Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool

We were initially apprehensive about nursery, mainly as first-time parents and not knowing what to expect. We needn't have been. Bright Horizons has been exceptional from the beginning. Settled immediately and the staff cared for them as if they were their own. Couldn't recommend it more!

Our daughter loves coming to Bright Horizons Kings Hill. She is always welcomed with loving carers. What a great community and environment.

Since attending Kings Hill Day Nursery, my son has flourished. His challenging behavior has decreased and he has settled in really well. The staff here have been fantastic with him, especially his key worker and room worker. I am beyond thankful.

So far we have had several settling sessions prior to our start date in September. We have been so pleased with the nursery and the staff and have been so welcoming. Our daughter has been so excited to attend.

Very happy with the standard of care my toddler receives at nursery (T1 class). He seems to be attached to all the lovely ladies that look after him which means that I can do my work in peace and without worrying that he's unhappy. I truly appreciate all the updates (and pictures) that I receive whilst he's at nursery and I'm grateful that they take the time to do it (as I know it can be time-consuming, especially when you have a few toddlers on your hands!)

My son has attended Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 10 months old. He loves spending time outside and all the activities they do. The staff are always so caring and keep us up to date with food, activities etc. Definitely recommend.

All three of my children have a lovely bond to the nursery which they will always remember. My eldest loves coming back to the nursery to pick up her brothers with me. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to put their child/children into one.

My granddaughter loves going to nursery. She always talks about the staff in her room, what she has been doing at nursery and who she plays with. I can happily say my grandchild is well looked after and cared for. Thank you to the toddler 2 staff who have all done a great job looking after my granddaughter.

The facilities are amazing. My daughter has developed her social skills and improved her speech in the 5 months she has been attending. The staff are all lovely too.

Excellent nursery. My son loves it. Amazing staff. My son learns so much at nursery. So happy whenever I pick him up. Highly recommended.

My little one has been at the nursery for almost a year now, starting in the baby room and moving up to toddlers. He really struggled with separation anxiety for months before he went to nursery so I was nervous about the first few weeks. He was treated with such excellent care that within a couple of weeks we settled in and now the nursery is his favourite place to be! All of the staff are incredible! They are so kind and have a good sense of humour - the pictures and updates we regularly go throughout the day are brilliant! I am so glad we chose Bright Horizons, I go to work knowing he is having the best day, playing outside, doing lots of activities, eating well and spending time with key workers he doesn't stop talking about at home!

We have had a very positive experience so far! Our son loves coming to nursery, and has made strong relationships with his key workers and other members of staff in each room he has been in. We feel he is very sociable, and has learnt many skills since being at Bright Horizons. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

To date, I have nothing more than praise for the staff at Bright Horizons. Our experiences of daily feedback have always been very informative about our daughter's day, it is clear that she loves coming to nursery. She comes home talking about her little friends and staff all the time. On the whole, Bright Horizons is a fantastic facility and would highly recommend it to any parent, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done all of you.

My daughter is in nursery room 2 and they are lovely. Very welcoming and friendly, especially the staff. Bright Horizons in general are lovely and very welcoming. Whenever we have had any concerns or issues, they have always been quick to help and been understanding. My eldest came to this nursery as well and developed and grew into a lovely child which was helped by the nursery and I know they will do the same for my youngest, she already loves attending nursery.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery and all the staff. My son who is now in toddlers 2 is so happy every day he is in and sometimes just wants to stay longer. My daughter went through the nursery a few years back and had the same positive experience and support throughout.
