My 1 year old son has recently started bright horizons. He struggled with settling in at first which really concerned me as a first time mum, I was worried that I may have to explore other options for him. After 2 weeks I can say that he has settled in just fine. I'm over the moon with the progress he has made with settling in and I have generally noticed such a positive change in his behaviour, he's more self sufficient and independent which amazes me. This is down to the wonderful support of all the staff but mainly Louise. I can't thank you enough for your patience and support you have given me and my son. Nothing is ever a problem even when I called multiple times a day to check in. Putting trust in a nursery to look after your child while you go to work can seem like such a hard thing but I'm so glad I chose Bright Horizons they have exceeded my expectations. Because of them I can go to work with less anxiety and know he is happy and content. Thank you again.

My daughter has attended bright horizons nursery since 9months of age . She settled in so well, the staff are so lovely and caring, they go out of their way to help and accommodate where possible. I would highly recommend this nursery to any working parents

Both my sons attend bright horizons and they love it. We've been really happy from the start, our oldest connected really well with his key person and that was really key to his settling in as he was quite shy and timid. Our nursery have a lovely garden, and they really use it for learning about mini beasts and plants and wide games. The staff are great, attentive and flex their approach and support based on the child's need. I'd warmly recommend it to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Brighton horizons for almost 18 months now and we could not be more satisfied with the help and support the nursery has provided to her in that time. The focus on independent learning has made her a very confident little girl, preparing her well for her transition from nursery to pre school. The facilities offered are excellent and the staff are more than happy to with us to be flexible to suit our needs and requirements

Brilliant nursery! My daughter transferred to this nursery in August. She settled in amazingly due to the loving, kind and caring staff members. She absolutely loves attending nursery and often asks if it is a nursery day at the weekend. My daughter has learnt so much since attending this nursery. The office staff and managers are extremely supportive and helpful not forgetting their on-site cook who goes to extreme lengths to cook up amazing yummy foods for the children. My daughter loves going to nursery and I would 100% recommend it.

Our son has been at the Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool since he was about 1 year old. He's progressed so much in the 18 months he's been there, his speech, interaction with other children and him playing on his own. The staff and management are so helpful and friendly and you always feel like the children are at the forefront of their work,time and effort. We can't see anywhere else for him to go, he's settled and happy and whilst he gets upset every time we drop him off, he's away and playing within minutes, so it's just for our benefit. We would highly recommend the nursery if you're considering somewhere to send your precious little one.

The nursery overall is brilliant. My child has been attending from 12 months old and now is 3, and the development over the years have been fantastic. The staff are all great and very experienced in their roles at the nursery. My child loves attending and has developed so much. 100% recommend this nursery

I am very happy and pleased with our experience at Bright Horizons Maidstone. Since my child moved up to preschool here, she's been genuinely excited to go every day. She absolutely loves the activities provided and looks forward to spending time with her friends and teachers. It's wonderful to see her thriving and enjoying each day to the fullest. We could never feel that our children were more safe, cared for and loved than we do in this setting. The staff have consistently exceeded our expectations by providing exceptional support for our two SEN children. They have shown an unwavering dedication to ensuring that our children receive the individualised care and attention that they need to thrive. What truly sets this nursery apart is its personalised approach to every child, recognising that there is no "one size fits all" solution. Not only have they gone above and beyond for our children, but they have also extended their support to us as parents, guiding us through this challenging journey with compassion and understanding. We are eternally grateful for the incredible team at this nursery and pre-school setting, and cannot recommend them highly enough - if we could rate 100 stars it wouldn't come close - keep doing what you're doing, it doesn't go unnoticed!

I highly recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool. My son is going there for over a year. His keyworker has been fantastic, including management, from settling my boy into the point he's really excited to come to nursery and progress to preschool. I am seeing him flourish, being nurtured and looked after by all the staff right down to the kitchen staff ensuring my boy is fed. Everything has been amazing. The app with updates is great, they are always at the end of the phone to support if I have a query or concern, I'm kept informed and updated on development and progress which I enjoy seeing. They are keen to work with parents on any future developments and wishes to further improve the experience, such as meal plan availability and recipes to provide home learning activities. Thank you for nurturing my boy. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic nursery and leadership team. My son has been with the nursery since 10 months and he is off to school in September. He has therefore been through all rooms and had a fantastic start to life. He has so much fun at nursery and has made some great friends. All the care staff are fabulous and we will be sad to leave them.

Our girls have attended Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool for over two years now and they just love it there. I feel that the adults truly care for the children and get to know them and their interests. They are very quick to adapt the day if a child has come in with a special item and change the day's learning opportunities. The staff are very dedicated and are always trying to think of fun ways to engage the children in new learning and experiences. I'm very pleased with how seriously they take the safety, welfare and health of the children and I feel that this is embedded across all staff members. It is a calm and purposeful environment for the children where they are empowered to explore and challenge themselves. It has recently been refurbished and looks beautiful. Parents are kept up to date very regularly through the app and we are notified of milestones and achievements frequently. Thank you to all the staff - I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane.

I'd just like to give credit where credit is due! My granddaughter absolutely loves all staff here, she's always happy, well looked after and cared for. She loves three members of staff, in particular, and a few more, the staff keep me updated on all activities throughout the day via the app, the nursery is always clean. I simply can not rate this high enough, 100% outstanding on all counts, thank you all, keep up the fantastic work ladies!

An absolutely great experience with this nursery. My daughter is always looking forward to coming to preschool and always has a smile on her face when I come to pick her up. She loves all the carers in her class and I can see her confidence and personal growth and understanding continue to improve.

The nursery has been very accommodating, adapting to my daughter's needs. They are always understanding and always contactable whenever I need to discuss something. If we have something coming up that my daughter is worried about, they tailor learning to settle her anxiety. There are always lots of fun activities for the children and play is always linked to development and learning. Very happy!

Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool is a great nursery. The outside space is amazing and something the kids get to spend a lot of time playing in. There are different activities each day and their music programme is great. My little one has food allergies and as well as them having an onsite chef which a lot of nurseries don’t have, they cater very well and have excellent processes in place for allergies. The staff are all very genuine and friendly. My little one enjoys attending and their sister will also be starting there soon too. The updates on the app are useful and particularly of late, they have been excellent, with lots of pictures and details of their activities each day.

Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. My two children have both attended, so we’ve known the nursery since 2018. We viewed many nurseries and Bright Horizons on Boughton Lane was the best choice for us by far. The facilities are great, the garden is huge, the activities are educational and fun but one of our biggest reasons was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My youngest leaves nursery to start school later this year and we’ll miss the team a lot. I can’t thank them all enough for all they’ve done over the years.

Both my children joined following the closure of their first nursery setting which they’d attended since a very young age. Both my children settled extremely quickly thanks to the very welcoming nature of all the staff. The staff were also extremely understanding of our circumstances and worked very quickly to accommodate my children and our needs as a family. Communication in the app is excellent regarding the activities the children are involved with throughout the day and the observations are regular and reassuring. We feel very happy we are now sending our children to Bright Horizons Boughton Lane.

We love Boughton Lane Nursery and have sent both our children over the last 8 years there. The staff are lovely, helpful and kind. The facilities are excellent. The main reason we chose this nursery was the outdoor space as both children love being outside in any weather. My little one that is there now enjoys the activities and he always learns something new. We will be sad to leave them when he goes to school in September.

Our little boy has thrived here. He started two years ago, and all the staff have really supported him through all the transitions in his time here. The management team are brilliant and efficient. In the classroom, there are always lot's of activities for the children to do. I thought that the teaching about different cultures and festivals was a brilliant idea. Outside of the family, it is your child's school/nursery that have a huge influence on their lives and I feel confident that we made the right decision.
