Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool

My child has recently started and has made strong connections with her key person. I always get detailed feedback on how my child has been through the day. The app is amazing and I always get up-to-date pictures of my child. The management has been very supportive and communication is great!

My daughter is very happy at this nursery. She is eager to go in every morning, and I have really noticed how much she is learning from her sessions. In particular, her knowledge of shapes and colours has improved significantly. Every day I get a detailed report from nursery room telling me all about what she has done during the day and the app is brilliant for keeping me updated with information and pictures of what she has been doing throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.

Baby room are amazing and staff really helped my little boy to settle. My daughter always talks about the fun staff she has been doing while at nursery. Both my children go into nursery happy and come home happy. Me and my husband are happy with the nursery, we have been parents here for 4 years now and we wouldn't change.

Very happy with my daughter's progress since starting in September. Her speech has improved so much she comes out so happy telling me about her day and who she has played with. The staff are very friendly and also tell you about how they have been when picking her up.

My son was transferred to this branch of Bright Horizons East London where he has spent his early years from the age of 9 months until he turned 4. We were anxious about how he would settle in a new nursery but he loved this place from day one. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My son enjoys his time with his lovely friends and teachers. He has learnt a lot of new things and has become more confident being in the Bright Horizons family. I would highly recommend this nursery which helped my son grow.

The good development of the child occurred due to the warm and friendly environment that I found in this nursery and the pedagogical tact of the educators that my child works with. All that remains for me is to thank from the bottom of my heart to the whole staff for the devotion with which they dedicate themselves every day for the harmonious development of the children. We are really happy with our daughter coming to this nursery. Our daughter loves coming in and the staff are always welcoming. There are always new activities for the kids to do.

All the staff have been brilliant and worked so hard to keep everyone safe, whilst still ensuring my son loved going and having a great time. He was so upset when preschool recently had to isolate and couldn’t wait to go back. You are all doing an amazing job.

My son recently started at this nursery and my experience has been nothing but positive. All the staff are so welcoming, happy and professional. My son is so happy here now and looks forward to his days here. My son struggled at the start however now he loves coming to see his friends. I love this nursery and know my son is safe and happy here.

I have used this nursery and preschool to care for both of my children over the last 6 years, and they have had an excellent experience here. It is a very nurturing environment and there is a brilliant garden and outside space for the children to use. My daughter loves coming, and the use of keyworkers is very helpful. It would be helpful to now if there are any plans to do anything with the old preschool room as that was a very good space. I have always found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming, and answer any queries promptly.

My son has been attending since September 2019, and has always been happy and well cared for. His keyperson has been fantastic with him, and I am always kept up to date regarding his learning and development as well as his every day care. The choice of activities develops according to the children's interests, and my son always has a lot to tell me when I collect him.

My daughter has been coming since she was a baby, the staff were great when she was settling in. She loves coming to nursery now and seeing all her friends and staff. She is always happy when I collect her, and always seems to have had a lovely day. Her keyperson does progress development reviews often, and she is always progressing well - defo recommend this nursery.

Since joining the nursery I have seen my daughters confidence grow. She thoroughly enjoys her days spent at Bright Horizons. I have noticed how far developmentally she has come along in a short amount of time. The nursery leave me feeling supported in my role as a parent, and the end of day updates give me the chance to reflect on how much my daughter has learnt,slept, engaged and eaten. \the staff are always so welcoming and supportive. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery for my daughter to attend.

I couldn't praise the staff team and management at the nursery any higher. They are all kind, caring, professional and amazing with my daughter. She is in a safe, secure environment, and since she has attended nursery has thrived continuously. The activities are always engaging and exciting, and the resources are good. I have a 1 year old and just turned 3 year old who attend. They both love it. I can't praise the staff enough. They are all so friendly, and talk about the kids with such fondness. My son's speech is delayed and they have been great at helping him.

I would highly recommend this nursery to others, the staff are incredibly friendly and reassuring, the outdoor space is absolutely brilliant, the children spend a lot of time outdoors in the fresh air, playing and exploring. My daughter has been going for just over a month now and absolutely loves it! She never wants to leave when I go and collect her. I’ve noticed a difference in her table manners and speech already which is really positive, plus she’s really warmed to her key worker, who is lovely. The nursery is very safe and secure too.
