have found the staff really lovely, understanding and very caring. They are always made to feel welcome in the morning and know they will have days filled with fun. My youngest goes in with a beaming smile every time. The whole nursery has a lovely feel to it and I have recommended Windmill Hill to a few of my friends and they also agree they made the right choice choosing this nursery to care for their children.

My son loves the garden and has made many friends. Hopefully, lifelong friends, which is my daughter's experience. She's now eight and still sees her best friend from Windmill Hill on a regular basis. I went to look at lots of nurseries and chose Windmill Hill because of the hours (longer than everyone else) the homely feel, the genuine staff and chef-like food. What more could you ask for!

Our son has enjoyed his time at Windmill and I cannot fault anything about the nursery. The staff are so lovely, very welcoming and approachable. The nursery is super organised and the communication with the parents is brilliant. Even during the lockdown, we received regular updates and general check-ins from the staff asking how our son was doing. The return to nursery has been tough for everyone. Our son was very anxious after months of being off with Mummy and Daddy 24/7 but his room key workers have been brilliant and he now getting better at drop-offs. He definitely has a soft spot for his current key worker. She knows I like the see how our son has settled, so she puts daily observations on the parents' app which gives me massive reassurance that he is happy when inside the room. I know the support that our son is getting now in preschool will stand him in good stead for when he starts school in September. I have recommended Windmill Hill to many friends. Thanks, Windmill for taking such good care of my boys.

My son has been happily attending Windmill Hill Day Nursery since Caterpillars. He is now in Pre-school and I feel the support, teaching and development offered is outstanding. The nursery has adapted superbly to COVID restrictions, clearly informing parents when and where possible, all whilst helping my son still feel normality and growth. I applaud the key workers, management and all the support staff for not just helping as a parent be reassured my son is in good hands but more importantly, helping my son have life-developing experiences and now grow towards a school time structure.
