The nursery is looking so amazing after all the work that's been carried out . So much to do and quiet spaces to chill out too.
Never the same day twice .

My little one loves coming to nursery, the facilities are great and she comes home happy and full of stories from her day.
The funding has made accessing nursery more accessible and the management team have really supported me with funding and accessing support.
We are so pleased with our
decision to transfer her across to The Laurels and know that with the transition to school in September she'll be ready.

All of the staff at the Caterham site are exceptionally talented and very good at what they do. Our son attends sunflowers and his individual care worker has made his transition very smooth. Our child has really progressed and is continuing to flourish.

The team at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool are all very caring and lovely. They have a passion for all the children in their care and they ensure they have the best time whilst at the nursery.
My older daughter, who is nearly 6, went to The Laurels first and the
staff still remember her now whilst my 1-year-old daughter who attends currently and has done since she was 6 months. My daughter has been quite poorly and the team have been great ensuring she eats a gluten and dairy-free diet and giving her the medicine she needs when she has needed it. I can't thank them enough for giving me peace of mind whilst I'm at work that I know she will be well cared for and also be given great learning experiences catered to her age. All the staff know her and want cuddles with her! Also, she's always happy to be left with them and I never have any problems. Thank you to The Laurels team who do everything for my little girl that they can, I can't thank you enough!

A wonderful place for your little one to learn and grow. The team is all so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they make us feel welcome as parents but make our little guy feel even more welcome. He enjoys the wide variety of activities they do and spending time in the garden
and has made great friends already even at such a young age.

Our experience at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool has been exceptional. The facility provides a nurturing and stimulating environment. All the staff and the senior management team are caring, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about all the children at the nursery.
The ratio of caregivers to children is impressive, ensuring each child receives ample attention and personalised care. This dedication is evident in the progress and happiness we see in our child daily.
The facility is clean, safe and equipped with a variety of age-appropriate toys and learning materials. The nursery's curriculum is well-rounded, incorporating both structured learning and play-based activities that promote cognitive and social development.

My kid is in preschool. He is always happy when we pick him up, he loves the place. In my experience, the staff have always been professional and polite and service has always been great. I recommend this nursery without reservation.

The Laurels are absolutely fantastic, I could not be any more thankful for how amazingly they have looked after our two kids. The staff is amazing and we trust them so much!

We get such a happy, warm welcome when we arrive. And again at the end of the day. The enthusiasm of all the staff encourages the little ones to be the same and they play so enthusiastically and their happiness is clearly evident.
The facilities are very child and baby-friendly and safe.
Their day
is filled with lots of different activities to fulfill them.
Their food is very wholesome and interesting for them.

My son has attended the nursery from 10 months old and we have always been so happy with all the staff and friendly and professional support from the managers.
Every morning we receive a warm welcome from all.
My son has learnt so much at the nursery over the four years, he always has so much to
talk about after a day in preschool as the resources are so good.
We feel very lucky we chose this nursery.

The nursery team couldn't do enough for our child and have been very supportive. He thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and is thriving. Being around his peers and feeling encouraged by staff, his talking has come along and he is starting to hit other key milestones.

As a first-time Mum and Dad, we were both anxious about finding a nursery place for our child who was one when she started. From looking around the nursery on the first open day (which was one-to-one) we knew it was the place for us. Everything down to the food provided, all the staff that is so
friendly and loving towards the children, all staff is like a second family who knows each child's likes and dislikes, their next steps in development and even when I was in hospital recently, I got a little "get well soon" card that my daughter had made.
I've worked in nurseries before and none of them can even compare to this place. We've needed to have an extra day for an emergency and the team couldn't have been more helpful!
Wonderful place full of caring, supportive people. Very happy to have found it.

Our little one has had some settling-in issues, but we are so pleased we have chosen the Laurels. They have gone above and beyond, helping our daughter feel as comfortable as possible.

May 2024 has been my child's first month at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool and I can't express how happy I am with their set-up and staff members. The app is amazing as it keeps Mums, Dads and other guardians up to date with lunch/tea activities and photos which
really helps, as a parent, to know your little one is enjoying their day and what they've been up to, also your child can't tell you she/he doesn't like something when you know they've eaten it at nursery! Again, so happy with the whole set-up and all the members of staff, can't thank you guys enough for making our little one feel so comfortable.

My son joined Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool in September 2023 and I have seen a positive change in his development and behaviour. The staff are considerate, caring, helpful, friendly and kind. The support and care are outstanding. Being a teacher myself, I have

The team at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool are fantastic. They have really put in everything to look after our little one who joined when she was 9 months old. Her key carer really put in the effort to gain her trust and love.
The level of care is top-notch, the
experiences they give the kids are really great. The food they are given is really varied and our little one finished everything she's given!
Every day we are welcome with a warm smile, friendly face and everyone is happy to take the time to talk. We are over the moon with Bright Horizons and our little one loves going there to learn, play and explore! Couldn't recommend more.

Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool is a home-from-home for our daughter.
The staff genuinely care and go above and beyond on a daily basis to make our little girl as comfortable and as cared for as possible.
Their communication is fantastic, we always know what

My little boy started at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool in April 2020, every room my little man has been in he has loved, the staff are all very kind and loving and have made the transition from being a baby to a little man ready to start school so much easier for us
all. We are really going to miss the nursery/preschool and could not recommend it enough. Outstanding place.
