For my son's third birthday the staff went the extra mile and made the day fun for the children and specific to him. They made a birthday cake and birthday card for him which was lovely. The staff have also kept me up to date with his progress brilliantly and helped me with information through a time when I was having trouble getting glasses for him. Big help, great girls!
Both of my boys have been at The Laurels over the last 4 years. The staff are always friendly, warm, engaging and interested in the children. I have utmost faith when leaving in the morning that the children get the best care and most of all have lots of fun.
Daughter settled in well into the nursery and is very happy to go on a daily basis. Staff are lovely and she has a good relationship with everyone in her room. Development and feedback in her development is thorough and we're happy with how she is progressing.
The nursery is very good. Everyone is really friendly and takes a real interest in the children. There have been some recent staffing issues which did cause problems but these are now being resolved.
Great nursery.
I have two children at the nursery, my daughter started at 1 year and is about to leave for school this year. The quality of care is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive with the children. My son has been at the nursery for 8 months now and equally enjoys his time. I love that the two regularly meet up in the garden. Great facilities, including clubs like leaps and bounds attend for no additional fees.
My son started at the Laurels in July 2015 and the staff in the baby room settled him really well. He has moved up a room now and is growing in confidence all the time. He has learnt actions to lots of songs from circle time and the staff really supported him learning to walk. He now runs in to nursery in the morning for a hug with his favourite staff and blows them kisses as we leave. It is so much easier leaving your child knowing they are well cared for and happy.

Meet the Team (2)
Leanne has worked in childcare since 2000 and has had the pleasure of collaborating with some outstanding practitioners. Through their guidance, she has grown in their understanding of child development and how children's minds work and process information.
She joined Bright Horizons in 2016, with a nursery change in 2020 that brought them to Caterham The Laurels. Her passion lies in supporting the staff to provide the best possible care for the children they are fortunate enough to look after. What excites her the most about her work in childcare is seeing the children flourish, from sharing many of their firsts as babies to proudly talking about their transitions to school.
Peta-Ann is the Deputy Manager of Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels. She loves helping children develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Ensuring that they grow to be confident aspiring learners throughout their education.
