Amazing staff who care for our kids. Very flexible and very good communication. Really good for additional nursery days and keeping me updated on how my baby is doing throughout with photos, videos, daily updates and development achievements. There's always something special going on and
opportunities for parents to stay and play. Lots of fun!

My son has been coming since he was 1 and is now 2 and a half. We are really happy with how he's settled and how well he is looked after.
All the staff are lovely. He can get a little upset at drop off when I leave, but I've been told he settles quickly with his keyworkers and the other staff,
which is really reassuring. The keyworkers in both rooms have been great, and management are always welcoming and helpful. They are also also very mindful with allergies & intolerances.
It's so nice to see his confidence growing, hearing him talk about what he has been up to at nursery, & looking at the pictures that have been uploaded,
We are really grateful for the care he receives and We would definitely recommend the nursery to others

Bright Horizons are absolutely fantastic! Of course top of the list is that my child always enjoys attending but the interactions from the staff, the continued quality of communicating of the experience, development and progress of my child is what makes Boughton Lane Nursery extra special!

The staff are incredible at Bright
horizons. From the moment my son started almost a year ago they have been nothing but caring, understanding, patient and supportive. My son had been solely at home with me for 2 years so going to nursery was a massive step for him and was a difficult challenge for
him, myself and the staff. However we all persevered and watching him now settled, growing and thriving and so happy when he is there it's purely down to all the staff and their hard work and dedication. Many nurseries would have said it wasn't the right fit but they never let us down or gave up. They check in with me as my little one has appointments for certain things and are always encouraging and wanting to know if there is anything more they can do. Truly couldn't have placed my son in a better nursery and can't thank them enough for
All their hard work. They are great at keeping you updated with all their activities and many photos which is so lovely and always a great handover.

I cannot fault this nursery at all. They have been accommodating and ensured my son settled well when he joined at 9 months. The staff in the baby room are extremely kind and caring. They provide healthy, nutritional food and plenty of it! I receive constant updates about my son's basic needs being
met as well as pictures of the activities he is experiencing. He is now very settled and happy at this nursery and I would recommend it to anyone!

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was one years old and seeing how she has grown in confidence and developed has been outstanding. I receive regular updates on her progress and what she's learnt that day. The curriculum also has a focus on life skills and environmental impact which is
so important in helping them develop their independence and consciousness of their actions. I couldn't recommend the staff more, everyone there is a delight to talk to and they make you welcome from day one. Thank you again!

My 1 year old son has recently started bright horizons. He struggled with settling in at first which really concerned me as a first time mum, I was worried that I may have to explore other options for him. After 2 weeks I can say that he has settled in just fine. I'm over the moon with the progress
he has made with settling in and I have generally noticed such a positive change in his behaviour, he's more self sufficient and independent which amazes me. This is down to the wonderful support of all the staff but mainly Louise. I can't thank you enough for your patience and support you have given me and my son. Nothing is ever a problem even when I called multiple times a day to check in. Putting trust in a nursery to look after your child while you go to work can seem like such a hard thing but I'm so glad I chose Bright Horizons they have exceeded my expectations. Because of them I can go to work with less anxiety and know he is happy and content. Thank you again.

Both my sons attend bright horizons and they love it. We've been really happy from the start, our oldest connected really well with his key person and that was really key to his settling in as he was quite shy and timid.
Our nursery have a lovely garden, and they really use it for learning about
mini beasts and plants and wide games. The staff are great, attentive and flex their approach and support based on the child's need. I'd warmly recommend it to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Brighton horizons for almost 18 months now and we could not be more satisfied with the help and support the nursery has provided to her in that time. The focus on independent learning has made her a very confident little girl, preparing her well for her transition from
nursery to pre school. The facilities offered are excellent and the staff are more than happy to with us to be flexible to suit our needs and requirements

Brilliant nursery! My daughter transferred to this nursery in August. She settled in amazingly due to the loving, kind and caring staff members. She absolutely loves attending nursery and often asks if it is a nursery day at the weekend.
My daughter has learnt so much since attending this nursery.
The office staff and managers are extremely supportive and helpful not forgetting their on-site cook who goes to extreme lengths to cook up amazing yummy foods for the children. My daughter loves going to nursery and I would 100% recommend it.

Our son has been at the Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool since he was about 1 year old. He's progressed so much in the 18 months he's been there, his speech, interaction with other children and him playing on his own. The staff and management are so helpful and
friendly and you always feel like the children are at the forefront of their work,time and effort. We can't see anywhere else for him to go, he's settled and happy and whilst he gets upset every time we drop him off, he's away and playing within minutes, so it's just for our benefit.
We would highly recommend the nursery if you're considering somewhere to send your precious little one.

The nursery overall is brilliant. My child has been attending from 12 months old and now is 3, and the development over the years have been fantastic. The staff are all great and very experienced in their roles at the nursery.

We could never feel that our children were more safe, cared for and loved than we do in this setting. The staff have consistently exceeded our expectations by providing exceptional support for our two SEN children. They have shown an unwavering dedication to ensuring that our children receive the
individualised care and attention that they need to thrive. What truly sets this nursery apart is its personalised approach to every child, recognising that there is no "one size fits all" solution. Not only have they gone above and beyond for our children, but they have also extended their support to us as parents, guiding us through this challenging journey with compassion and understanding. We are eternally grateful for the incredible team at this nursery and pre-school setting, and cannot recommend them highly enough - if we could rate 100 stars it wouldn't come close - keep doing what you're doing, it doesn't go unnoticed!

I highly recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool. My son is going there for over a year.
His keyworker has been fantastic, including management, from settling my boy into the point he's really excited to come to nursery and progress to preschool. I am seeing him
flourish, being nurtured and looked after by all the staff right down to the kitchen staff ensuring my boy is fed. Everything has been amazing. The app with updates is great, they are always at the end of the phone to support if I have a query or concern, I'm kept informed and updated on development and progress which I enjoy seeing. They are keen to work with parents on any future developments and wishes to further improve the experience, such as meal plan availability and recipes to provide home learning activities.
Thank you for nurturing my boy. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic nursery and leadership team. My son has been with the nursery since 10 months and he is off to school in September. He has therefore been through all rooms and had a fantastic start to life. He has so much fun at nursery and has made some great friends. All the care staff are fabulous and
we will be sad to leave them.

Our girls have attended Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool for over two years now and they just love it there. I feel that the adults truly care for the children and get to know them and their interests. They are very quick to adapt the day if a child has come in with
a special item and change the day's learning opportunities.
The staff are very dedicated and are always trying to think of fun ways to engage the children in new learning and experiences.
I'm very pleased with how seriously they take the safety, welfare and health of the children and I feel that this is embedded across all staff members.
It is a calm and purposeful environment for the children where they are empowered to explore and challenge themselves. It has recently been refurbished and looks beautiful.
Parents are kept up to date very regularly through the app and we are notified of milestones and achievements frequently.
Thank you to all the staff - I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane.

I'd just like to give credit where credit is due! My granddaughter absolutely loves all staff here, she's always happy, well looked after and cared for.
She loves three members of staff, in particular, and a few more, the staff keep me updated on all activities throughout the day via the app, the
nursery is always clean. I simply can not rate this high enough, 100% outstanding on all counts, thank you all, keep up the fantastic work ladies!

An absolutely great experience with this nursery.
My daughter is always looking forward to coming to preschool and always has a smile on her face when I come to pick her up.
She loves all the carers in her class and I can see her confidence and personal growth and understanding continue to
