I have had a good experience with the nursery. My daughter struggled to settle at first and they were really patient and took the time to make sure she was comfortable. They would contact me to let me know how she was doing. She is always happy on drop off and pick up so it ensures me she is happy and comfortable.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bright Horizons (Kings Hill) and the incredible team who make it such a special place. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found the perfect environment for our daughters. We first started using the nursery in August 2020 when our eldest was nine months old, and we have continued ever since. Now, our youngest is in her final stage before starting school. The staff are warm, caring, and truly invested in each child's happiness and development. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe space where little ones thrive. My daughter loves her time here, and seeing her excited to go in every day says it all. The activities are stimulating and well-suited to their age, fostering creativity, social skills, and a love of learning. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and photos via the app. I feel so lucky to have found such an outstanding nursery and couldn't recommend it more highly to any parent.

Our son moved up to a new room in January, and all the staff nembers in his new room were so understanding and comforting to him. He settles almost immediately and enjoys going back. In the toddler rooms they do a lot of activities which challenge him and keep him busy, which is great! The stimulation he recieves is brilliant and we notice a difference in the way he plays at home now as well - he will always find something to do. All the staff around the nursery are incredibly friendly and helpful

My 2 year old has been at bright horizons for 6months now and absolutely loves it. She struggled at first and the team at the nursery were so patient with her, they took time to work out her personality and what would make her transition easier. She has grown in confidence enormously during her time, she now loves her nursery days! The nursery nurses seem to genuinely care about her and know her well, I feel totally happy with her care and safety at the nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other parents. The outside space is amazing and they get to go out most days which is great.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons since he was 2 years old (now 4) I literally wouldn't have the words or enough space to even explain how amazing his experience has been. They all care about the children so much and they all always say hello to us when we walk in. My son has additional needs and they have always been so supportive, to both my son and me, and also his development. I've seen him progress and achieve things I could have only once dreamt of and this is because of how much time and effort they invest in the children. I know he is in safe hands and his key worker is out of this world. I get such fantastic updates on the app and love seeing what they get up to!! Absolutely the best nursery and if I could keep him there forever I would thank you all for everything you do, you're all amazing and I will always be so grateful that you was part of his journey

We have been so pleased with Bright Horizons KH and the positive impact it has had on my daughter over the past year. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about her well-being and development. Her Keyworkers have been amazing - they've really taken the time to get to know her as an individual, understanding her unique needs and personality. Their dedication has been so evident in the way they engage with her and the progress she's made. We've seen her grow in confidence, make new friends, and develop important skills that will serve her well in the future. Thank you for everything you've done for our child - she always comes back with great stories on what activities they've been up to that day.

The nursery environment has enabled our boy to make friends, grow in confidence and develop new skills. I love hearing about what he's been up to and the app updates and pictures make my day! The staff are friendly and our family adores them and the relationship they have built with us. We will definitely be sad to say goodbye in September!

We are so happy with the nursery team, they always greet us with care and a smile. The baby room is always happy and calm when we arrive and our baby is always so excited to see them. Our little boy enjoys playing and learning and loves all the food provided for him. Thank you Bright Horizons for your amazing support.

I couldn't be happier with the care our child receives at Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's individual development. My little girl comes home after nursery excited to share stories about her fun activities she has done that day. The nursery environment is stimulating and nurturing, and we feel completely confident leaving our child in their capable hands.

My daughter has been going to this nursery and preschool for 2 and a half years. Bright Horizons Kings Hill has always been a great place for my daughter, the staff really encourage the children with all aspects of their learning and encourages the children's development, both with other children and by themselves. The staff also build bonds with the children, it is very comforting to see that they do actually care for the children and that the children trust them. Highly recommend this nursery and preschool.

I am very happy with my child's nursery. She is always happy going to nursery and always comes home and tells myself and my wife what she has done. The toddler two staff are great with my daughter. My son will start nursery soon and I am confident in leaving him at nursery knowing he will be well looked after.

Bright Horizons Kings Hill Day Nursery and Preschool creates a fun and educational environment with a range of activities to support their development. Our son enjoys his time here and has built some great relationships with other children. The staff are lovely - spending time to get to know the kids' individual needs.

Since attending Kings Hill Day Nursery, my son has flourished. His challenging behavior has decreased and he has settled in really well. The staff here have been fantastic with him, especially his key worker and room worker. I am beyond thankful.

Our daughter absolutely loves the nursery. She has so much fun and is very fond of the key teacher who looks after her, so much so she asks to stay when we collect her! The staff are so caring and lovely, we are really happy with all the love and attention given given to our daughter.
