The nursery is very good. Staff are dedicated but there is a very big turnover of staff but perhaps that's normal in the industry. Since the upgrade of the nursery, the facilities are very good. The addition of toilets in each room is excellent.

My only slight concern is that grouping the 3 and 4-year-olds together mean the 4-year-old don't really get the preschool experience.

It's our fourth year at the nursery. My son loves it! Staff are so unbelievably caring and loving. Our son is planning his time at the nursery after he goes to reception. There is nothing I could fault. We sad it's our last year.

Well where do I start. My son started here in January and the first few days were fine. After that, he started to play up with coming to nursery. With the support from his teacher, he settled in perfect. He loves coming to nursery and he has come along so far i.e speaking, communicating.

Such a friendly atmosphere, the staff really interact with the children, the food is always eaten and often a 2nd serving is enjoyed. So lovely to see the children all sitting so well together. Being a tea time helper is so much fun, our daughter loves the responsibilities, being a candy floss safety spy is a great role as well. Leaps and bounds is a favourite activity, along with the Easter animal petting visit.

Most days if we come too early before snack time our daughter is in no rush to go home as having so much fun learning and playing with her friends.

Since my son has moved into preschool he seems to have really settled in and is now so happy to go to nursery. He tells me he loves all his teachers in his room and wants to go all the time!

As a mother, that's all I want is for him to be happy when I'm not there, so thank you and well-done girls!

My son loves going to this nursery. He has lots of fun with his friends and carers and they have really helped him to grow and learn some lifelong skills. He settled in very fast, loves the food and naps well. He's always happy and smiling when I pick him up and has done lots of activities during the day as well as playing in the garden.

The carers have helped me to potty train my son and I've watched him grow over the year, learning new songs and really chatting more.

I am very pleased with the Laurels. My little boy loves it. He looks forward to arriving and can't wait to get in the classroom. He talks about his teachers and what they have done in the day.

There is a good variety of activities throughout the day and the diet is varied, which my little boy loves and usually has second helpings. I am very pleased with my little boy's reaction to his days at nursery.

Since our child started in September we feel that not only have her individual needs been met but we feel very involved in her journey at school so far.
We appreciate the daily feedback from the attentive staff taking care of her. Issues arisen have been dealt with professionally and we feel that all member are approachable in dealing with our concerns/having a chat!
We truly feel part of her achievements and have seen a positive change in her learning.

Thank you.

This is a very friends, homely nursery. The staff are attentive and supportive in helping our daughter progress well. She loves going to nursery and is happy to engage with the staff and other children. This makes us relaxed about leaving her there. There is a wide selection of food each week for the children to try new things. I have already recommended this nursery to a few of my friends.

One of the best nurseries I have seen. Very flexible and accommodating. They try very hard to be individual with children and follow a specific schedule. My daughter is always happy to go in and never felt in distress. Overall very pleased with the experience so far.

My eldest child has been at the nursery for 3 years and my youngest for 1 so far. Both are very happy, confident with the staff, well cared for and well fed. I can't fault the setting and the recent updated facilities and resources are a bonus. The staff communicate well and encourage the provision of info on learning at home to create rounded records. We are very happy with everything and feel confident with our children in their care.

My son is 17 months old and has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old. He currently goes 1 day a week with ad-hoc days when needed. I love how flexible the staff are to these extra days and during his time there the staff are so attentive and although he is always unsure at the start of the day when leaving, he is always reluctant to leave. I have recommended the nursery to many friends and am so glad to have sent our little boy to such a well managed, friendly staffed and very well facilitated nursery.

My son started at preschool in September of this year after we returned from overseas. Every member of staff we met was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our son settled in really quickly, loves all his teachers and has made lots of new friends, which has helped tremendously with moving countries. He is so full of stories at the end of each day about what he has eaten and done and occasionally says he doesn't want to go home and wants to stay at school!

Since joining Bright Horizons in Caterham our son has developed in so many ways. He is growing into a strong and independent, free-thinking child and has been able to build stronger relationships around him. This is something he struggled with at a previous nursery. Now he always has happy and positive experiences. The staff are very loving and caring, especially his keyworker in the preschool. The nursery itself is very bright and a fun environment to learn in. The staff are also supportive, not only of your child but also to yourselves as parents. Overall we love this nursery.

Both my children have attended this nursery from 10 months (now 4.5 and 15 months). The nursery was fantastic with looking after my daughter (she attended age 1-2 room, 2-3 room and pre-school). My son was in the baby room and is now in the Lavender room. The staff are fantastic. I have no issue leaving my son and my daughter misses coming to pre-school. They look after my son amazingly and I have not had a single complaint during the last 3.5 years. The food is also very good. Fantastic nursery which I highly recommend.

There is a very positive atmosphere at the nursery helped by the recent refurbishment which has made it brighter and more appealing.

The staff consistently work hard and are dedicated to the children and supportive of parents.

Having been attending for over four years we appreciate the history we have with members of staff who know us very well and continue to show interest in and care for our family.

I have used the nursery for six years, starting with my oldest child in 2011. Bright Horizons The Laurels Caterham Day Nursery & Preschool has become an extension of my family. My children have and do love coming here and enjoy the football classes. I have recommended the nursery to a number of neighbours and friends, most of whom attend now.
