Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool

Very happy with the nursery so far and I have noticed a positive change in our daughter since attending.

Our little one has been at this nursery since the age of 1 and overall, it has been a positive experience. He is currently in Nursery 2 and is really enjoying spending time with friends he has made and staff.

My family's experience with Bright Horizons Kings Hill has been nothing but exemplary. Our daughter has settled in so well from starting at 5 months old, we were worried about how she would adapt however the staff have made us feel so welcome. The baby's class teachers have really been outstanding.

My son joined Bright Horizons just after his first birthday in May 2023. I receive so many updates on the app, which reassures us as parents that he is enjoying all the activities set out for the day. It’s great for us to see how much our son has eaten as well and all of this is logged on the app. All the staff make an effort to form strong bonds with the children, and they listen to any concerns or worries you might have. My son is so happy at this nursery, his social skills have improved and his confidence is growing. It’s so lovely for us to see him making friends. The facilities at the nursery are brilliant, especially the garden, which my son loves. You can see how much the staff care for each and every one of the children. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Very reassuring for us to know he’s in a safe and friendly environment, where he is happy and well looked after.

My child joined the nursery a few months ago, and it’s been such a pleasant experience for both of us. Loads of creative and learning activities. The staff are all professionals and lovely individuals.

The nursery has always been amazing for my son, they have been accepting and accommodating of his additional needs, and I never feel judged or worried to leave him there. He skips in happy and has the most unbelievable bond with his key worker! The staff are all lovely and easy to talk to, and one member of staff is always on hand to answer any questions no matter how silly. My son is a fussy eater, but eats everything he is given at nursery, which is a massive plus! Thanks all!

The nursery staff have been incredible in supporting my daughter with her transition into nursery. I couldn't recommend them more! Her key workers have been so attentive to her needs and she is growing and learning so much already.

They continually provide a safe space for her to explore and to develop her skills.

My second son joined Bright Horizons about two years ago. Having both boys in the same nursery was lovely as my younger son enjoyed seeing his older brother in the garden and calling out to him. When he started, it was a tough transition and he used to cry when we dropped him off. The staff were lovely from the start. He has eventually settled in and I couldn't be happier with how much more confident he has become and the progress he has made in all aspects of his development. He loves his preschool group and all his friends. The staff are all lovely and genuinely care for the children. It was a good decision for us to have both of our sons at Bright Horizons and I would recommend it.

Overall, we are very pleased with Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery. The level of care and information provided is very good. Teh staff are all very accommodating and friendly.

My son has attended Bright Horizons Kings Hill for 2 years and I have always been really happy with the cate he receives there. The staff are all lovely and genuinely care for the children. My son always has positive things to say about them. This nurser nurtures their natural curiosity and my son often comes out with things he has learnt there. I will be sending my second child here.

I love looking on the app at all of the creative and engaging activities my son does in his class. He comes out every day happy and chatting about what he has learnt which is a testament to their amazing job.

The care she gets is excellent and has helped her development from when she was first 1 and a half years old to 3 years. She is a confident, well-adjusted, socially mobile toddler and a lot of that is down to the staff at Bright Horizons. I never worry about my daughter as I know she is very well looked after and enjoys her time at nursery very much. Thank you!

The app is a great tool, and we love seeing pictures of all the activities, and our children's happy faces!

I feel like my daughter is learning a lot and her development has advanced as a result of Bright Horizons.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Kings Hill for just over 2 years from nursery to preschool. She absolutely loves it. The teachers are loving, friendly, and enthusiastic and seem to genuinely want to be there! My daughter has developed well during her time there and enjoys the different games and activities provided. The support staff are also excellent, really friendly and approachable. The app is brilliant to keep tabs on what's going on during the day, although sometimes staff don't have time to log all meals/photos. My daughter's transitions from room to room have been smooth and stress-free. The nursery is the most expensive local option but I would recommend it.

Really lovely nursery. My daughter settled in well when we moved from another nursery. We knew we liked the nursery chain and were pleased our little one settled well. She's learned a lot coming here and loves her days here. They accommodate her vegan diet well. We also like the app to keep track of her day and see photos.
