Maidstone day nursery staff are very helpful and the settling in sessions made all the difference when choosing our child's nursery. The facilities are very good with lots id different activities. Overall an excellent experience from the very beginning. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the short time she has been there 5 stars. Thank you.
Our two children attend the nursery, one in the baby room, the other in the nursery room. We recently attended the family fun day we were invited to. The staff and nursery were exceptional on the day. We were able to experience and explore the nursery and pre-school at it's best. There is so much wonderful space for the children, excellent resources, activities and opportunities for the children to play and thrive. We definitely made the right decision sending our children here, we feel part of it and always so welcomed. Thank you.
Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of equipment, good choice of food (lunches and snacks), good outdoor space.
The staff are really happy and easy to talk to. My son is excited about the activities he takes part in, although I feel the farm could be used more. The outdoor space is great and my son loves all the food. Communication to parents is really good, but I would like to see more individual reviews with parents to discuss my child's progress.

Meet the Team (2)
Luci has over 15 years of experience in childcare, beginning her career as a Nursery Assistant and progressing through a variety of roles to become a leader in early years education. She has spent the past 12 years in management, where she has demonstrated strong leadership, deep sector knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Luci is passionately dedicated to supporting her staff team in delivering outstanding, nurturing care for both children and their families. She believes in creating warm, engaging environments where children can thrive and where parents feel confident, supported, and valued.
With 21 years of experience in childcare, starting as a Nursery Nurse and progressing to Manager, Lisa is now Deputy Manager at Boughton Lane Nursery, a role that allows her to spend more time with the children while also focusing on SEN (Special Educational Needs). She joined Bright Horizons in July 2021 and thoroughly enjoys being part of the team at the nursery.
Lisa is deeply passionate about supporting the staff and building strong connections with families. She finds great fulfilment in working with SEN children and takes pride in watching all children thrive during their time at the nursery.
