Amazing nursery, so happy with how my daughter is coming along. Cannot recommend it enough.
All of the staff are very polite and friendly. Our key carer is very communicative about our daughter's progression and has a nice bond with her.

Wonderful nursery and my son is very happy there. Facilities are great, with lots of toys and activities and plenty of free-flow, allowing the children to choose their own activities. Staff always friendly and cheerful and very caring.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 18 months old. He is now three and a half and I cannot thank Bright Horizons Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool enough. All the staff are fantastic, I felt like he was being looked after by a member of the family. They are all extremely caring and kind. He settled in so well and enjoyed every day that he attended.
He always comes home extremely happy and looked forward to going back and seeing his friends.

I really can not fault this nursery. My daughter loves attending and you can see the impact it has had on her development, social skills and her eating.
The staff are lovely, welcoming, attentive and professional. The children have plenty of activities, educational and messy play. The outdoor spaces always seem to be improving and are well used and loved by the children.
I have experiences of other nurseries from my eldest daughter and this one is amazing. Great value for money too. I would recommend to anyone.
My daughter who is 12 years old, my 9-year-old niece, 6-year-old niece and now my 4-year-old nephew who is going to school next month, have all been to this nursery. There is nothing bad I could say about this nursery. It's gone from strength to strength and the staff are excellent and very caring. I absolutely love the new gardens and it's obvious that the children do too. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Meet the Team (2)
I have been working in childcare since 2006, where I started as an apprentice and gained Level 2 and Level 3 in Childcare and Education with City and Guilds. I have been in Bright Horizons for 16 years starting with Casterbridge where I worked at Wishing Willow in Banstead. I then progressed in my job role from Nursery Assistant to Nursery Nurse when I gained my NVQ Level 3 then from there I was promoted to room manager then to a junior deputy and from then to Deputy Manager.
I am now the nursery Manager. Since 2016 I have worked at Coulsdon Day Nursery and Preschool. My role is also the Senco Coordinator where I work closely with the staff team and parents to ensure that I am here to support them if needed at any time. I also have the role and responsibility of being the health and safety coordinator where it is my job to ensure the nursery environment is kept clean and safe and to report if we have any health and safety concerns and to also ensure everyone is kept safe.
Yasmin is the Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Coulsdon and has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She began her career as a Nursery Nurse and has progressed into leadership roles, developing strong skills and a passion for supporting both children and colleagues.
She previously worked as a Nursery Manager for 18 months before returning to Coulsdon as Deputy Manager, where she continues to grow within a setting she values. Yasmin holds a degree in Education and Early Childhood Studies from Roehampton University and is always keen to expand her knowledge and further enhance her practice.
In her role, she works closely alongside the rooms, supporting day-to-day operations and children’s development. She is passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
