Bright Horizons Maidstone Boughton Lane Day Nursery and Preschool

There are always lots of fun activities for the children and play is always linked to development and learning. Very happy!

The updates on the app are useful and particularly of late, they have been excellent, with lots of pictures and details of their activities each day.

Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. My two children have both attended, so we’ve known the nursery since 2018. We viewed many nurseries and Bright Horizons on Boughton Lane was the best choice for us by far. The facilities are great, the garden is huge, the activities are educational and fun but one of our biggest reasons was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My youngest leaves nursery to start school later this year and we’ll miss the team a lot. I can’t thank them all enough for all they’ve done over the years.

Both my children joined following the closure of their first nursery setting which they’d attended since a very young age. Both my children settled extremely quickly thanks to the very welcoming nature of all the staff. The staff were also extremely understanding of our circumstances and worked very quickly to accommodate my children and our needs as a family. Communication in the app is excellent regarding the activities the children are involved with throughout the day and the observations are regular and reassuring. We feel very happy we are now sending our children to Bright Horizons Boughton Lane.

We love Boughton Lane Nursery and have sent both our children over the last 8 years there. The staff are lovely, helpful and kind. The facilities are excellent. The main reason we chose this nursery was the outdoor space as both children love being outside in any weather. My little one that is there now enjoys the activities and he always learns something new. We will be sad to leave them when he goes to school in September.

In the classroom, there are always lot's of activities for the children to do. I thought that the teaching about different cultures and festivals was a brilliant idea. Outside of the family, it is your child's school/nursery that have a huge influence on their lives and I feel confident that we made the right decision.

The food is also excellent, great variety and they really encourage a healthy, balanced diet and give the kids a chance to try something new. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend.

Bright Horizons Boughton Monchelsea is the best nursery in the local area. I have had experience with 4 other nurseries in the local area and this is milestones better than any other. Staff are professional, and attentive and support each child to their individual needs. They encourage structure, independence, fun and development to help the children become confident and ready to start school. They have helped my children to no end, especially my youngest who was only saying 3 single words when she started and 6 months down the line she is now stringing words together. My children even ask to go to nursery on a weekend because they enjoy it so much. Communication is impeccable, from daily activities to informing parents of road closures they really go the extra mile.

My daughter has been at Boughton Lane Bright Horizons from 11 months old to 2 years, 3 months. The staff here are amazing. They care so much about the children and my daughter goes in and leaves with a smile. Highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

I have 2 children that attend the setting in different rooms and the nursery has been fantastic in helping them settle in with lots of suggestions as to what may help with the adjustment. They were also supportive of my worries and very reassuring with regular updates.

The activities they do are varied and my eldest has learnt a lot from the nursery.

The staff take great initiative to care for the children and unlike other settings, it's rare to see/hear children crying. The children seem content and staff are supportive and encouraging. Fantastic and hands on nursery management. I tried another setting before but wish I'd come straight here.

My great granddaughter has been here since she was 9 months old, she is just about to turn 2 years old. She has learnt so much during her days at nursery, I cannot fault the nursery or the staff who show the utmost care to her.

My son really enjoys coming to nursery, the outside space is amazing for him due to not having a garden at home. All the staff are friendly and polite and make me, my son and our family feel welcome when coming into the building. We love seeing the photos of what he has been up to throughout the day and the updates on how he has eaten and slept is really helpful.

Staff are friendly and approachable and amazing with the children. They make an effort to interact with children a lot when part of the current room and even management or when a child's moved to the next room. There's a really lovely fun atmosphere created and my daughter loves her nursery days. Rooms are well stocked, they get outside in the garden lots and different activities (even lovely messy ones!) are set up to aid learning/skills.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since January 2020. She loves it there and she's always very excited to go. Good range of daily activities for the kids. Very friendly and competent staff. It's reassuring knowing that your child loves her environment and the adults around her. Would highly recommend.

Communication, support and understanding is amazing. Outstanding management. Child has so much fun and learns alot. Accommodating if necessary. All staff are friendly and polite. Activities set up for child is varied and appealing.

My son has loved the nursery since he started there just over a year ago, the baby room staff have been wonderful with him and he is so ready to move onto his next adventure in the nursery room, thanks to them! They provide wonderful activities for the children to do and care well for them. The management are always supportive and helpful when needed.

My daughter joined the nursery at 10 months old and is now heading off to primary school. I honestly can't give enough praise to the team there. From the first day, every single person who worked there has cared for her more than I could've ever imagined. To mention, each of her key people have been incredible and her key worker in the last few years in pre-school. She is just amazing with the children and we will miss her so much. She makes learning so much fun for them and has so much energy and enthusiasm, which she gives completely to the children in her care. My daughter is more than ready for school and a big chunk of that reason is down to the team at Boughton Lane. The manager is just as fantastic and has given me so much support as a parent and we couldn't not mention the chef, who my daughter just thinks is wonderful. As parents, we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful team looking after our child. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant, my daughter cry’s when it’s time to go home she enjoys it so much! Staff are so friendly and caring! They always do a variety of activities to keep the children interested and learning.

My daughter refused to brush her teeth for months. After chatting to her key worker, we agreed that she would try and get her to do so at nursery, and my god it worked. She brushes them every night and morning now. The staff here are all helpful and friendly and my daughter is always happy going into and coming out of nursery.

My granddaughter has been at this nursery since she was 9/10 months old, she is now 4 and about to leave to start the next journey of her education in September. She has through all the different rooms and survived the pandemic. Whenever I collect her it seems she has always had a fun-packed day and is eager to tell you what she has been doing. She has learned a great deal from the staff at this nursery, colours, shapes, and now letters. I also have a 16-month grandson who now attends this nursery, he also has settled in particularly well. Looking forward to watching his journey. The staff always update you on their days which I can then tell Mum. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone
